00:00It feels like one of those hostage videos. We've got a clock date in the
00:07background or something but there's been a long old transfer deadline date. It's
00:13not quite over yet at 20 past 11 but what is over is Hibernian's attempt to
00:22land Scotland striker Lyndon Dykes. There will be recriminations that run for
00:28days on this. The initial things that I'm hearing anyway are that Birmingham who
00:37have won very very significant wages, top-end EFL championship wages, almost
00:43Premier League wages, really wanted Hibs to pay way over the odds. More than Hibs
00:53we're willing to go to anyway. It's gonna be complicated. There'll be he said, she
00:58said, whatever it is, it's gonna be that. It's just, it feels a bit disappointing
01:03at the moment because David Gray genuinely would have liked to have gotten him in
01:07as a partner, a foil, a backup, an alternative to Ciaran Berry to work with
01:16Martin Boyle and Thebo Cleejay. And so, things stand at the moment. At the moment things stand,
01:28that deal's not happening. Hibs are looking to bring in a number six. Is it Dan Barlazar? I will
01:36learn his pronunciation of his name once he gets signed. And yeah, maybe one other. Believe it or not.
01:44So, that's the boss on the phone. I'm gonna have to call him back. This has been an interesting deadline day,
01:52to say the least. We'll probably be back with more.
