00:00Eventually, Sonic gets lifted off the ground by hooks put through the holes drilled into his spikes connected to cables in the wall.
00:07He could have avoided this if he had just jumped at Eggman right away instead of holding himself back.
00:13The story gets boring again for a while.
00:16He's told this isn't his secret lair in just another one of his workshops,
00:21and he's told that just as he came in he set a timed bomb running that'll blow up the place in three minutes
00:27while he used a teleporter to get to another zone.
00:30Eggman really didn't need to tell him where the antivirus program was.
00:35There's some padding after this.
00:38He looks at his watch and sings an out-of-tune song into a microphone that's an altered version of a song Sonic heard before.
00:45What a waste of my time.
00:48Eggman hits a button and is sent to safety.
00:51Sonic only has to do a spin to make the cables snap, so why didn't he do that right away?
00:56He runs back to the lab door and sees that it's locked, and the output device hums and there's a thud.
01:03He sees a woman leave it with white boots, a blue dress, and brown leggings, and a white headdress.
01:09So based on Eggman saying,
01:12this is Chun-Li.
01:14Sonic crossed over with Street Fighter here first, so not even that was original in Worlds Unite.
01:21The narration says that since Sonic's a gentleman, he's not in the habit of hitting babes unless they hit him first.
01:28Eventually she grabs him out of the air and holds him with her weight on top of him.
01:33He notices from her arms that she's a computer program from a game.
01:37He seems so slow to have only just now figured this out.
01:42He rolls away from her when I thought she was holding him, and there's padding until he uses the teleporter just as she starts using her legs as a helicopter, and he blacks out.
01:52Meanwhile, Iggy sits on a sturdy block of metal marked print staring at components as she's trying and failing to force them together.
02:00One falls apart. This seems like a waste of time.
02:03She uses a whole lot of words to say what she already proved with actions.
02:07She warns Tails that there's a huge war machine behind him, and he says good with a grin.
02:12And she's confused even though she's the one who told him to start putting stuff together.
02:17Tails said he had a great time building things, and they call this the Robotnik Antivirus and Geek Exterminator.
02:25The Ravage Tank.
02:27It's 20 times as tall as Tails, and it's got gun barrels and laser cannons and rocket launchers while the top's a turret.
02:34It does a whole lot of describing without telling me what it looks like.
02:38Not even telling me the colors it is.
02:41Some blue birds fly out of the end of one of its big barrels.
02:46Tails says he made almost all of it.
02:49He says he found a data bus and made a lot of modifications to it.
02:54I'm really impressed, and also a little confused because the writer thought he was stupid, only to know better.
03:00Even Tails' description in Stay Sonic itself is confused.
03:05Half of it is him being inquisitive and crafty, and the other half calls him stupid anyways.
03:13So it makes sense that in the UK books, he's half stupid and half genius.
03:19It makes sense that Tails would be made like this because of how useful technology could be to Sonic.
03:25With barely any characters to rely on, he inevitably makes two of them good with technology when he's ridden to a corner.
03:32She says nice work and blushes before saying she's part of his fan club and always wanted to meet him and get his autograph.
03:39He feels awkward and shuffles his feet, unable to think of something cool to say.
03:44Porker shouts at him that the writer has picked up something approaching at high speed.
03:49There's some padding as it does a bunch of telling instead of showing.
03:52They should have known better than to give it a reformat bomb.
03:56Because take them out too, as she says.
03:59They climb a ladder into the tank and see people still fitting bits together.
04:04It's explained that it was put together by people who had never programmed before.
04:08And Porker says over here, so they stare at a glowing screen with the blip heading for the programming language section.
04:15It does a brief time skip to Sally reacting to Sonic saying that Eggman went into cyberspace.
04:21But it doesn't skip ahead enough, so he still recaps at all.
04:25It's realistic that he tried to attack the tank and still has a bruise on the top of his head.
04:30Because it turns out he wasn't able to damage it.
04:33There's padding after that, starting with his recap.
04:36He eventually says he knows he destroyed one of Eggman's secret hideouts because the part of the computer he was in blew up too.
04:43He's taking credit for the explosion when it was really Eggman who did it.
04:48Icky says it must have been a terminal on the network and not one of the important computers or they'd have felt it.
04:54There's more padding.
04:56Sonic asks Icky if she has any clue where the antivirus might be.
05:00And she says she doesn't, and then he asks where it's a good place to start, which is really a rephrasing of the same question.
05:07And then this time she says the CPU.
05:10Because nothing happens in the cyberspace without it knowing.
05:13So why didn't she say that right away?
05:16He gets enthusiastic and says enough talking, but still blathers anyways for a while, and there's padding again.
05:22Hale's annoyed because Sonic had taken command as if he'd been here the whole time.
05:27That's weird.
05:29There's more padding such as Sonic talks way too much saying a bunch of synonyms for advance.
05:36And eventually the tank starts advancing with Johnny at the acceleration controls.
05:41The tank has sensitive controls, so Tails keeps having to jerk the steering wheel from left to right and back to avoid driving the tank into mountains of stuff.
05:50And it takes a while describing the tank moving forwards.
05:54Every so often the tank bounces off an invisible wall on either side of the road.
05:59At least Tails enjoying it.
06:01Porker says there's two big things flying this way fast.
06:05Two huge buzz bombers head for the tank dropping bombs, and it shakes the top of the tank, throwing Tails to the floor.
06:12Sonic steers the tank making that happen again, and eventually he uses the cannon's triggers against the robots to defeat them.
06:21I guess they were hit by a laser, and that's what caused their explosions.
06:25Porker says there's more in coming.
06:28I hate that nobody understands Sonic when he says man all the guns, and Johnny says they're not people because they're animals.
06:35It's too meta.
06:36It only implies that the writer didn't think enough.
06:39Of course they would use man and people to refer to themselves.
06:43Otherwise, how are those words in their vocabulary when there's only one human on the planet?
06:48The story has people get to their battle stations, and eventually the tank hurls a whole bunch of lethal stuff at the incoming robots.
06:57It doesn't matter to me what it uses because they all have the same effect.
07:01The story starts repeating itself and being padded out for a while.
07:04This sure was easy to write.
07:07At least it's new that Tails even made a tank with other people.
07:10Sonic says to try to have the tank outrun those badniks.
07:14It makes more sense than risking running out of ammo when there could be way more badniks than ammo.
07:20The last of the robots get destroyed, but then a flying fortress made of tubes with tetris blocks starts following it that Tails dealt with before.
07:28So there's padding, and they find out they can't keep going in the tank because the silver path ends in a huge hole, and Nikki just assumes it's because of the explosion in Wink Fortress.
07:38When she's in a crazy cyberspace universe that's got a maze for no reason.
07:43When she thinks a massive computer on Mobius is so linked to it magically that its destruction would make them feel it.
07:52When they're clearly in another dimension.
07:54Tails doesn't know how to turn the tank around when the road isn't wide enough.
07:58So Sonic throws the tank into a wide turn, heading it straight for the side of the pathway in the hole.
08:04He slams on the brakes at the last second, and the front end of the tank stomps.
08:09The back half carries on, and drags the rest of the tank around with it so that the tank ends up facing the opposite way down the road.
08:16Sonic hits the throttle, and the tank accelerates back down the road it had come from.
08:21Eventually Tails targets the robot, and squeezes the triggers, and is thrown backwards by recoil, smacking his head against the radar console, realistically.
08:30Sonic says a nice shot, and eventually the robot starts falling towards the tank, and everyone has to rush out a bit.
08:37So good thing they thought to have a lot of escape routes.
08:40Tails sees a rabbit at the bottom of the ladder, saying he's fallen and can't get up.
08:45He literally says that, and it comes off like he's talking in monotone, so it's harder to take it seriously.
08:51Tails gets him over his shoulder, and climbs the ladder to the deck of the tank.
08:56He jumps away from the falling robot while flying to slow their fall.
09:00The mother of the rabbit picks him up, and thanks Tails, and calls him brave.
09:04Tails shrugs, and says it's all part of a hero's job.
09:08The tank and robot flicker and fade to his static color, and then shrink to a tiny bright dot and vanish.
09:15Ikki says it was the program's crashing and getting deleted.
09:18Sonic interrupts Tails in his bragging because they've got plans to make right now.
09:23And he at least calls him buddy before saying that the first thing a hero learns is that there's a time to make plans instead of tell stories.
09:30He shouldn't have needed to explain this.
09:33Ikki gives a bunch of exposition and despair, and Tails says he's got an idea.
09:37He runs away, and Porker wonders why.
09:40Surprisingly, Sonic says it was probably the strain on his mind, and he doesn't have the grit and experience to be a real hero.
09:47And then he interrupts himself to say he's coming back.
09:50So that was supposed to be a joke, but I don't appreciate that joke at his expense.
09:54Especially right after he told Sonic he did something heroic.
09:58It's a good thing Knuckles was introduced so Sonic could have a rivalry with someone other than Tails,
10:02but without him around, he has no one else to be like that with.
10:06And without Knuckles, the writer didn't know any better.
10:09Tails returns with a grin holding a black, large box from the remains of the Tetris robot that'll take them to wherever they want to go.
10:16And he bets it's got a higher security rating than anything but Eggman.
10:20Ikki says nice one.
10:21She tries to slap his back, but isn't tall enough and can only reach the top of his legs.
10:26It's a constant struggle not to picture her as Ikki from STC Online, which is such a better design.
10:32Too bad she's not on the cover.
10:34The cover made me expect a different story with no creativity at all.
10:38It made me think Tails would be roboticized.
10:41I don't get why none of these books showed the main OCs of the book on the cover.
10:46They're important characters so they should have made sure you'd picture them right.
10:50Tails presses buttons on the black box and learns how to get to their destination.
10:55The heroes and a hundred other people get flown by an invisible force across a silver path suspended above the ground while the sky is purple now.
11:04I guess the color changes with the time of the day.
11:07That's extra effort that wasn't needed from Eggman.
11:10The story wastes my time for a while.
11:12They head for a maze and Sonic reassures everyone that they know about those and they're safe with them.
11:17They head for an opening in a low gray wall and are thrown into it and land on the blank shadows beyond.
11:23Tails rubs his head sitting up and is sitting on Iggy's so he says he's sorry.
11:28It shouldn't describe her as rather squished since she's fine right after this, like when Tails hit his head.
11:34They just keep getting invisible rings and healing.
11:37The opening in the wall is gone because the walls moved together.
11:41Eventually Tails heads for a large door and is told to stop by Sally because they haven't figured out what to do.
11:47The sign on the door reads Space Intruders and the black box wastes time being useless.
11:53He has to be at a node exit before he could have Go 2 do anything.
11:58It's too bad the fourth wall gets broken again.
12:01If it weren't for that, I'd say I kinda like that it's got the most humor out of all the books so far.
12:06Sonic says sorry about the box not working and has the idea to split into two teams to find the exit.
12:12He tells Sally to stay here with anyone who doesn't want to go with them.
12:16And that ends up being everyone other than him.
12:19Somehow even Tails wanted to stay.
12:22Sonic says it's just the four of us.
12:25Making Porker be on his team and Tails be on Iggy's.
12:29It's nice of Porker to still go with him when he wanted to stay here.
12:33Sonic tells them to shout if they hit any trouble.
12:36He'd know they'd know that.
12:38This is just more wasting time.
12:41Tails' team runs away and in seconds their footsteps can't be heard anymore.
12:46Which is pretty magical.
12:48Sonic's team runs until they hear Porker scream and head for the noise.
12:53Tails says it's the witch and gets interrupted.
12:56It better be a new one.
12:58Sonic runs into the shadows without thinking and stops in front of a door that's got the remains of the black box smashed to pieces.
13:06Iggy catches up to him and says he's too fast while panting heavily.
13:11What happens to her being able to keep up with them?
13:14Somehow neither one of them lampshade this and say that Cyberspace weakened her.
13:19Frogger.
13:20He opens the door and the two of them get yanked through the doorway and it slams behind them.
13:25They have to deal with the game Frogger.
13:28It over describes it when that's really it.
13:31But the writer didn't think he was allowed to use the actual name to just say that.
13:35So it's new that they have to dodge cars and trucks.
13:38But it doesn't need to take so long.
13:40And most of it's padded out by them talking to each other.
13:44He remembers the game has a time limit causing him to grab her arm and run into traffic.
13:49And eventually jump across river logs for a while.
13:52And there's a black void on either end of the river.
13:55How did she get stuck on a log?
13:58Sonic does a kick at the end of a log.
14:01And one end of it thumps against Iggy's log while she holds her arms out for balance and runs towards him.
14:07And jumps to the river bank just barely avoiding being sent into a black void.
14:12Sonic pushes a metal door open.
14:14And what's behind them gets replaced with a labyrinth from before.
14:18But now they're in a different part of it.
14:21Somehow Sonic needs to have pointed out to him.
14:24Somehow Sonic says cool and wants to see what other games are offered.
14:28Because it could do with a good shoot up game.
14:31When Iggy almost died.
14:33And I wondered if she would back there.
14:35Somehow he thinks she'd want to try Golden Hatchet.
14:38And they disagree on which door to pick.
14:41Sonic gets told about Thunderbird 4.
14:44And says he didn't want to shoot me up.
14:47When what did he expect from a shoot him up in this context?
14:51How did he know to say this based on the name?
14:55Iggy refuses to go to the place Chun leaves from.
14:58And he agrees with her.
15:00Which impressed me.
15:01There's a lot of padding as the story repeats itself.
15:05They see a door called Planet Mobius and go into a lookalike of Green Hill Zone.
15:11But it doesn't smell like anything at all.
15:14And somehow everything seems two dimensional to them.
15:17It says there's catchy background music.
15:20And Iggy says the resolution's what's missing.
15:23And points out that the flowers aren't real.
15:25I hate that Sonic breaks the fourth wall again.
15:28Iggy figures out that the reason this game was made for Eggman was to test his plans.
15:33That still wouldn't be useful to him if he was still there.
15:37Because then he still would've gotten punched in the chin.
15:40They see a buzz bomber.
15:42And Sonic jumps towards it and hears his own battle cry.
15:46And it gets squashed between two blue balls of energy.
15:49If the writer knew that animals pop out of badniks.
15:53Why does it almost never happen in the story when there's almost nothing good about not writing that?
15:58Sonic notices that his replica spikes aren't as smooth as they're supposed to be.
16:03But otherwise admires his looks.
16:08The replica wonders what he's doing here.
16:10And says this is a one player game.
16:12And despite knowing he's in a game.
16:14He still acts apprehensive and assumes that Sonic's an evil robot duplicate from Eggman.
16:19And threatens him if he is.
16:22Why did Eggman program him to be able to think that a robot made by Eggman is evil?
16:27He should've known Sonic might meet the replica and try to get his help.
16:31Sonic explains things to him.
16:33And somehow the replica doesn't believe he's a computer program.
16:36And says he's the original.
16:38Even though he just said this is a one player game.
16:41I like that Sonic has written to tell him to compare his hands to his.
16:45But he would think that's how the original's supposed to look like.
16:49The replica still doesn't believe him.
16:52Even though he wouldn't have enough memories based on Eggman's lack of personal knowledge about him.
16:56So Sonic should point out that.
16:59But he does say something weird's going on in Wonderwise here.
17:03He gets told the answer.
17:05And it's sad to see him say that a fox with two tails is silly.
17:08Why would Eggman program a replica of Sonic to say that?
17:12I guess he programmed him before Sonic 2.
17:15And that's why there's only Sonic 1 zones here.
17:18Sonic retorts that a two-tailed fox is almost as silly as a blue hedgehog.
17:23Which only makes sense because in this book he wasn't always blue.
17:27And I was bravely confused and had to remind myself of that because of how accurate this book feels to the games for the most part.
17:33He asks if he wants to help them look for their friends and the replica agrees.
17:38He gets given more exposition as they go through the level.
17:42And thankfully the writer had the mercy to not tell me exactly what was said to spare me the padding.
17:48Sonic even tells him how he got the holes in his spikes.
17:51Which is good because he had asked that.
17:53The replica gets worried that destroying Eggman's main base would destroy the computer with him in it.
17:59And Eggie says as she catches up that they'll download him to a different computer first.
18:04Eventually the wrecking ball Eggmobile gets squashed between two Sonics and that instantly ends the fight.
18:09Causing it to go back the way it came while sending smoke out of it.
18:13Why would Eggman have programmed that thing to be so lame?
18:16What was the point of him even programming that at all?
18:19He already discovered that he couldn't beat Sonic with that thing.
18:23All of this isn't new.
18:25It's just telling me that the Sonic X comic wasn't as original as I thought when it had a virtual reality simulation of Sonic 1.
18:32And the book shouldn't have said squashed if it was still functional enough to leave afterwards.
18:37Because that means its shape wasn't squashed.
18:40They run on a few steps to where Prison Egg, as it's called, is on the grass.
18:45The name Prison Egg goes with the egg theming of Eggman.
18:49Well, it's still describing what it is, but not as much as Animal Capsule, which says it has animals.
18:55So, not a good name.
18:57Again, the word squashed is abused.
19:00Tails and Porker aren't really squashed in it. They're fine.
19:04Sonic calls Tails his buddy and there's more padding.
19:07There's a big metal door and Sonic tells the replica to keep up the good work, which isn't good enough for him, and why would it be?
19:14What good work?
19:16Everything he's doing here is pointless.
19:18Which he caught on to.
19:20He wants to help them out because being stuck inside a microchip isn't a job for a hero.
19:25They all look at each other and Porker's looking at something he pulled out of his nose.
19:29So that was unnecessary.
19:31Iggy says the best way the replica can help is by staying here, not in the long term.
19:37Somehow the replica is satisfied with this condescending line.
19:41The heroes go back into the maze with a way out of it in front of them.
19:45Porker says what about the others and Sonic says that if they get out of the computer they'll be able to rescue them easily.
19:51Sonic jokes that if they're attacked, Sonic could boss the program to death no problem.
19:56That's a fun line.
19:59I wonder if the writer knew about Satiem.
20:01They run down the Silver Path and there's padding.
20:04They see an ancient looking building and the sky's orange above them.
20:09I don't know why Tails said either Eggman's been putting on more weight or they've arrived.
20:14They've reached their destination in planet Mobius, which is running a test invasion.
20:19And there's more padding.
20:21Tails uses slang so Porker's happy that Tails read that dictionary lent him.
20:25That's wholesome.
20:26I didn't expect that, I thought Tails was done with that.
20:30Iggy's right, they are wasting time.
20:32It continues to do so.
20:34They have to wait in a line of weird looking people who look like inanimate objects.
20:39Unlike the writer, I realize it doesn't matter what they look like.
20:43So I'm not going to describe them.
20:45Somehow Sonic thinks he can just ask how to get to the front of the line.
20:49I thought they were going to fight their way through.
20:52Why are they waiting in line at the DMV?
20:54I know why in universe.
20:56But why would you write this?
20:58Iggy says the floating flashing lights can only hold one bit of info at a time and 8 bits make him bite.
21:04So Sonic says Eggman's cheap for using a computer with an 8-bit processor.
21:09Hemp saying Robotnik makes him get sent to the front of the line.
21:13The monitor grows arms and legs and flashes as it walks into the shadows and one of its hands produces a whistle as it blows.
21:20It says priority instructions coming through.
21:23And I assume the reason it didn't tell them how they could get to the front of the line earlier was that it knew the other programs would lie to take advantage of it.
21:30The monitor wants her award from Eggman for this and somehow wants to be a joystick when it grows up.
21:37The story goes back to wasting my time, mostly with dialogue.
21:41Sonic leaves it up to Iggy to state their business to the flashing light behind the desk because she's good at computer jargon.
21:48Which is smart of him.
21:50She says they need info on a file location on virus eradication.
21:54Porker compliments the bit and sirens go off because it got interrupted while it was being programmed.
22:00Sonic's told to take even more waiting for the CPU to be reset.
22:04So he jumps over the desk and dives into the opening in the wall, which he could have done earlier.
22:09And Tails follows.
22:11I hate that Iggy talks as if they weren't already in cyberspace.
22:15They fall through a bunch of dots and yellow lines representing data and flashes circled around them.
22:21And it goes on for a while about this redundantly.
22:26It takes several paragraphs to get the plot progression.
22:30Sonic grabs Tails' hand and yanks him down the left fork in a row to head towards.
22:36Because all of a sudden they're not falling anymore.
22:38And there's no fall damage.
22:40What a magical place.
22:42He adds for a star shape that goes between orange and green and flickers with letters and numbers.
22:48And a gold thread goes around them three times and zips them back into the whirling grid.
22:54It wasn't necessary for Sonic to break the fourth wall.
22:57Maybe that's why this was his last Sonic book.
23:00He was tired of Sonic.
23:02There's more padding where at one point Tails takes Sonic literally on programmed luck.
23:07It should be Sonic who's saying the speed's great and Tails wishing they knew how to slow down here.
23:13Something flashing heads towards them cork streaming along the same gold thread.
23:18It's obsessed with describing scenery but I don't know what that something looks like.
23:23Sonic grabs Tails and jumps and starts falling again.
23:27It's too bad he was written to grab the scruff of his tiny neck when grabbing a bigger target would be easier.
23:33A mist goes over to them and forms into a mouth to ask with a female voice who they are.
23:39She calls herself Psych and takes a needlessly long time to explain that she's the ghost of all the deleted programs gathering scraps in bits and trying to disrupt the CPU's work.
23:49Because she somehow has free will.
23:52But it's only when it's crushed that she can manifest and communicate.
23:57So she's a magical being native to the pocket universe Eggman made into his computer.
24:02And she only got generated because in this universe everyone who dies becomes a ghost.
24:08Got it.
24:09I'm confused but at least this is interesting.
24:12Tails tells you the truth about what he wants while Sonic's worried.
24:16Psych thinks Eggman's a fat fool but somehow doesn't think he's a good programmer.
24:21She says this was a nice organized computer system until Eggman turned up and deleted her.
24:26If he truly deleted her, as in not just put her in their cycle bin, then she wouldn't still be functional.
24:33Why would he just settle for putting her in their cycling bin?
24:36Eventually she feels she can help them get to Eggman's personal file space because the log is there.
24:41And that she's got some voodoo and digital alchemy that sends mists at them causing them to fly towards a gold wire for them to grab.
24:50Which has them hurtling along it until they whip around the side of a tower that's brown and silver supporting a big ball that's black and red.
24:58Two more towers stick out from its side and the top is a pink ball with a mustache face with gold wires looped around it.
25:07And the thread the heroes are on curves around like a rollercoaster a bunch around an Eggman shaped structure until they finally jump into the nose of it.
25:15So 3D Blast was an original there.
25:18They end up in the dark on something soft and Tails wishes he had some light.
25:22So a flashing light hovers between them.
25:25Sonic and Tails wouldn't have been able to get this far if Eggman had programmed everyone's cyberspace to recognize them and treat them like enemies.
25:32I have to assume it makes sense that he didn't because that would take forever.
25:36Couldn't he just program a virus into this place?
25:39That would make that happen?
25:41Sonic remembers that Iggy told him to give a bit only one piece of info at a time.
25:46So he explains in that sort of way that they need information on the location of the antivirus.
25:52It pads things out because the light reveals that it's a program block.
25:56So Sonic says they need to find another location.
25:59There's more padding where Tails asks Sonic to pick where they're gonna shout out before they get hurdled outside and put on a gold cord rollercoaster.
26:08It added Eggman care about making rollercoasters before Sonic Unleashed.
26:12There's more padding until the ride stops, and Sonic finds himself sliding on ice and getting sent off the structure.
26:19He grabs Tails mid-flight, the story finally remembering that Tails can fly.
26:25They assume the ice is a defense.
26:28And Sonic's clever enough to wonder if trying to smash it actually isn't the way, which is pretty cool.
26:34He has the idea to remove his shoes and run on the ice as Tails hangs onto him.
26:39So the ice melts from the friction.
26:41Somehow this takes two paragraphs to describe before they fall into the hole into an office.
26:47Sonic puts his damp shoes on, and Tails finds a box labeled the Antivirus Toolkit.
26:53There's padding before he has to tell Tails to look in the box to find the medicine, which is a liquid with numbers and letters.
27:01Sonic lampshades that they've wasted enough time.
27:04So why were they written to talk so much anyways?
27:07Tails doubts they'd be able to get out of here.
27:10And Sonic says he knows a ghost who can help them, and calls for Psyche.
27:14And somehow, Tails doesn't have faith in him until Psyche appears to them.
27:19It's never explained how you pronounce it.
27:21She warns him that there's not much time left before she can't help him.
27:25And Sonic says to get them out of the CPU, and wastes time saying please.
27:30Not that it stopped them from sending them flying through the opening of the wall over to Porker and Iggy.
27:35Who think they're only gone for 6 seconds.
27:38So the chronotron speed is different there.
27:40They add for the exit to the building and the orange sky outside.
27:44Tails thinks of an idea and walks up to a multi-sided crystal robot at the end of the line and chats with them.
27:51He ends up punching him and shattering him into pieces to take his black box.
27:56So why did he bother talking to him?
27:58Why didn't anyone in front of them in the line hear the shattering and turn around and freak out?
28:04The rest of the people in the office would freak out at this.
28:07Tails just says they need this to activate the output device.
28:11And it cuts to them in front of the huge eyeball of the output device.
28:15So I'm just left to assume they were noticed but nobody wants to leave the building to run after them.
28:20After padding where they get scared of where they'll come out.
28:23Sonic presses activate.
28:25And they get sucked into the eye shaped device.
28:28There's padding where they're in darkness before they're sent out of the slot of a tall white machine onto a metal floor.
28:34And they're surrounded by tall buildings with a sky that's got strange shades of color.
28:39Eventually, Sonic reveals that they're not still in cyberspace.
28:43They're in scrap brain zone.
28:45Sonic uses the antivirus needle to cure his friends.
28:48And Tails says now he gets his revenge by injecting him.
28:52Sonic tells Icky to try to find Sally and the others in the cyberspace through a computer to get them out.
28:58And somehow he trusts the defenseless porker to guard her instead of Tails while he leaves with Tails.
29:03But the leaving's for nothing because minutes later he returns from the scouting.
29:08Sonic says scrap brain zones deserted.
29:11And it describes in a long-winded way everyone getting sent out of the computer and cured by Sonic.
29:17This whole book is full of new things.
29:19I don't think Sonic's ever injected anyone with a needle before.
29:23And they run home, unafraid of where they are.
29:26It's nice of Sally to go off to look after some of the littlest creatures.
29:30Porker's girlfriend Jilly is mentioned.
29:33And he goes off with her.
29:35Porker has a girlfriend?
29:37Why didn't SCC do this?
