00:10that Canada would not rule out sending troops under such a framework.
00:18Carney's visit to Kiev on Sunday marked his first since taking office in March.
00:23He joined Zelensky for an Independence Day ceremony in Sofia Square.
00:28Carney also confirmed two billion Canadian dollars in military aid,
00:32which includes drones, ammunition and armored vehicles, with deliveries expected as early as September.
00:38Both countries also signed a joint defense production deal to expand cooperation
00:43and boost supply chain resilience for defense products.
