00:47Well, of course, the Philippine National Police is a dynamic organization, a bureau under the one department.
00:53Ito po yung DILG.
00:55At since the PNP was created in 1991 by the future of Republic Act 6-975,

01:05Meron po tayong performance governance system, meron po tayong program management office
01:09para matanggal po nandyan po lahat ng mga programa.
01:14And nabigla rin ako, I was in Pagadian in my capacity as the Area Police Command Western Mindanao commander po doon.

01:35Well, as usual, as a professional member of the Philippine National Police,
01:43kailangan po nating sumunod.
01:46At yun na nga po, nagkaroon po ng turnover.
01:48Alright. Well, General Nartatas, ano po yung mga polisiya at programa na ipatutupad po ninyo sa PNP?
01:54Ngayong kayo na po ang jepe ng Philippine National Police, sir?
01:57Well, I've been since junior officers hanggang senior officer na po tayo.
02:05I've been with a platoon leader sa isang mobile company.
02:10I've been a junior.
02:11I've been a senior officer, middle grade officer hanggang naging senior.
02:16With different positions po.
02:23For example, I was the regional director of NCLPO, regional director of Palaberson,
02:29a director of National Support Unit, and I've been with the staff.
02:33And nandiyan na po ang ating mga programa.
02:35Name it.
02:36We have our police operations through enhanced management police operations,
02:43including na po yung reaction, preventive and reactive, that is the conduct of patrol
02:50and the conduct of investigation to ensure that these cases that transpired, masulba po.
02:58And that is for operation, no?
03:01At marami pa, including the management of our resources, whether it's per our personnel,
03:10our logistics and the finances.
03:12So, yan po ang mga kailangan natin.
03:14And we have a lot of action plans and actually operational plans.

03:49and this effort by the Philippine National Police should be felt no less than by the community.
03:57No, kahit na gano'ng kaganda pa ang ginawa, if you're not coordinating, or if you are not in partnership of this community,
04:08wala pong magandang ipapatulot ang ating ginagawa.
04:14So, the partnership, it is very important and paramount.
04:19Well, General, magkakaroon rin po ba ng balasahan sa PNP?
04:22At ano po, sir, yung mangyayari dun sa reshuffle na ipinatupad ni General Torre?
04:29Yung balasahan and or placement, parang time to time, nangyayari naman po yan.
04:36At I will situate that kung sino yung performing,
04:40they will take their pause and even go higher position or higher responsibility.
04:48And for those cut short of the performance, well, turuan natin sila kung paano gawin.
04:55If hindi kaya, and then kailangan natin mag-ikot.
04:59It's a matter of managing our personnel to eat according to their accounts.

06:13nandiyan po lahat, including the reaction on any cases
06:18na mangyayari like the occurrence of crime.
06:21And this five-minute response is only part of this patrol
06:25and only part of this investigation.
06:30So, yun po yun.
06:31So, we will on a holistic approach yun po ang ibig po sabihin nun.
06:37And a lot of more na ating re-revisahin.
06:41Kaya tulad ng our security plan for major activities,

06:50Meron po tayong Christmas holiday,
