00:00Okay, this is the death penalty for somebody that kills people in Washington, D.C.
00:05I think it's capital.
00:06It's a very interesting capital punishment, capital city.
00:09That's right.
00:10It's capital, capital, capital.
00:12But this is our capital city.
00:14We can't allow that to happen.
00:15People come in from Iowa to look at the Lincoln Memorial and they end up getting killed.
00:20It doesn't happen anymore.
00:21It's not going to happen.
00:22And if it does happen, it's the death penalty for the person that did it.
00:26And this goes into effect.
00:28Yes, sir.
00:28Right?
00:29Pam, is that right?
00:30Could you speak a little bit about that?
00:31Yes, sir.
00:32Not only are we seeking it in Washington, D.C., but all over the country again.
00:36And as you saw very recently, we are now moving the inmates who were on death row,
00:41who Joe Biden or the auto pin commuted their sentences off of death row.
00:45We're moving them to supermax facilities where they will be treated like they're on death row for the rest of their lives.
00:52President Trump.
00:53Okay.
00:54That's a big statement.
00:55Thank you very much.
00:56Okay.
00:57I see some of you shaking your heads.
00:59It's very positive.
01:00Thank you, Brian.
01:01Thank you, fellas.
01:01You said on the campaign trail that you were poor.
01:05The death penalty if anybody can't be.
01:06Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to announce that Washington, D.C. has not had a death in four weeks, a murder.
01:15And he looked at me, he goes, is that good or bad?
01:17You know, he said, what kind of a place is this?
01:20But it's true for years.
01:22I mean, every week, essentially, somebody got killed or more than one.
01:25And this is a very safe city right now.
01:30We don't play games.
01:31And, you know, it's interesting.
01:33We took these careers out, the career of criminals.
01:36They call them careers.
01:38They just, they left the word criminal out.
01:40But we took the careers out of here.
01:43And they're now brought back to their homes.
01:46Or they're in jail.
01:47Or they're in a jail in another country.
01:49And hopefully they're not coming back.
01:51And we have to maintain it.
01:52You can't just leave.
01:54And we have to maintain it.
01:55And we've gotten along fairly well with the mayor.
01:58You know, she's getting a party that hates that the city's becoming safe.
02:02I mean, they're actually criticizing her because the city's becoming safe.
02:05But this is becoming a very, this is right now a very, very safe city.
02:10This is considered, this went from the most unsafe city in the country to the safest city in the country.
02:15There's no city any safer.
02:17That's a pretty big achievement.
02:19And we really did it in 12 days.
02:21But if you add an extra week to it, that would be nice.
02:24And, I mean, you can go out to dinner.
02:27Restaurants are booming.
02:29You know, the restaurants were dead.
02:31They were dead.
02:32Even if you got to the restaurant, then somebody would come in and hold you up.
02:35You know, they'd hold up the whole restaurant.
02:38They go to Uber.
02:39Young ladies in the White House, they'd call Uber for protection.
02:43They'd run to the car because they were petrified to be from the entrance of their building to the car.
02:48Now they feel safe.
02:50They're in the car.
02:50And then the car gets hijacked while they're in the back of the car.
02:53This is what we were living in.
02:55We were living in hell.
02:57People that work in the White House, every time we see me, young women in particular, thank you, sir.
03:02And I don't even ask them about what.
03:04I know exactly.
03:05I made their lives.
03:07Now they're living in a beautiful, glamorous place called Washington, D.C. with no crime.
03:11And that's the way it should be.
03:12We're here.
03:14We're here.
03:27We're here.
03:28We're here.
