00:00So bringing education back to the states where you have the parents running it,
00:06where you have the school boards, they're local.
00:08We have people running from Washington that have never even been to the state that they're in charge of.
00:12They've never even been there, and I don't think they care about it.
00:15So we want to close up the Washington buildings, sell the buildings off,
00:19let somebody else get rich with the real estate, because it'll be a crime-free city.
00:25By the way, speaking of that, anybody murders something in the Capitol,
00:33Capitol punishment, Capitol, Capitol punishment.
00:36If somebody kills somebody in the Capitol, Washington, D.C.,
00:42we're going to be seeking the death penalty.
00:46And that's a very strong preventative.
00:51And everybody that's heard it agrees with it.
00:55I don't know if we're ready for it in this country,
00:58but where you have it, it is, we have no choice.
01:02So in D.C. and Washington, states are going to have to make their own decision.
01:06But if somebody kills somebody, like you could have been killed,
01:11very lucky you didn't get killed, it's the death penalty, okay?
01:15So you're going to have to make your own decision.
01:15So it's better.
01:16We're going to take it?
01:17So that's a very well-made issue.
01:24I don't know what you're doing here.
01:26This is going to take it.
01:27I want us to take it.
01:36I want us to take that care.
01:37So now we're going to be able to take it.
01:38I look at this side.
01:39What we're seeing tonight?
01:39I want you to end up on this spot.
