00:13Ito ang kinumpirma ni DILG Secretary John Vic Rebulia.

00:18Si General Nartates ay kasalukuyang Area Police Commander sa Western Mindanao.

00:23Pero bagong kanyang reassignment doon, itinuturing siya bilang second in command

00:29ng PNP matapos awakan ang posisyon bilang Deputy Chief for Administration.

00:35Kabilang din siya sa mga miyembro ng PMA Tanglao Diwa Class of 1992.

00:41Kaninang kumaga ay kinumpirma ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ang pagsibak kay Torre.

00:47Inatitiyak din ang dating hepe ng PNP ang maayos na pag-turnover ng mga dokumento at mga malagang informasyon.

00:54Alos tatlong buwan na nanungkulan si Torre bilang pinuno ng Philippine National Police.
