00:09They've come together to put on the first ever Food and Arts Festival here
00:13today in Colford Town Centre. The festival has been supported by Colford Town
00:17Council and there is so much to offer today from craft stores, food and deli
00:21stores, an ice cream van and there's even a stage which are hosting live food
00:26demonstrations and music.
00:47Hi I'm Dave and I run Wood and Resin by David as you can see we're here at the
00:52Arts Festival in Colford today. Beautiful weather which is very nice and I produce
00:57Wood and Resin products everything from coasters to tables, a lot of commission
01:01work and I do cover a lot of shows in the Gloucestershire area but I also work on a
01:05commission basis from a property right here in the Forest of Dean.

01:27Colford Food and Arts Festival, Food and Arts Festival.
01:31Great turnout today. It's a brilliant turnout today and yep it's been really good day and we've spent a long time in the planning so we thought it would be a great idea to have a little collective group of lovely food and drink producers and local artists and crafters from around the area
01:52the area and just kind of celebrate what we've got here in Colford in Marketplace because it's it's awesome we've got a real sense of community so yeah that's where the idea started so
02:04Isabelle is about us and Michael from Simply Wild who's currently crazy busy in the kitchen which is great to see
02:10um yeah that's why why we started the festival so we've got producers on the stage aren't we at the moment
02:16yeah drawing a crowd there which is great and then we've got artisans around selling their wares it's just fantastic day and the sun's out so even better
02:25and we've even got the clock tower chiming for us right now so perfect timing
