00:00I think a bit of a surprise for everyone to see that Matthew Stafford is indeed going to play for the Rams in week one this season.
00:07No training camp, no practice at all. Same could be said for Micah Parsons.
00:11They're not playing him or maybe they won't. I don't know. Maybe he will play. We'll see.
00:15But I mean, kind of strange here. And I'm very curious to see Stafford play and see if he can get through the game on Sunday.
00:22Yeah, I agree with you. We've seen some reports, you know, come out.
00:25Sean McVay, of course, has been confident. He said the other day in a news conference with reporters, I think that was over Zoom.
00:32He said he's confident he's going to be able to practice all week.
00:35And he didn't say whether he'd be limited or full participant.
00:38But it sounds like he thinks he'll be ready for week one and he's going to play.
00:42But it'll be interesting to see how he looks, if he looks fully healthy.
00:46But I know they're going to have to manage that injury throughout the season.
00:49So, you know, you wonder what type of upside do the Rams have if Stafford has to miss a handful of games.
00:54If he's missing three or four games, I think you can trust Jimmy Garoppolo to keep you afloat in that range.
01:00But if he's missing more than that or if he's, you know, hampered by the injury as he plays, gets a little bit rougher.
01:06So I think this week one, Matthew Stafford is going to be a big storyline, especially for people who are backing the Rams or think that they're going to be one of the NFC favorites this year.
