00:00Green goddess dressing on my potato salad? Whoa, that's way better than plain mayo.
00:05While boiling your potatoes, toss the eggs inside with the spuds to save time. Then dip your cracked
00:11eggs in their ice bath water while peeling. Trust me, the shells will come right off.
00:15Eight minutes gives you that perfectly cooked but still jammy yolk. Basil, dill, chives, tarragon,
00:21do not skip on the herbs. That's what makes green goddess dressing shine.
00:25After tossing the potatoes and veggies in the sauce, top the salad with some extra chopped dill,
00:30celery, and sliced pepperoncinis for crunch, spice, and freshness.
00:34Most people don't think of potato salads as refreshing, but this one changes the game.
