00:00I had it, my kids had it, it was a nuisance, itchy, but not serious, but I would take any vaccine that's offered, because it seems, why make yourself ill when you can prevent it?
00:13I think if it's proven, which I don't think they'd roll it out, if it weren't proven, then I think they should have it to stop them getting these diseases.
00:21As a parent, you want to know what you're putting inside your child. I think it is a good idea, because it takes the strain off the NHS, if it's a decent, it's been well researched.
00:32It's really about trying to keep yourself fairly healthy throughout the year, so that your immune system is not that bad, but when you do come down with something, just lean into it, go to bed, drink plenty.
00:46If you're not so well or whatever, just sort of take it easy and rest.
00:51Curl up in a ball and sweat it out. That's the best thing you can do. Yeah, that's it, you know, it's like let it run its course.
