00:25Physically, how are you feeling? I think it has to go 90 minutes and stuff and touch right into it, really.
00:30Yeah, last week I was a bit towards the end, but I've just said to one of the staff there, he asked how I was feeling and you're just building blocks,
00:39it's training, getting used to training every day again and things like that, getting used to a new group and obviously, as I said, the game's come thick and fast,
00:46so we've got a quick turnaround and then got Tuesday night.
00:49How big is your routine for you off the pitch, the manager and doing it, talking about it last week, through the week, have you really mastered that and is it a huge, huge for you, really?
00:58Yeah, probably the last 10 years I've managed to look after myself off the pitch, diet and things like that,
01:09and just knowing what works for me, really. It's just a touch from there, I've got a routine that I stick to, just knowing what I can get the best out of me and know what works.
01:21Has it been a really pleasing start, seven points, during the Cup? Couldn't have gone much better, really, would it?
01:25No, it's been a brilliant start, but it's what the manager demands from us, he expects standards, we expect standards from ourselves as well,
01:34and that's driven through, obviously, Whitey being the captain and a lot of the senior lads in the changing room.
01:42Yeah, as I touched on, the games are coming thick and fast, and if we can keep delivering performances like today and last week, every game, then I think we'll be all right.
01:52I'm sure it was tough leaving Wentworth, because you've seen really well life there, but has it been a great environment for the next chapter to come on for you?
01:59Yeah, it was tough, I'm not going to sit and say it wasn't, but as you said there, it's a new chapter now and one I'm relishing,
02:11as long as I can keep trying to churn out the performances the last couple of games, then it'll be all right.
