00:20Ma'am, hingi lang po kami ng update dun sa inilunsad na Digital National Senior Citizens ID
00:26mula po nung niluncha noong August 15, I understand ilan na po yung nagparehistro
00:33at paano po pinadali ang pag-access sa mga services nito?
00:37Una sa lahat, meron tayong 231,600 senior citizens that has access the EGOV PH
00:46na para sa ating digitalized senior citizen on top of the 1.2 million who are already registered there.
00:53So, mapapadali talaga yung ating programa in terms of accessing services
00:58by, you know, a click of their hand and sila ay makaka-access
01:02at marami silang makukuha doong mga programa na pwede nilang ma-access.
01:06Siguro the main question, ma'am, is paano po makakarehistro
01:11ang isang senior citizen para sa digital ID na ito?
01:16Yeah, una sa lahat, kailangang i-download nila muna ang EGOV app.
01:19And then, doon ay may mga katanungan na kailangang sagutin nila
01:23kasama ng kanilang basic data para doon.
01:26And they will be able to upload an ID na i-recognize naman.

04:24pangunahing beneficyo nito
04:25para sa ating
04:26mga senior citizens?
04:27Well, you know that
04:29currently we have
04:30the social indigency program
04:31which is being handled
04:33by DSWD
04:34and that is mandated
04:36by law of course
04:37na yung walang-wala
04:38sa buhay,
04:38sila dapat yung susuportahan.
04:40However,
04:41with an aging population
04:42that we have
04:43and understanding
04:44that there are a lot
04:45of loopholes
04:46in the giving out
04:47of the social indigency program,
04:49minabuti ng mga
04:50mambabatas natin
04:51na magkaroon ng
04:51universal social pension
04:53which is cutting
04:54across all borders.
04:55Meaning to say,
04:56may trabaho wala,
04:57may pensyon wala,
04:58may pinag-aralan wala,
04:59may sakit o wala
05:00that you should be able
05:01to give,
05:02you know,
05:02to be provided for.
05:04Una,
05:04pangalawa,
05:05naniniwala kami
05:06na kapag may perang

06:17kakailangan
06:18in terms of
06:19the transition

06:20pagpapalit po
06:22ng skills
06:23at saka know-how.
