00:00 Kieran, welcome back to playing rugby league, how does it feel to be back on the field?
00:06 Very good, you know, it was a bit of a shock on that first half of mine, not playing for
00:09 18 months, I definitely got tired, but that second stint felt much better, so that's a
00:16 first thing, getting back on the pitch, so I'm very happy.
00:19 And it's your first game since when, since pre-season last year?
00:22 Not even that, 18 months ago, last time I played was against Newcastle, September 22.
00:29 And how did you get through it, obviously coming back from a bad injury in Achilles,
00:34 they're never nice, but you look pretty confident, though.
00:36 Oh thank you, yeah you know I was just taking, having little goals step by step, you know
00:41 it's been 13 months since I've done it, 18 months since I've played, so you know like
00:47 I said, just little steps to get us where I need to be, so this is the first one.
00:51 And Leeds and Gasp before then, the medical staff looked after you pretty well I take
00:56 it?
00:57 Yeah, they did, they did, it was a 20 minute stint, I knew before I played we were going
00:59 to get to 20 minutes, then 10 minutes after half time, they looked after us just to stretch
01:04 the legs and get into it.
01:06 I suppose the thing now is obviously you're at a new pub, you want to impress, are you
01:10 looking for a bit more game time and then to be knocking on the first team door?
01:13 100% yeah, that's always been the goal, to knock on the door, you know, get the heels
01:17 out of the other lads, the other props, but yeah, like I said, that's the first one, and
01:23 I'm ready for some more, got that one too.
