00:00over a decade ago the nation fell in love with a school in Yorkshire and an
00:28inspiring English teacher mr. Burton it's the same moment when the trees are loose
00:34that's insane who helped one student I want to thank you today for letting me speak overcome
00:41his stammer especially thank mr. Burton now ten years on mr. Burton's been promoted to head
00:49teacher shirts in ties on coats off wipe the smirk of your face now don't make myself clear you should
00:57be really really really proud of your achievements in that time we've had six prime ministers a global
01:03pandemic that's a bit dramatic and Huddersfield town have been in and out of the Premier League
01:09now the cameras are back these are insane to capture the new challenges get rid of snapchat
01:15tick-tock get rid of Instagram facing the school not a therapy ghetto he's just said leave me alone I can
01:23tell you don't want me here we do want you here pal it's a difficult world that we live in now and
01:27it's a difficult world to grow up in but these are moments that hopefully children will look back on
01:32and the years to come and think actually I learned a lot from that school call me fat slide how old
01:37can we just talk about the fun that you kiss my ex-boyfriend so we spent a year I will be so much seeing the troubles
01:45no tears it's toxic and he's dragging you down the wrong path and triumphs through the eyes of the
01:57staff you've committed a criminal offense and the students at the very start of adult life my aim is to
02:05inspire you to achieve your goals
02:08can we just
02:11Jacob it's not funny time flies when you're having fun baby cakes baby cakes 32 and I'm going great and I blame you
02:19that was the most mentally exhausting three months of my entire life life would be so much easier working
02:27in a school if there were no students welcome to the world of education
02:32you know you want one of these oh my gosh oh my god man since becoming head teacher seven years ago
02:59well this is something else have you got it in pink the doodoo in pink I almost bought a pink one
03:04mr. Burton has approached the role with a single-minded ambition for the students at Thornhill when I took
03:11over I just wanted to be really clear about what we wanted to be so work hard be nice it's a simple
03:17message I'm a simple man this baby's made for two ultimately we want young people to leave this place
03:23and go on and be the best version of themselves and be amazing incredible fantastic human beings
03:28do you know somebody once said to me yeah your values aren't your values if they have to be written on the side of a cup
03:33but on a high vis they absolutely are you know it sounds simple but across the course of five years it's really not
03:40helping mr. Burton with his mission is a senior team including deputy head mrs. Allie and assistant head
03:47mrs. Delaney Hudson I think I will have a nice day today you know I have a nice day every day and over
03:54100 teachers and support staff the reason why you just misbehave to me every lesson would you like to
04:00know I just don't like your personality together they're responsible for the over 900 students
04:09who attend Thornhill you've got a minute to get to lesson let's go it's Friday and on corridor duty is year eight
04:17student manager mr. Wilson year eight is a difficult age group for for them as well as us as staff
04:26why are you not in lesson you're now all late yeah because you're late and you've walked past me
04:32three times they found the feet once in year eight they're not the little smiley shy year sevens they
04:37once were they get a little bit more cocky and arrogant you're developing hormones personality
04:44changes friendship groups and where you fit in can be a lot for for some year eight students
04:50right go on then basically there's something wrong with me I'm like a psychopath genuinely I'm gonna
05:00start by saying I disagree with you you're not a psychopath the student managers with that face
05:05that's not a teacher we're not in charge of their results we're not giving them the curriculum we're
05:09supporting them through the other the other things what we can do about this you don't like
05:13him hanging around with these two you don't like your mates why don't you just hang around with
05:17Madison and skip happily hand in hand into the future they speak to us about problems or things
05:25going on in their lives that they wouldn't normally talk to class teachers about the reason she didn't
05:30want to be with him anymore is after this Halloween party turned around her and said are you gonna stop
05:35dressing like a any time soon can be quite challenging with some of them and then it's my
05:41job to help them figure out what's going on to cause these issues one student well acquainted with
06:03mr. Wilson's office is year 8 Amy when I think of school I mainly think I don't want to go why do I
06:13have to go the only reason to go there is for the hash browns and my friends I love the hash browns you
06:23like they are perfect they are just the bloody hash browns all the hash browns better than McDonald's
06:31better than frozen better than homemade perfection it's just like sent from the heavens above these are
06:38actually mine you strike me as a confident person I wouldn't say I'm that confident like if I'm one of my
06:49mates more confident why is your tights so hurly I like the Bible but if it's just me definitely not
06:57all right I need to go find Mr. Wilson all right no problem no worries speak to you soon bye bye how are we
07:12why is there a dinosaur with a massive ball in his mouth have you seen it it's well cool what is it
07:17that's scary I should use that for my cat right no because you won't get the ball back right how are we
07:28any problems in particular um I lost my purse and it had my card in it and all my money and all my savings
07:37and like I cannot go to sleep when I've lost something the other week you lost your pencil
07:44case did you not sleep that night no name is a funny little character it's got very very old head
07:53on young shoulders sometimes I sit and talk to her and it's like you're talking to a 50 60 year old
07:59adult who's been around for years and not a 12 13 year old girl who's just kind of starting out in life
08:05like I've tried herbal tea it tasted disgusting and I didn't sleep going for a run around garden tried
08:15that I've tried doing a digital detox the only time I got my phone I would just put on my bus pass that
08:22didn't help and how are lessons things like that today I had electrical ticker tucks I don't know why
08:30it's not playing on the word tic tacs I love tic tacs I like it anyways my neck kept on going and
08:37going and going and going and going and going so I started outside me whistling was just getting worse
08:41yeah my neck would twitching quite a bit
08:48I'm just a mixture of random stuff that put together incorrectly made me
08:53well there we go um I don't really feel it coming it just kind of happens if you know what I mean like
09:04I'll just sit there and then I'll just do it some days I'll be like fine I'll be sort of confident
09:10I'll be like you know I can do this some other days I'll just want to lay in bed and disintegrate
09:16my eye went off like I'll keep on like stirring and it makes me really anxious and then my tics
09:26start kicking so I'm like I'm basically basically Amy's Tourette's went new to us in September I
09:35think it developed over the summer holidays and I don't we we don't know why she tends to be a bit
09:42more vocal with her tics if she's struggling her anxiety takes over the panic sets in I'm gonna walk
09:49you up because I need to tell kids that they've got new tensions that's very naughty that I'd fear that
09:54if the tics were to get worse or different tics came out that she'd struggle with how to handle
10:00those I wouldn't want her to struggle in silence I'd want her to keep talking and that that wouldn't
10:05be a worry for me in this one nice one you're right arm it's gonna tap towards your heel and then bring
10:16it back in and then go with your left okay voices off facing forward Connie Riley absolutely not we're
10:32sat down and we're concentrating listening it's form time for the year eights and tutor mr. Geary is going
10:39over their behavior points positives for last week Amy five Billy three Jacob one and some students are doing
10:50better than others now we're gonna do your negatives Ethan one Isaac one Riley nine nine more negatives for last week
11:01we didn't really see a peep out Riley in year seven you were just this quiet little mouse walking
11:11round and then we get into year eight and it's like whack who's this character he's a little tornado
11:19Riley you've not got your equipment out to get out for me thank you we've noticed that the sensory
11:34issues so he can't walk to school in his shoes so he keeps his shoes in my office and then in lessons
11:42really struggles to focus Riley concentrating please thank you all right yeah no don't have your head
11:49hanging out the window though Riley is full of energy but he's also extremely intelligent he's
11:56really really clever I think he sometimes doesn't know how to contain that energy and keep it in a
12:02sensible manner Riley I've asked you once I've asked you again it'll be a verbal warning and else in
12:10form we're not singing we're also not reacting like that I don't like me or want to get in trouble
12:18it just my body gets me into trouble for like doing stuff and shouting out when I don't want to
12:24right come on in Riley take a seat Riley's frequent disruptions means he has regular check-ins with
12:38assistant head mrs. Delaney Hudson right let's have a look at this report so we've got B1 failure to follow
12:47instructions that is bubbles like I will follow instructions you don't even know when it was
12:54shouting out so we've got answer no no you didn't you shouted out mango mango yeah oh we've got a bit of
13:08inappropriate language around school where so when you got asked to change your trainers you told her to
13:15shut up so target one it's gonna be to use appropriate language yeah and then to follow instructions I can do
13:31what sometimes we're going for all time all right Riley there you go you have a good day you can do this
13:45Riley I know you can if Riley's behavior continues in the way it is then we need to really start digging
13:55into what is going on have we got any traits of ADHD is it that he just wants to be a class clown does he
14:02want to make people laugh or does he actually just enjoy misbehaving
14:10it's Monday and at breakfast club Amy and her friends are getting down to the important business of the day
14:39I'm getting McDonald's tonight I'm allergic to McDonald's and to my habit I always end up warming
14:47you better not be at home and then you'll never know I might end up single with it all
14:52well we're all friends me Millie Marcy and Ella and then Gabby's recently joined like we're all like
15:02close like it makes me feel very happy Millie where'd you get them from Timo yeah oh oh oh Timo
15:11and there was a really bubbly person she'll say a joke and I'll always laugh because she's really
15:17funny Amy supports me by like though he's listening to me and I'm trying to make me happy all the time
15:23Amy's friendship groups very up and down they're a good set of friends they're there for each of them
15:34and they've all embraced the fact that Amy's got ticks and they're not phased they're not bothered but
15:42dealing with teenage emotions is like a roller coaster so in most days they're amazing they got
15:47on really well and the next minute they hate each other and the whole world's ended sorry I'm going
16:00over to my house I sometimes I fall out it's quite sad but we're really good friendship so I just get
16:08friends with them later fallouts and teenage girls it's it's massive and it could be something so
16:23small which could actually ruin the day there was a time when I didn't have many friends and I was
16:33just kind of by myself yeah I do sometimes worry about that happening again I think Amy she's got
16:50the added pressure of the Tourette's the anxiety surrounding that so I think it would be easier
16:57for her to have a wobble and struggle so it's figuring out how to support her to build Amy's
17:05confidence Mr Wilson has arranged regular sessions in the school's well-being hub hey Amy how are you
17:12I'm freezing you're freezing yeah got your positive potato with you I have got my positive potato and
17:19today friend Marcy has been asked to join have a seat I just want you to think about self-esteem a
17:30little bit I want you to pay some compliments to yourself Amy what do you like about yourself
17:36I don't know positives um nothing it's stressing me out he's doing all this work on self-esteem
18:00because I don't get it and myself the thing is Amy we need you to be able to look in the mirror and
18:10feel positive about yourself and be able to say some positive things I know this but I can't do that
18:15I've tried these tics have been really bad okay I'm gonna have to snap my neck back into place
18:26Amy's Tourette's effect in like many ways like usually when it's really bad in lesson she can't
18:35really do a work or concentrate or all like that I think lots of people obviously turn around like
18:41oh why she making that sound and then she she can't really say so I usually say it for her
18:48she's always stuck up for me and always been there for me and I'll always stick up for her as well
18:53right um I will grab you both next week and just assess where we're at with things and what's next
19:03five four three two one right I don't want the room left like TK Maxx get it nice and tidy please
19:17let's get to his lessons please
19:19if I have to speak to you everyone one by one and take statements I will do but I'm hoping that
19:33you're mature enough to tell me who it was because then we can deal with those people
19:36rather than all five of you anybody like to own up to it
19:40no I'm waiting anyone
19:47own up to it sir's heard it and he knows it was somebody
19:53right who who made the big noises
19:56very quietly in we come
20:04oh it's cover it's cover it's cover
20:07right Mohammed Sarah Riley here
20:14it's period four and science for the year eights
20:20Alfie after a mom Ibrahim fish no right you and now on a verbal because you've not listened to my
20:38instructions what happened in my head stuff like hmm oh man where me queen my
20:49what do you know oh being the right mindset to do a lesson but then I'll get into a lesson
20:57and then my mindset will just change completely so that I won't want to do the lesson so we're
21:02looking at enzymes that is bubbles I'm just going to remind you of that report Riley despite being in
21:14top set Riley's lively behavior has landed him on rapport for the fifth time this year
21:20Riley that should be one now
21:23we understand that there are factors that affect children's behavior and there might be reasons that
21:32contribute to it but there are no excuses for poor behavior we have to deal with the behavior itself
21:38it's important that we do because it isn't okay to be stopping other students learning Riley go and
21:44wait outside please and you need to take that jacket off all right
21:48oh door stop
21:50after and why have you still got a paper airplane in your hand despite being told that that should
21:56be in the bin we'll ask you to wait outside I'm listening out of the door with it closed okay
22:03have you only just got in who is it Skylar yeah she's here what we're late for
22:12ready that's a big scarf have you got smaller scarf got bigger see you a bit Skylar
22:20right so Riley's mum had some concerns early on yeah around some possible send needs that have gone
22:30unidentified at primary school initial screening and testing shows mild dyslexia yeah and it is mild
22:41because he clearly has coping strategies because he's pulled a SAS score of a hundred and two out
22:47he's reading above average yeah him being on report his behavior improves in terms of removals from
22:56lessons so I'm going to do this neurodiversity screener with him which is not diagnostic at all
23:03however if we want to look at that possibility the diagnosis has to come from a consultant
23:11psychiatrist or consultant yeah um pediatrician I don't necessarily think the diagnosis is the
23:20most important thing because the piece of paper itself is not a shield from the world around them
23:24it isn't something that's going to stop things being a challenge what is going to help them is teaching
23:29them the tips and the strategies that you can use not just for now in the lessons now but for the
23:35future as well if this comes through and marries up with everything else and all we're seeing is that
23:42we've got a little bit of mild dyslexia then we're going to have to think about it is this a behavior
23:48choice it's really important for us as a school but more importantly for Riley that we get this right now
23:58he's in year eight so he's already found his feet but it's still very early so we need to get it right
24:04for Riley now right it's the usual sir he does have a second pair of trousers on under there I can't believe you walk around like that
24:15we had an issue yesterday sir with the vip stuffed down the front of his second pair of trousers so
24:21he's told me today there isn't one come on make sure sir can see the pockets really clearly I can't believe you wear them like that is it not uncomfortable
24:30no do you know where you go in mr. Laney's off
24:47it's not mr. cookman says it can go back on perfect yeah right Riley sorry come on in in a bid to try and understand what's going on with Riley the first step for mrs.
24:59delaney hudson is to carry out a neurodiversity screening I'm going to be typing into a computer
25:08while you're answering questions I need you to be genuine and honest
25:20right are you ready for your first question
25:22mm-hmm do you have difficulty making out the sounds of words
25:30sometimes
25:33do you find that your sentences come out sounding muddled
25:39often
25:43do you find that you can't explain why you did something
25:46yeah
25:47do you find it difficult to decide which is the correct mathematical strategy to use
25:57no
26:00do you ever get told that you're staring at people
26:03often
26:04my mum thinks I have ADHD but I don't think I do
26:11it stresses me out cos like I want to know why I can't sit down
26:18now I hope I can eventually like know what I'm doing wrong like what's making me do stuff
26:24right you've answered all of them
26:33my concern for Riley at the minute is that he's a really intelligent young man
26:38he's very likeable
26:40but if his behaviour continues as it is
26:42and this potentially is not a send need and these are behaviour choices then the sanctions that are coming Riley's way are going to be quite significant
26:52and
27:07girls we're falling out
27:09no
27:11Louie
27:13it's break time
27:14and Riley is burning off some excess energy
27:24fill that with water
27:27fill that with water
27:29come fill bottles up
27:41tomorrow that's going to be made masses
27:42off we go
27:45shirts in ties on coats off
27:47whistle's gone
27:53it's been over a week since Riley's neurodiversity screening
27:59hi
28:01yeah right
28:03and mum Bobby has come in to meet mrs. Delaney Hudson for the results
28:08Riley I don't need to introduce her it's your mum
28:11yeah please
28:13I think you need to bring your shoes home and have a bit of polish on them
28:17I've got a state of them
28:19give me, give me your shot
28:21I'm doing it
28:23what's that like for your Bobby?
28:26did he call you Bobby?
28:28right Riley are you ready?
28:29right Riley are you ready?
28:33yeah
28:35his reading age is well above average
28:39the rest of his screening showed really really slight dyslexia
28:45but less than 50% of any indicators that were used were positive for ADHD
28:50so less than 50% chance for that
28:54and then your teacher feedback is that you display more concerning behaviour traits after lunch
29:03one thing I want you to do which will come through in here is I'm going to ask him to keep a food diary
29:10it just helps us and it helps your teachers to have a look at exactly what is going on
29:20so average daily diet
29:23wheat-a-bix
29:25chocolate wheat-a-bix normally
29:27oh you forgot that chocolate bit
29:29still wheat-a-bix
29:31yeah but the man
29:33then he puts sugar on him
29:35a tablespoon
29:36a tablespoon
29:39a tablespoon of sugar
29:41make some medicine
29:43a cup of coffee
29:48is it normal coffee?
29:50yeah
29:52normal coffee
29:54so we've got some more sugar banged in that coffee yeah?
29:56yeah
29:58Riley are you not sweet enough?
30:00so we've got a coffee with two sugars
30:02then sometimes we'll take a chew with Pringles out of cupboard
30:05do these Pringles
30:07do we pop?
30:09at break?
30:10and then we don't stop until after P3
30:12and then we're to school normally
30:14oh you just graze on them
30:17so when I give you this food diary
30:20there's going to be some stuff that I'm going to put on there
30:24obvious stuff
30:26what me and your mum think that are just an absolute no-go
30:29so you've got to be honest with us
30:32you need to be honest
30:33to see what you've had
30:35if Riley commits to the food diary
30:38I'm quite confident that we might have found the trigger
30:41as to what causes some of his behaviour choices
30:45but I am going to absolutely have to watch Riley like a hawk
30:48good morning fellas
30:49good morning girls
30:50it's Monday at Thornhill

31:51I honestly don't know but I just overthink everything
31:58I don't know why it just triggers something inside of me which makes me feel really awkward
32:01when I sat down next to Millie
32:04I did
32:05when I sat down next to Millie
32:06she picked up a bag of side agony

35:17you alright?
35:18sure?
35:19sure?
35:22for Amy
35:23the ongoing tension with Millie
35:25is proving tricky to resolve
35:27I'm waiting for Millie
35:40do you know I've swung with her?
35:41no I?
35:42I don't know
35:43because she keeps on being miserable towards me
35:45might be because I'm hanging out with Marcie
35:47but like I'm not being mates with Marcie
35:49just because of her
35:51I'm gonna sit over here because I can't sit
35:53mom to your roast dinner
35:55she's moving
36:00do you know what's wrong with her?
36:02I don't know
36:04she's being miserable to me all day
36:06and I don't know why
36:07probably because she's hanging out with me
36:09I'm being not but nice to her
36:11so I don't know what her problem is
36:14like I said
36:15duh duh duh duh
36:16in my friendship group I want everyone to be happy
36:24I don't really like being stuck in the middle of Millie and Marcie
36:28it's a bit awkward
36:30because then I'm like
36:31which one do I hang out with?
36:33which one do I
36:34yeah
36:35it's just like really stressful and I get really anxious
36:40yeah
36:42stressed
36:44obviously my tics
36:48because I'm anxious
36:49they'll probably get even worse
36:51so then I'll just be sat there
36:53in the corner
36:54ticking
36:56alright I need to go to family school soon
37:00I think it's
37:02crucial that you have somebody to speak to in a school that you're comfortable with
37:05back when I was at school and my parents separated
37:10it were quite difficult
37:12have a minute
37:16take a breather
37:18I just don't think I did open up to people when I was at school
37:22but then I don't know if there was somebody there who I could have opened up to
37:26and trusted as much as maybe what students have now
37:33right
37:36how are we?
37:37so
37:38basically
37:39with Millie we've been fine
37:41but yeah
37:42she would be in problem aren't she today
37:44we're like
37:45you're alright Millie it's fine if you don't want to talk about her just want to make sure you're alright
37:47then she just looked away from me
37:49maybe she's having a rough day
37:51just think about it when you have a rough day do you want to speak to people all the time?
37:54but she was being fine with everyone else and when I was nothing over
37:56she instantly turned away and walked away
37:58and I'm
37:59I want to talk to her
38:01but I'm scared to
38:02I think you two are very
38:04one minute you're besties one minute it's not one minute you are one minute you're not
38:08yeah I'm just worried that we won't be able to patch things up
38:11because I want to be fine with all of them
38:12okay
38:13wait here
38:14wait here
38:23I always keep in mind that their problems aren't massive for them
38:29teenagers in general have a lot going on
38:33not every teenager has that added extra of what Amy's difficulties are as well
38:44thank you sir
38:53Year 8 Amy is worried she's fallen out with friend Millie
38:57so has enlisted the help of student manager Mr Wilson
39:01I struggle with putting myself in their shoes in those situations because I'm very
39:07oh it'll be fine crack on
39:09you know it'll sort itself out
39:12and actually I don't
39:14think it does sometimes
39:16I think they do need that intervention and
39:18that support with certain things
39:20right
39:26I'm not here
39:27chat it out
39:31um
39:32hi
39:33I'll just want to say
39:34this morning
39:35um
39:37I still think you're a bit mongy
39:39and I'll just know what we're wrong
39:40but I also didn't want to
39:41you know
39:42make you upset
39:43yeah it's alright
39:44um
39:45I'm just quite
39:46tired
39:47like this morning
39:48so
39:50um
39:51so yeah I'm sorry about that
39:52are you alright with me being mates with Marcie as well
39:54yeah
39:55like
39:56I'm not bothered with that lot
39:58but
39:59I'm just worried because
40:00I want those all to be mates again
40:01so I'm just getting a bit scared of like
40:04all these guys drifting apart
40:06and then me going to you and then
40:07her thinking that I'm talking stuff about her
40:09and then everything just falling apart again
40:11so now I'm just stuck by my sin again
40:13you can
40:14like if you feel that
40:15or you have no one
40:16just come to me
40:17literally
40:18I've got
40:19me and Ella just hanging around
40:20outside
40:21making my way downtown
40:23walking fast
40:24it just depends
40:26and I'm homebound
40:29sorry
40:30someone just said making my way on the radio
40:32and that's what came into my head
40:33go ahead
40:39it's nice that she does come to me and
40:41tells me a lot
40:42and
40:43and easy for her
40:44to have that person there to talk to
40:45and
40:46trust
40:47and then she doesn't have to feel like
40:48she's bottled everything up and going home
40:49and
40:50exploding
40:51are we good?
40:54come on then
40:55a lot of the time
40:56that's the biggest step for some of them
40:58just actually
40:59realising
41:00they can trust somebody to speak to
41:02about their issues and their worries

43:33So what have you got on your feet?
43:35Right, you need to peg it down to my office.
43:37I'll change them after.
43:38No, no, no.
43:40You need to be ready for the day, Riley.
43:42You cannot learn with trainers on.
43:44It's a proven fact.
43:45It is.
43:46Assistant Head Mrs Delaney Hudson
43:48has been keeping tabs on Riley's diet and behaviour
43:51to see if there's a link.
43:54What we had for breakfast this morning, Riley?
43:56Wheaterbakes.
43:57Wheaterbakes, excellent.
43:58How many tablespoons of sugar on it?
43:59None.
43:59None.
44:00He's really happy about that.
44:03You can tell, can't you?
44:07One small change can make a really big difference,
44:10and that's clear to see with Riley's food diary.
44:13Riley, do you want to read down to across the land?
44:15The wind was just getting stronger, and my shirt was flapping.
44:20I felt like I was up on a ship because the whole belt frame was moving.
44:27OK, lovely.
44:29Riley, absolutely brilliant.
44:30Well read.
44:30He's really, like, embraced this and gone with it.
44:37Have I got you again, like this?
44:39Whatever.
44:40Yeah, you have to.
44:41Good.
44:42Because I like your lesson.
44:44Oh, thanks, Riley.
44:45I appreciate that.
44:47He is getting less behaviour points.
44:50He's engaging more in his learning,
44:52and he's getting more success in his lessons.
44:56So, Riley, how am I going to write that?
44:59Two.
45:00Why?
45:00Take away seven divided by two equals,
45:05and then equal sign.
45:07You.
45:08Perfect.
45:09Smile.
45:11Push is off.
45:13Be quiet for Mr. Geary.
45:16Thanks, Riley.
45:18He absolutely thrives off the positivity,
45:23so he's really proud if he gets a full page of ticks on his report card.
45:28It means a lot to him.
45:29All right, Skylar.
45:32No, I'm not.
45:33What's up?
45:33You've really hurt me arm and no one cares.
45:35I care.
45:37I've only got heat.
45:40Riley, come on in.
45:41Put your bag and your coat there.
45:43Right, let's have a look at your report.
45:44This is the moment of truth for Riley, Skylar.
45:49So, these are your comments so far.
45:53Very good.
45:55Very good.
45:55Excellent in exam conditions.
46:01Fantastic.
46:02Very good.
46:03Last lesson.
46:05English.
46:06Three ticks.
46:07Comment.
46:08Absolutely fantastic.
46:09You, my friend, are going gardening.
46:17Let's go.
46:18Why would you want to go gardening?
46:19Because that's what is rewarded and he enjoys it.
46:21Did you choose that?
46:22I would not choose gardening in this weather.
46:26Well, it's a good job you're not coming with us then, isn't it?
46:29Come on, Riley.
46:30Ah, me has stuck.
46:32I got it out.
46:32Seeing Riley beginning to take accountability, it fills me with hope and it makes me happy.
46:40But it has to be about consistency now and continue making right choices.
46:45Do you know what I mean?
46:46Because I can't continue to monitor his food until year 11.
46:51I mean, that's absolutely ridiculous.
46:56Next time, it's not just GCSEs on the minds of the year 10s.
47:01There's a crackdown on phones.
47:06I think it'd be really important to have a look at amount of time we're actually spending on screens.
47:1115 hours and 30.
47:12Have a look. Daily average.
47:13That is bad.
47:15But artificial intelligence poses new dilemmas.
47:18Most people are using it.
47:19It's a cheat card, isn't it?
47:20He's doing an AI generator video.
47:23Frightening what people can do with AI now, though, isn't it?
47:26Terrifying.
47:27You can find support information for any of the issues raised tonight at channel4.com
47:34slash support and classes back next Sunday at 8.
47:38Now, stick around.
47:39Another new one is starting in a matter of seconds.
47:41Not even enough time for a Wii.
47:43We're not playing.
47:44But Elizabeth Hurley might be in the inheritance.
47:47Not even enough time for a Wii.
47:59Not even enough time for awijome
48:01But if you can find that, there will be moreífic changes.
48:07And it will be later on.
48:08You can never rule myself.
48:08There will be more Students.
48:11Yeah, that will be a difference.
48:11For more lebih than half of us years,
48:14the Thankfully Talks has one youth.
