00:00The win, just how good a win was that and a performance?
00:03It was great, I thought as a team we performed pretty much straight into the final,
00:08so obviously slip up with a try which we were good about because we were chasing that zero.
00:13For me personally, I've just been excited and everything about us, we're lucky you are a great team
00:18and we knew coming into this game we were confident what we could do and obviously me,
00:23it's my first home game for Leeds as well, it's been a great place to come and play as an away player,
00:27the atmosphere has always been incredible, so yeah it's really good to get that first one under the belt.
00:32What did you make of the atmosphere tonight, 16,000 in, it was loud?
00:36It was loud, they don't go quiet, it really does make a difference and they've been chasing us all
00:42the way through to the final, so it's just a great club, great fan base.
00:47And how do you feel, you're going three games now, obviously it was tough the first one wasn't it
00:51because I think you only had one training session but you're obviously getting to know everybody
00:56a bit more now and the accommodations are growing.
00:58Well that was it, there was a shaky first game, there was a couple of obviously
01:02little systems that I was still getting used to that were a little bit different from what I've come to,
01:06like I said I only had really the one session, so I was disappointed even though we got a win
01:11which was great, I was disappointed in my point of shooting that but I can slowly see
01:16it's building obviously with Ash and Caller if he has to play there and more on the defensive side I think,
01:23which is growing which I'm really happy about now and I'll just keep getting better and I'm getting
01:29settled now and the lads have been great for me.
01:31Is it nice just to be focusing on rugby and not going to speak about anything else?
01:35It is, it is, it's like I said when I first came here, it's a big weight off the shoulders
01:41and it's good to just focus on rugby and be excited to play again because you do soon lose that when
01:47obviously I've experienced what I've experienced this year and you're trying to just compete in the sport
01:53and when you can't do that because of external situations it's really difficult to be happy so that's one thing
01:59I just want to get back to doing and hopefully rugby will be able to take care of yourself after that.
02:03And how far do you think this Leeds team can go? I think you're level one points with Wigan now,
02:08it's really tight for sort of second down to fifth really but at home the semi-final is looking
02:14possible isn't it? It does look impossible, we're only looking up anything's possible this year,
02:17obviously we don't know what prize we want and we want to be there on the big dance stage and
02:24that's where we think we belong, this club belongs there, it's a champion club so yeah it's only looking up.
02:32And in terms of your future, are you hoping to earn a deal for next year or is all that to be sorted later?
02:41It's to be sorted later, at the moment I'm just trying to string some good games together, some good
02:45performances, obviously I'm only here to the end of the season but if something comes back I'd love that,
02:51it's a great club and I'd love to stay here.
