🦁🔥 PRAYING WISELY | Not Every Prayer Is a “Yes” 🙏✨
Have you ever felt pressured to pray for someone, but deep inside you sensed no peace? 🤔
Many believe prayer is always safe, always right, always without boundaries. But God’s Word reveals a higher truth:
⚔️ Prayer is powerful, but without wisdom, it can be dangerous.
💡 Discernment protects us from blind agreement and ensures our prayers are Spirit-led, not flesh-driven.
📖 Romans 12:2 (NIV) reminds us: Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—His good, pleasing and perfect will.

✅ Before Praying over any request, pause and ask:
️⃣ Does this align with God’s Word?
️⃣ Is the request sincere or manipulative?
️⃣ Do I feel peace in my Spirit?
️⃣ Is this person open to God or resistant?
️⃣ What is the Holy Spirit prompting me to do?
💬 Truth: Prayer is not a casual act, it is a holy agreement with heaven.
Not every prayer is a “Yes,” but every prayer must be Spirit-led.
🔥 Beloved, this is your call today: pray not just often, but wisely; because when prayer is Spirit-led, heaven moves! 🌍✨

00:00Hi. Praying wisely. Not every prayer is a yes. Have you ever felt pressured to pray for someone
00:15yet deep down you didn't feel peace about it? Many of us assume prayer is always safe,
00:21always right, and always without boundaries. But scripture teaches that effective prayer
00:27is not only powerful, it is strengthened by wisdom and discernment. Yes, prayer is powerful,
00:34but power without wisdom can be dangerous. Want to know more? Hang around.
00:44Welcome. Welcome to Lion's Roar 3.8 Ministries. Amos 3.8 tells us,
00:49The Lion has roared, who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken, who can but prophesy?
00:57My name is George Magalhães, and we are an apostolic ministry with a prophetic teaching edge.
01:03It is our passion, our mission to reignite, equip, and release Christ-like disciples both locally and
01:09globally. We do that through our itinerant ministry, but as well as providing with resources just like
01:14this one to help you, to aid you in your God-given calling. And today we got an amazing topic for the
01:22boost, bringing us to our main verse today. And our main verse today comes from the book of Romans
01:30chapter 12 verse 2. So we are going to be talking about praying wisely. So Romans 12 verse 2, reading
01:39from the NIV version, do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing
01:47of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is, his good, pleasing,
01:56and perfect will. Amen. Amen. Today we're doing a study on praying wisely. Not every prayer is a yes.
02:07That is so important. And it's actually quite relevant, considering we've done a prayer meeting
02:13last week. Yes. And I did mention briefly something about this. Yes, you did. And when George mentioned
02:19it, I felt in my spirit like, you know, that's it, right? Amen. So let me give you the introduction.
02:27Prayer is more than just a religious, or prayer is more than a religious, not just, more than a religious
02:33duty. It is a powerful, life-transforming conversation with God. Scripture clearly commands us
02:41to pray without ceasing. 1 Thessalonians 5.17, where we regularly bring our hearts, needs, and praises
02:50before him. Commands us to intercede for all people. 1 Timothy 2 verse 1, where we are called to lift up
02:57prayers, petitions, and thanksgiving for everyone, leaders, friends, strangers, and even those who
03:03may struggle to love. Pray for those who persecute us, Matthew 5.44. This radical love in prayer breaks
03:12down barriers, heals wounds, and opens pathways for peace and reconciliation, showing the true heart
03:19heart of God's kingdom. But scripture also teaches us that prayer is not a careless or automatic act.
03:30It is a holy alignment with the will of God. Not every request, not every situation, and not every
03:37person who asks for prayer should be embraced blindly. And we're going to explain quite a bit today why.
03:47Discernment in prayer protects us, honors God, and ensures our intercession is spirit-led, not
03:58flesh-driven. Prayer is both our privilege and our weapon, a divine conversation where heaven meets
04:06earth and miracles happen. Now, the following other titles and subtitles we'll be discussing today,
04:12the topics basically. Number one. Prayer begins in love. Number two. Discernment in intercession. Number
04:21three. Guarding what is holy. Number four. Caution in spiritual agreement. Number five. Testing the spirit
04:28behind every request. Number six. Withdrawal from unbelief. Number seven. Restoring balance. Number eight.
04:36A summary. And then number nine. We usually finish with the declaration. Declaration prayer. Okay, here
04:43we go. Number one. Right. So title, prayer begins in love. All right. So the Bible encourages us to lift
04:53up prayers into sessions and thanksgiving for everyone through compassion and care. Though prayer,
04:59through prayer, through prayer, I mean, we join God's mission of bringing peace, salvation, and justice
05:07into the world. Or better yet, releasing, that's a better word, releasing peace, salvation, and justice
05:15into the world. Because bringing implies that we are bringing it, we are taking it from heaven or from
05:20somewhere. It's already been done. Exactly. And the word of God does say, Luke 17, that the kingdom of God is
05:25within us. That's right. So if the kingdom of God is within us, we just need to activate it and release
05:30it into this world. Prayer isn't about judging who deserves it. That's true. It's about aligning with
05:39God's loving will for all people. Paul advised Timothy as to what we need to do as children of God.
05:47And 1 Timothy chapter 2 verse 1 to 2 from the NKJV version says, therefore, and that's Paul speaking,
05:53I exalt first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for
06:01all men, for kings, and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceful life in all
06:10godliness and reverence. So this scripture actually shows us that we are meant to pray for everybody.
06:16But how are we meant to pray for everybody? Number two, discernment in intercession.
06:23Right. See, 1 John chapter 5 verse 16 reminds us that while prayer is powerful, there are times when
06:31certain situations require careful discernment. John speaks about sin that leads to death,
06:39which is understood as a persistent and willful rejection of God and his salvation.
06:45Willful being the key there.
06:46That's right. So if the person willingfully is saying, no, I don't want it, no, I don't want it,
06:54and you keep pushing prayer onto it, it's sin that leads to death. It represents a hardened heart
07:01that refuses repentance and turns away from God's grace completely. For example, I'll give you some
07:09example, right? In the Old Testament, King Saul's persistent disobedience, it wasn't just once,
07:15persistent disobedience and rejection of God's command, ultimately led to his downfall and
07:21separation from God's blessing, found in 1 Samuel verse 15. His refusal to repent, that's where the
07:29willfulness of persistence of not repenting marked a path that could be seen as a sin leading to death.
07:41All right. Another biblical example is Judas, the betrayer, Judas Iscariot, who knowingly betrayed
07:49Jesus, and in his despair chose to reject repentance. He didn't choose repentance, leading to his tragic end.
07:58Matthew 27 verses 3 to 5, you can read that there. His heart was hardened against God's mercy.
08:07The writer of Hebrews warns in 6, chapter 6, verses 4 to 6, about those who once tasted the goodness of God,
08:16but then deliberately, willingly turn away, abuse God's grace. In other words, it is impossible to
08:46renew them again to repent. That is not saying that they cannot be saved. That's saying that their
08:52heart becomes so hardened, their mind becomes so hardened, so insensitive, that they don't even
08:59repent any longer. They don't, they just refuse. They don't even realize, they just refuse to repent.
09:04They become tarnished with the world. They become just like the world, that they don't even see the
09:08truth anymore. They don't remember their difference. And I'm saying that coming from a point of view,
09:12because this happened to me, being a Christian and serving in ministry, and then backsliding.
09:18And then I remember, I will never forget that day where God talked to me really clearly and said,
09:23this is your last time. Either you're going to continue on this path, or you're going to repent.
09:28I will never forget that. And I am very grateful to God for giving me that chance.
09:33And I repent, and now we are here. Anyway, right, keep going.
09:36Now, discernment in prayer, this is so key in the days we are living in.
09:41Discernment is one of the most important gifts a Christian needs to strengthen.
09:47And I say strengthen, because it's not about getting it.
09:50Lord, give me discernment. You've already got discernment.
09:52You have to exercise it.
09:54It's like a muscle. The more you use it, the better you get it.
09:57But you use it with the knowledge of God. See, you can't say, I'm using discernment,
10:01but then you're guessing. That's not discernment, right?
10:04So discernment in prayer helps us to avoid investing energy in prayers that may not bring a breakthrough.
10:10Yes.
10:11Guiding us instead to pray wisely and effectively.
10:15Imagine a lifeguard at the pool.
10:17They rush to save someone struggling in the water.
10:19But if someone is dangerously pulling others down,
10:23the lifeguard knows to step back and call for additional help.
10:27In the same way, discernment protects our hearts and trusts God's timing
10:33while standing firm in intercession, where it counts most.
10:37Now, before you say that verse you're about to say,
10:41let me give you a quick testimony.
10:45All right, go for it.
10:46Discernment also gives you,
10:49discernment is not just distinguishing between the spirits as the word of God says,
10:53but it also helps you as you distinguish between the spirits,
10:56as you distinguish between what is from God and what isn't,
10:59what he wants you to do and what he doesn't.
11:01It helps you, as I've just said, make the right decisions too.
11:06When I was in India, I went and served under a ministry there.
11:10I think it was called Kingdom Foundations with Ravi Kendall.
11:13He's actually on the Fire of God,
11:18Father of Light, those documentaries is actually on there.
11:23God actually audibly speaks to him in an amazing ministry.
11:26And I went there and I served under that ministry for a while in Bangalore, India.
11:33Now, I can't remember if this story was told to me,
11:36so I don't want to...
11:37Or be exaggerate.
11:38Yeah, or be exaggerate.
11:39I can't remember if he told me this story
11:41or if it's in that documentary, in one of those documentaries.
11:44Anyways, it's got to do with him.
11:45And I remember that there was some witch doctors at the time,
11:52very powerful witch doctor in that area
11:53that was doing a lot of witchcraft, causing a lot of trouble.
11:56It was in the documentary.
11:57For Christians.
11:58Okay, for Christians.
11:59And there were some Christian pastors,
12:02they even came on TV, even in the news,
12:05because the news in India, they believe.
12:09Oh, yes.
12:09They believe in the spirit.
12:10Oh, yes.
12:11It's very different from Australia.
12:12They believe in the spiritual things very much.
12:14And they actually revealed that some pastors were even dying,
12:18dropping dead from the witchcraft of this person.
12:21It was actually a man.
12:22He had a territorial hold of a certain area
12:26where those things were happening,
12:29like supernatural things were happening.
12:31And God spoke to Ravi and told him to actually pray and fast
12:34and then to go there and speak to this guy about God
12:39and stop what he was doing.
12:42A lot of pastors tried to stop him, talk to him.
12:46I said, you're going to die.
12:47What are you doing?
12:47You've got a family to look after.
12:50And all this.
12:51To cut the long story short, yeah, yeah, I think you're right.
12:55It is in the documentary.
12:55He ends up going there.
12:56He confronts, he tells them about Jesus,
13:01even though the witch doctor's wife tried very, very hard
13:05to not let him through.
13:06To let him talk.
13:07He was in a village.
13:08And when he gets through, the guy actually goes blind
13:13as Ravi starts talking to him about,
13:15the guy's still inside the house,
13:16but Ravi starts talking to him about Jesus.
13:18And he goes blind because he starts cursing.
13:22I think he was cursing Jesus or something like that.
13:25And he goes blind.
13:27We end up finding out later on that that couple,
13:30I don't know what happened to them,
13:31but they certainly ran off.
13:33They lost all their powers.
13:34They lost everything.
13:35God destroyed completely.
13:38God showed mercy, but they were not willing to repent.
13:41Because when Ravi, let me add a bit.
13:43When Ravi went there, he wasn't condemning,
13:46but if you actually...
13:47He was actually showing love and trying to get them to repent.
13:50If you can find it out or if you can get the Fathers of Light,
13:54you can actually see the interaction.
13:55Father of Light.
13:56Father of Light, yeah.
13:58The interaction of what happened there.
14:00And he was actually showing love.
14:02And he kept saying, but Daddy love you.
14:04Daddy love you.
14:05But the guy kept refusing, right?
14:08And the point I wanted to make is
14:10we have to trust God's timing.
14:13Sometimes we...
14:14That comes with discernment.
14:15That's right.
14:16That's the point here.
14:17The key of it.
14:17He had to have discernment.
14:19He couldn't just think and guess and go,
14:21well, I'm powerful enough, so I'll go.
14:23I'm a Christian.
14:24I have the kingdom of God within me.
14:26Know your authority.
14:28Know where you are at and what God has put in you.
14:32You have to know what's God backing in your life.
14:35Exactly.
14:35Don't...
14:36You know, it's like a supervisor going and trying to do the job of a CEO, right?
14:42Not putting other people above.
14:46I'm just using as an understanding of the situation.
14:51God is not a respecter of men, but God also knows and has his plan,
14:55and his plan is better than ours.
14:57I'll just leave it to that.
14:58We're going to keep going on to something else.
15:01All right.
15:01Bible verse to confirm what we were just talking about.
15:041 John chapter 5, verse 16 to 17 from the AMPC.
15:07If anyone sees his brother, believer, committing a sin that does not lead to death,
15:14the extinguishing of life, he will pray and God will give him life.
15:19Yes, he will grant him life.
15:21Sorry.
15:21He will grant life to all those whose sin is not leading to death.
15:27Very interesting, isn't it?
15:28There is a sin that leads to death.
15:32I do not say that one should pray for that.
15:35All wrongdoing is sin, and there is a sin which does not involve death,
15:41that may be repented of and forgiven.
15:44So you understand there is a difference.
15:46So we are not talking about...
15:49How do you call it?
15:52About people who've sinned and they are asking God for grace.
15:55We are talking about those who keep willingfully disrespecting
15:58and taking the grace of God for granted, okay?
16:02Let's go.
16:03Number three, guarding what is holy.
16:06Guarding what is holy.
16:07Matthew 7, verse 6 reminds us,
16:10do not give what is sacred to those who reject it or treat it with contempt.
16:16That's right.
16:17Wow.
16:18So Jesus teaches us the importance of honoring the precious gift God has entrusted to us.
16:24So not take it for granted, in other words,
16:27which include prayer, blessings, and heartfelt agreements.
16:31These are like priceless pearls, full of spiritual value and power.
16:37When we share these sacred gifts with those who mock or reject them,
16:43we risk diminishing their impact and dishonoring their true worth.
16:48Now, I need to point this out.
16:51Now, we were also involved, and I'm not criticizing in any way,
16:55but we were involved with a specific group before.
17:00Also, that was very much on, we just lay hands on everybody.
17:05Oh, we'll get to that.
17:05Pray for everybody.
17:07And also, this group was also connected with a very, very prominent evangelist
17:13evangelist who encourages, and again, I'm not criticizing.
17:18I'm just saying, for me, there is a lack of maturity on their part
17:25because of what we're teaching today.
17:28And it's very important.
17:29We learned this lesson the hard way.
17:33So, it is important that you understand that discernment is a key.
17:40Not every prayer.
17:41Remember what we said last week.
17:43Not everybody that Jesus walked past, he healed.
17:46Not everybody that Jesus walked past, he prayed for.
17:51So, we can't just say, but we're Christians.
17:53We're supposed to get everybody saved and go out on the streets every single day.
17:56Do what God tells you to do.
18:02That's it.
18:03No more, no less.
18:05No more, no less.
18:06It is not.
18:06That's how we're meant to live.
18:08By faith, by obedience.
18:10That's right.
18:11To God's voice, to what he tells us to do.
18:14Otherwise, we end up stepping into territories we're not called to
18:17and get into trouble.
18:18No.
18:19And we're crying out to go, where are you, Lord?
18:20No, we've seen.
18:21God never told you to do it.
18:22There you go.
18:22We've seen that.
18:23But the other thing we're going to talk about it soon is we have to be careful
18:28and not allow ourselves to be morally blackmailed.
18:31Yes, Christian does that as well.
18:33Morally blackmailed.
18:34Even if the intentions are right, even if their heart's in the right place
18:37and they want to save people.
18:39Oh, it's prayer, brother.
18:40I'm asking you, brother.
18:41Or sister, I'm asking you.
18:43No, no, no.
18:44I'm not saying the person who's asking.
18:46I'm saying even if their heart, like in the past,
18:48even if you're connected with a church or a group that has the right intention,
18:51their heart's in the right place.
18:54They want you to pray for everybody.
18:55They want everybody to get healed.
18:56You have to discern.
18:57But hey, if that was the case with the kingdom of God,
19:00there would be no sick person in the world.
19:02You have to discern.
19:03But even in what I was saying, even that you're going to have to be careful.
19:07I would not go because we have heaps of testimony just on this one, right?
19:11All right.
19:12You keep going.
19:12Yeah, so similarly, Proverbs 9, 7 to 8, Proverbs 9, 7 to 8 advises,
19:20whoever corrects a mocker invites insults.
19:24Whoever rebukes the wicked incurs abuse.
19:27Do not rebuke mockers or they will hate you.
19:30This reminds us to exercise wisdom in sharing spiritual truths,
19:35protecting what is holy by discerning the readiness,
19:38the readiness of hearts.
19:40That's the key there, discerning the readiness of hearts.
19:43Sometimes God may reveal something, especially prophets.
19:46Yeah, I've learned that the hard way.
19:48Reveal something to you.
19:48It doesn't mean you have to blab it straight away to somebody's life.
19:51Sometimes it's just revealing it to you so that you can pray for over that person.
19:54Or that you may discern how you speak to that person,
19:57where that person is, so you know how to minister.
20:00It doesn't mean that every information you get is then information to give.
20:04Amen.
20:04So let's continue.
20:06It's not about withholding love.
20:07Oh, brother, sister, you're withholding love and kindness.
20:10That is not Christian.
20:11No, no, no.
20:12But about practicing wise stewardship in how and to whom we offer God's blessing.
20:19Yes, it's important.
20:20Think of it like handling a precious diamond to a child who plays carelessly.
20:25The value of the diamond remains unchanged, but sharing carelessly can lead to harm and loss.
20:31In the same way, God in what is holy means using discernment to protect the spiritual treasures we carry,
20:38ensuring that they are honored and preserved.
20:41By doing so, we respect God's holiness and the transformative power of prayer, blessing,
20:49and allowing them to bring genuine life and healing where hearts are ready to receive.
20:55Now, let me just tell you something.
20:58I'll give you an example.
20:59It happens to us, right?
21:00We were at a party, and someone came and said, oh, you know, come and pray for this brother.
21:09And I'm like, okay.
21:10George and I went on the side, and we get that a lot when we go to parties.
21:14We went on the side, and we prayed for this brother.
21:16While praying for this brother, and we're praying with all our heart, God speak to us both.
21:21And we didn't speak to each other because we were both praying.
21:23That the person wasn't even receiving what we were praying to find out that the person came
21:29because another person had compassion for him and said, come, this couple is going to pray for you.
21:35But they didn't want to receive prayer that we were going to pray over them.
21:40So really, after praying, I knew, like, nothing would happen.
21:46That's, it's, it's, it, again, it falls upon discernment.
21:50Not every good intention is a God-given order, God-given command.
22:00That's right.
22:01I saw something today.
22:03Let me give you that as well.
22:04I saw something today.
22:05I was talking about this football player.
22:07I remember this football player had amazing football, and I mean proper football, European football.
22:12The world football.
22:15And he was talking about this guy who had amazing potential.
22:18He was a Moroccan player, had incredible potential to be one of the best players in the world.
22:22In fact, he had an amazing career in England, but he was a very cocky and arrogant guy in his early years.
22:31And because he was so good, a lot of the coaches just kept putting up with his nonsense and kept allowing him to get away with a lot of stuff.
22:38So this guy became very, very, apart from being demanding and arrogant, he became very, very Irish, taking everything for granted.
22:50And after quite a few falls, he ended up, he was almost going to be in one of the top clubs in the world.
22:56He ended up in a Portuguese club, which is a Portuguese league.
23:00He's not rated as very highly.
23:03It's probably the sixth or seventh league in Europe.
23:06So it's way behind all the other top leagues like England, France, Italy, Germany.
23:11Anyways, he ends up in a club there.
23:13Problem with him is he thought he could do the same thing in that club.
23:17And he ends up in the best club in Portugal, Benfica.
23:19Benfica puts up with him for a couple of weeks until the coach gets fed up with his attitude because he's taking everything for granted.
23:28And this guy spent over a thousand four hundred and something days in the reserves.
23:33Do you know how humiliating that would be?
23:36He signed as a top player.
23:39They played him for a thousand and something.
23:42It's about three to four years that he played in the reserve team.
23:45What a humiliation.
23:49They absolutely broke the guy.
23:51Now, I'm not endorsing this sort of attitude.
23:54What I'm saying is years later, when he actually got to the top again and he was playing for Benfica,
24:00and he ended up playing for another team later on, became actually a pretty good player.
24:03Not a world class, but became a good player.
24:06He actually said several times on TV in interviews that he was very, very happy that he went through hell.
24:15But that moment, those moments that he went through hell, those three or four years in Benfica,
24:21helped him to become a man because before he was just a boy that took everything for granted.
24:27Likewise with prayer.
24:28There are people you think you're going to help, but a lot of the time, if you help them all the time,
24:33they're going to start taking you for granted.
24:35But most importantly, it's not even us.
24:38They're going to start taking him for granted.
24:39That's right.
24:40They're going to start using God like a genie.
24:41And prayer is like a pearl, as we just read.
24:46Prayer to God, releasing himself, releasing a part of himself, of his power, of who he is,
24:52to save somebody, to help somebody, to heal somebody, to deliver somebody,
24:56and you're taking it for granted.
24:58That's not something we should be joking about.
25:00That's not something we should take lightly.
25:02That's something we should honor, respect.
25:04True.
25:05That's why the Bible talks about not throwing pearls to the pigs.
25:10That's what it's literally talking about.
25:12So let God deal with them.
25:13Sometimes, even though you're compassionate, pray not over them, not having to tell them.
25:19Just do your part with God and let God deal with them.
25:23Let's get a verse to actually confirm.
25:25Confirm that.
25:25Yeah.
25:25All right.
25:26Now you'll remember that soccer football story always.
25:29Matthew 7, verse 6, in the Amplified Classic.
25:35Do not give that which is holy, the sacred thing, oh, here it is, to the dogs.
25:41Other version says, oh, yeah, hogs.
25:44Yes.
25:44To the, first it says dogs, and do not throw your pearls before hogs,
25:49lest they trample upon them with their feet and tear you in pieces.
25:55Because, you know, there's many times where you'll be like, but I'm praying for that person
26:00and you're, you're, you're travailing when that person's heart is not ready and you're
26:05travailing in places you shouldn't be travailing.
26:07You know, I've not, I've, I've noticed and I've learned by experience in life that there
26:12is a lot of things that because of lack of discernment, lack of knowledge, we go through
26:18it and then we get mad at God or we get mad at the situation to afterward understanding
26:23that it was useless.
26:25That's why we, you tell, you hear us say, do no more and no less.
26:30Walk with God, not behind.
26:32And that's where discernment comes and that's where obedience comes, being obedient to God.
26:38So number four, number four, caution in spiritual agreement.
26:43There you go.
26:43That's what George was talking about, laying of hand.
26:45We're going to talk about that, right?
26:46So we are encouraged to be careful and not rushed when laying hands on others.
26:52Prayer is a powerful way of spiritually aligning ourself with someone, much like cosigning a
26:58commitment.
26:59Yes, it is.
27:00We'll give you a verse for backing now, right?
27:02Because of this, it's important to protect your, our purity and avoid becoming involved
27:08in the mistake or sins of others through careless agreement, right?
27:13Before I continue, let me tell you something.
27:15I remember we were doing a prayer meeting.
27:17We were invited to do a prayer meeting.
27:20So this lady who is a Christian come and said, I want you to pray for this and this and this.
27:24I've started praying and with all my heart, right?
27:27Praying for this lady.
27:28Halfway while praying, I felt so unease and the peace went.
27:32And I felt like God said to me, this is ungodly.
27:35That lady is doing like bad prayer, you know, over that other person.
27:39And I'm like, no.
27:41Anyway, cut the story short.
27:42We found out, yeah, God is good.
27:44God is right.
27:44Not Sabrina.
27:46Okay, okay.
27:47The story needs a little bit more detail.
27:48Yes.
27:49I'm not going to give too much of it.
27:50Because we don't want to think.
27:51Some of you may know.
27:52But this is, this is the thing.
27:55That person wanted to get back with her husband.
27:59Now, we don't know the whole story because she didn't tell us the whole story.
28:04But the reality was this.
28:05We didn't know her.
28:06At the time, the husband had already gotten married to somebody else.
28:09And we were trying to pray and we're going, something doesn't feel right.
28:15Something does not feel right here.
28:16And eventually, three questions, I think you asked the questions or something.
28:19Yeah, because I, because like.
28:21We ended up finding out that this man had already married somebody else.
28:24I mean, this, this is not a godly request.
28:28That's right.
28:28So you were trying to involve us in some form of witchcraft.
28:32Because that is actually a sinful witchcraft.
28:33That's right.
28:34That is witchcraft.
28:35That's right.
28:36To try and break up another marriage because I don't, I don't care how it finished.
28:39That is not my job.
28:40I'm a minister.
28:41And as a minister or as a believer, you need to discern.
28:45Because situations like this are crucial.
28:47You could open yourself up.
28:49For things you shouldn't.
28:51Persecution.
28:51For all sorts of weird stuff.
28:53Just because, you know, I'm supposed to pray for everybody.
28:56Just show the love of God.
28:57Oh, yeah.
28:57Or you just listen to partial.
28:59Because this is not one incident.
29:02Afterward, of course, we grow a little bit more mature and stuff like that.
29:05Understanding and waiting longer and discerning.
29:08But we went through a lot of those things where people don't tell you the whole story.
29:13They tell you their side of the story or they tell you what they think is right.
29:17Witches.
29:18Oh, we've had those come to our house.
29:20They actually organize things where they can come to your meetings.
29:24Oh, yes.
29:25We've had that one too.
29:26To try and curse you.
29:28They even do prayers or incantations or witchcraft prayers for that.
29:31As you pray over them, you end up receiving something into your spirit because you are open.
29:37You're open to the spirit.
29:39You're praying over somebody and you're releasing something.
29:42But you're also open yourself in the spirit.
29:45And if you don't discern what's going on, you can be paralyzed.
29:48You can be serious trouble.
29:51We've heard a testimony about it, guys.
29:52It's like going to a gym and seeing people.
29:55And like I've taught my kids before, one of my sons are like, how did you do this, that?
30:00How did you use to?
30:01How many sit-ups did you use to do?
30:02How many push-ups used to do when you play soccer, football?
30:05And I told them, but you can't just start and start making 100 push-ups.
30:09It's not going to happen.
30:09That's not good for you.
30:10You end up injuring yourself, causing muscle damage, whatever.
30:14It starts.
30:15You start slowly.
30:16You go to a gym.
30:16You start picking up slowly.
30:18That's right.
30:18You do it for a week, for two weeks, or whatever.
30:20You know, the gym instructor is not better than me.
30:22And you slowly progress as you build up.
30:25Likewise, with discernment, you progress.
30:29You build up.
30:30But it's very, very important.
30:32And like I was saying, we know pastors who got paralyzed just by praying for someone else
30:38that they shouldn't have prayed.
30:40And they thought they were just someone came to their office and the person was asking for prayer.
30:45Now, being a minister of the church, it's their duty to pray.
30:50But he learned his lesson.
30:51And he learned.
30:52Of course, he was released and he went back to normal after praying and all the other things.
30:57The point is be discerning.
30:59Now, think of it this way.
31:01You wouldn't co-sign alone without knowing someone's character and trustworthiness.
31:07In the same way, prayer is a serious spiritual responsibility.
31:11So it requires thoughtful discernment before we fully agree or join in intercession.
31:17Praying with wisdom honors God and strengthens the impact of our prayers.
31:22Let's get a verse to back that up.
31:241 Timothy 5, verse 22.
31:261 Timothy 5, verse 22 in the Apple 5 Classic.
31:28Do not be in a hurry in the laying on of hands, giving the sanction of the church too hastily in reinstating expelled offenders or in ordination in questionable cases.
31:43No share or participate in another man's sins.
31:47That's right.
31:48Keep yourself pure.
31:50Amen.
31:51And that's not a saying.
31:52Now, here the verse is talking about do not be in a hurry in laying on of hands.
31:56And then it ends by saying no share or participate in another man's sins.
32:00So if you're praying over somebody, you're going to go and sin afterwards.
32:03It's not saying that.
32:05It's actually talking about in the spirit.
32:07That's right.
32:08It's actually talking about what happens in the spirit.
32:10Exactly what I just spoke about before.
32:12You are open in the spirit, releasing the power of God, releasing through faith, by faith, the healing, the deliverance over that person.
32:21But because you're also releasing it, there's a spiritual transaction happening.
32:27You're also opened to transfer of spirit, like some people say.
32:31Now, we need to be careful that we don't get over-
32:33Spiritual.
32:34Over-exaggerated.
32:35Because when I first time I went to Mauritius, everything was-
32:37Everybody was talking about being scared and don't touch this person.
32:40Don't touch-
32:40I mean, come on.
32:41Not everything is transfer of spirit.
32:44That's right.
32:44So you can't walk in fear.
32:46But you need to discern, to be discerning.
32:47But discernment is very, very, very important.
32:50Who prays over you?
32:52All this sort of stuff.
32:53Who prays over you is very important.
32:55Oh, yes.
32:56That's another story for itself.
32:58Number five, testing the spirit behind every request.
33:02So the Bible wants us not to believe every spirit, but to test them.
33:07Not all prayer requests come from God, like we said before.
33:10Some may be influenced by fear, deception, or evil intentions.
33:14Just like Jesus tested the tempter's word in the wilderness, Matthew chapter 4, verse 1 to 11.
33:20Remember that?
33:21That is a famous one.
33:23He tested the tempter's word through the word of God.
33:25How much more should we do the same?
33:29Now, God's spirit equip us with the gift of discernment, helping us to carefully, carefully evaluate what we hear and experience.
33:37Just as you wouldn't open the door to every stranger without first knowing their intention.
33:44We must also approach prayer requests with thoughtful questioning and spiritual wisdom.
33:50Testing the spirit protects our heart and ensures that our prayer aligns with God's truth and purpose.
33:57It's an act of loving responsibility that keeps us rooted in faith and helps us pray effectively and wisely.
34:07We need to.
34:08Let's confirm that.
34:091 John 4, verse 1.
34:121 John 4, verse 1 in the Amplified Classic.
34:14Beloved, do not put faith in every spirit, but prove, test the spirits to discover whether they proceed from God, for many false prophets have gone forth into the world.
34:28Well, I had a very clear incident happen when we came here to Ballarat.
34:34Oh, yes.
34:35Very, very clear, very relevant to this.
34:38All right, go for it.
34:38And I had a, I believe she was a Christian, but I had a supposedly, there was somebody that referred this lady on to us.
34:46I can't remember who it was, but it referred us, it referred that lady on to us.
34:50And I got this lady calling up and she's panicking because the government is after her and everybody's after her.
34:58The devil is after her.
34:59The demons are after her.
35:00I'm not trying to criticize, but it was that bad.
35:03So this woman seriously had some mental issues.
35:06There was definitely some mental issues.
35:08There was definitely some spiritual traumas and things that she's gone through.
35:12There was definitely a need for deliverance to happen.
35:16But I was trying to get, first of all, get to know her name, get to know her situation, get to open up and reveal what she's going through, things like that.
35:24It's important that you ask, not ask in terms of entertaining whatever spirit is behind, but ask where she's at.
35:31There's specific things that you need to ask to help you in your discernment as well.
35:36And to know what prayer is.
35:37And this person just kept interrupting me.
35:40And this person then just kept saying that I'm coming to your house.
35:43I'm coming to your house.
35:43I'm in Ballarat.
35:44I'm not from Ballarat, but I'm in Ballarat.
35:46Just tell me where it is.
35:47I'm coming to your house.
35:47You need to do this.
35:48You need to do that.
35:49As if very controlling, very manipulative.
35:52And I would not budge.
35:54I remember my wife at one point was very, very compassionate.
35:58She was like, maybe we should meet her somewhere.
36:00And I'm like, no.
36:01I just kept getting that from God.
36:03Like, do not.
36:05Do not.
36:07Pray for her beyond the phone.
36:10And I just kept saying she needs to reveal more.
36:12She needs to reveal more.
36:13And I kept getting her to reveal more.
36:16And man, it was over an hour.
36:18She kept just trying really hard to come over.
36:20She got to a certain point where I was in my head.
36:23And I knew that it wasn't me.
36:25It was God said, she has really bad intentions.
36:27What the spirit behind her wants to come to your house
36:30and wants to release something there.
36:33Something bad for you guys.
36:35And trust me, we're nothing big.
36:38Our ministry is not huge.
36:39Our ministry is not big worldwide.
36:41But my Lord, we've got a lot of freaking witches and warlocks
36:45and all sorts of that nonsense following us and subscribing to us.
36:49And it's like, what the?
36:50We got, at one stage, I remember, we had more of them
36:54than we had Christians following us.
36:56Which was very weird.
36:57I mean, this is insane.
36:59So, but anyway, it's just funny.
37:02But she did not end up coming because I did not allow it.
37:05It was not God's will for us to meet in person.
37:08She had to respect that.
37:10And I had to put my foot down.
37:11I had to learn.
37:13And yes, and part of me was like, man, this one needs help.
37:16But I just had this strong feeling.
37:18I know it was the Holy Spirit giving me the sermon.
37:20I said, no, no, no, you need.
37:23I prayed for her on the phone.
37:24We did pray.
37:25But it wasn't enough.
37:26She just wanted something else.
37:27And I thought, okay, this is not normal.
37:29This is not.
37:29And the conversation ended and eventually she never called us back again.
37:33That's true.
37:34Never called us back again, which was really odd as well.
37:37So this is so vital for us to understand because.
37:41That's right.
37:41You don't want to get yourself in unnecessary places, right?
37:44Or unnecessary striving in whatever you're doing.
37:48And you're like, but I'm doing everything right.
37:50I'm doing this and that.
37:51Well, you step in places you shouldn't have.
37:53Right.
37:54Number six, withdrawal from unbelief.
37:57Okay.
37:57So Mark 6, 5 to 6 tells us that Jesus, Mark 6, 5 to 6, Jesus was unable to perform many miracles in his hometown because of their unbelief.
38:09This shows us that even Jesus did not force his power or prayer on those who were unwilling to receive.
38:18Instead, he demonstrated wisdom and discernment by withdrawing when needed.
38:23Excuse me.
38:24Like a phone that won't charge if its battery is corroded.
38:31Prayer cannot effectively flow where faith is deliberately shut out.
38:39Sometimes stepping back is part of trusting God's plan.
38:42That's right.
38:43That's why also we found that there's specific churches.
38:46And I'm saying this also to honor that church.
38:50For example, Bethany International Church.
38:55Bethany International Church.
38:57Bethany International Christian Church.
38:59I think it is.
38:59One of the churches.
39:01One of the churches we used to go and minister a lot there.
39:04Predominantly Indonesian church.
39:05And why am I mentioning them?
39:07Because their spirit, as we just read, like a phone, a battery that is corroded, prayer cannot effectively flow where faith is deliberately shut out.
39:19Their faith was so high.
39:21Their expectation was so high.
39:23Man, it didn't take much.
39:25It did not take much.
39:26As soon as we would walk in that building.
39:28As soon as we would walk in that room.
39:30We had teachings, studies.
39:34Most of the time we would go for like maybe 10 minutes, 15 minutes of that study.
39:38The rest of the two hours or three hours that we were there, we were just ministering.
39:43Ministering.
39:44Prophetic ministry and stuff was so flowing.
39:46Because of that, there was a faith.
39:49There was an openness.
39:50There was an expectation there.
39:52Expectation.
39:52But it was the right expectation.
39:54That's right.
39:55That's key.
39:56But like George says, sometimes stepping back is to trust in God's plan.
40:01Let's get Bible verses to back it up.
40:03Mark chapter 6 verse 5 to 6 from NIV version.
40:07He could not do any miracles there except lay his hand on a few sick people and heal them.
40:14He was amazed at their lack of faith.
40:17That's what we say.
40:18Number seven.
40:19Number seven.
40:21Restoring balance.
40:23Right.
40:23So Galatians chapter 6 verse 1 encourages us to gently restore those who have gone astray,
40:30approaching them with a heart full of love and compassion.
40:33Restoration is always rooted in care and kindness, reflecting God's grace.
40:38But at the same time, Paul reminds us to be watchful of our own hearts,
40:44guarding against being drawn into harmful patterns or spiritual manipulation.
40:50True maturity in faith means balancing a compassionate spirit with wisdom.
40:56Now, this balance helps us serve others with humility while protecting our own spiritual health,
41:04creating a safe space for healing and growth in God's love.
41:09Let's get a verse to back set up.
41:14That just reminded me of...
41:16We got too much...
41:17Are we able to keep going?
41:18That just reminded me of a video we saw a few weeks back.
41:22Which one is it?
41:22And this makes so much sense.
41:24Which one is it?
41:25It was that funny video of that African pastor who started telling the lady to go and get...
41:31To put on more clothes.
41:38But, hey, it was funny.
41:40It was really funny.
41:40But at the same time, the guy was right.
41:42He was right.
41:43But the way he delivered it...
41:44But he had to descend.
41:46And this does have to do with what we're talking about.
41:49Because sometimes the devil will tempt us, even in a church.
41:52Yes, the devil sends a lot of witches and a lot of bad people into churches.
41:56Oh, yes.
41:56And some of them will try to tempt you.
41:58And you'll think, oh, no, it's God's will.
42:00Let me pray over this woman.
42:01And you're already lusting with your eyes over that woman.
42:04Oh, yes, I remember.
42:05If you find yourself even in that position, this man...
42:08There's two of them.
42:09He descend.
42:10She was on a camera.
42:11He was on his laptop.
42:14And they're doing like a webinar.
42:16And she's asking for prayer.
42:17But she's standing up on the camera.
42:19And the angle was a little awkward because she had an African lady as well.
42:24But she was slightly bigger.
42:27We don't need to go in detail.
42:28So the lady, but you could see all the curves because of what she was wearing.
42:32It was quite revealing.
42:34And the pastor was about to pray.
42:36And he said, please, sister, go and get something else.
42:38But it was just funny the way he explained it.
42:41Because he said, hips are my weakness.
42:43Because she was revealing a lot.
42:50So she had to go and get pants and put on pants.
42:53But even the way she'd done it was a little bit sus.
42:56Because she seemed like she was seriously mocking and joking and tempting the man of God.
43:02And the man of God, I felt so bad for you.
43:04He genuinely wanted to pray, but he couldn't.
43:07He couldn't pray.
43:08He said, I can't.
43:08Go and get something.
43:10You're tempting me.
43:11You're like...
43:12It was so funny.
43:13It was funny anyway.
43:14Yes.
43:15Keep going.
43:16Galatians 6 verse 1.
43:18Galatians 6 verse 1.
43:19Brethren, in the Amplified Classic, brethren, if any person is overtaken in misconduct or sin of any sort, you who are spiritual, who are responsive to and controlled by the Spirit, in other words, should set him right and restore and reinstate him without any sense of superiority and with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also.
43:46So this talks about reinstating ministers.
43:51Now, the key here was what?
43:54What was the key?
43:56If he's responsive, should set him right and restore and reinstate him.
44:03If he's responsive, he's repentant.
44:06Yes, right.
44:07I had a situation in my life, which was really awkward.
44:12But I didn't think until after it happened, my wife descend a lot quicker in that situation.
44:17She did not allow herself to be prayed on by these people, even though there were leaders in a specific situation.
44:24But the reality is these leaders knew that this specific person that prayed over me, I knew it, was in willful sin.
44:34And they used this person to pray over me, even though they knew about it.
44:39And I knew about it.
44:40But I was like stuck trying to work out, is this from God?
44:43What should I do here?
44:44Because I don't want to embarrass him either.
44:47He was still in some sort of a leadership role.
44:49Well, by the time he already prayed over me, I'm like, this was not appropriate at all.
44:57So you need to discern.
45:00To discern.
45:00But if this happens, you don't have to panic.
45:03You just have to pray over yourself, right?
45:06We have power to pray over ourselves.
45:08All right?
45:09We have Jesus with us.
45:10Just pray over yourself.
45:10Do not panic and trust that God has heard your prayer and it's been answered.
45:14Amen?
45:16Right.
45:16We're going to do the summary.
45:18Okay.
45:19Right.
45:20Summary.
45:20When someone asks, so that's a summary of everything we spoke, right?
45:24When someone asks for prayer, pause and ask first.
45:27Does this align with God's words?
45:29James chapter 4 verse 3.
45:31Number 2.
45:32Is this request sincere or manipulative?
45:36Acts 8 verses 18 to 23.
45:39Number 3.
45:40Do I feel peace in my spirit?
45:42Colossians chapter 3 verse 15.
45:44Number 4.
45:45Is this person open to God or hostile?
45:49Titus 3 verse 10.
45:51Number 5.
45:52What is the Holy Spirit prompting me to do?
45:55Romans chapter 8 verse 14.
45:58So that will give you guys a guide on everything we talk about.
46:01Right?
46:02Prayer is a weapon.
46:04It is a spiritual agreement, not a casual act.
46:08We must pray with compassion, courage and discernment.
46:13Not every prayer is a yes, but every prayer should be spirit-led.
46:17Amen?
46:17Number 9.
46:19Declaration.
46:20That's right.
46:21Let's do declaration.
46:23So if you're on line, please receive.
46:25Father, in the name of Jesus, we praise you as the God of wisdom and discernment.
46:30We declare that we are not prayer machines, but spirit-led intercessors.
46:35We will pray in love, but also in truth.
46:40We will test the spirits, guard what is holy and align only with your will.
46:45We declare that in every storm, in every request, in every situation, we will hear your voice and follow your lead.
46:51In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray.
46:55Amen.
46:56Amen and amen.
46:58Glory to God.
46:59Hallelujah.
47:00Hallelujah.
47:01For those who are new.
47:02Yes.
47:03This is a divine appointment.
47:07This is not a coincidence that you are here.
47:09And if you haven't made Jesus your Lord and Savior, this is your time.
47:12The word of God is very clear.
47:131 John 5, 4 to 5 tells us,
47:16For whatever is born of God overcomes the world.
47:18And this is the victory that has overcome the world.
47:20Our faith.
47:23Where are you putting your faith?
47:24In gurus, in money, in whatever.
47:28Who is he?
47:28Whoever comes to the world.
47:29The word of God goes on to say.
47:31But he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
47:35One way, one truth, one life.
47:38Jesus Christ.
47:39No one else.
47:39That's very intolerant.
47:41Hallelujah.
47:41That's called truth.
47:43That is true.
47:44And if you're offended about it.
47:46Great.
47:47Fantastic.
47:48It's called conviction.
47:50Hallelujah.
47:51Maybe you're waking up for once.
47:54And this is the moment where you need to do something about it.
47:58You can either continue living and wallow in your filth, in your sin.
48:03Because sin is the most simplistic definition means living without God.
48:07You were not created to live without God.
48:09We are the only creation that God's created in the whole planet.
48:12In his image.
48:13Amen.
48:13As Ephesians 2.10 tells us that we are his workmanship, his one-of-a-kind masterpiece created onto God, created onto good works, which he predestined that we should walk in.
48:27He done it.
48:29We are created in his image.
48:31We are created to fellowship with him and the body of Christ.
48:34That's right.
48:34When we don't do that, when we don't do that, the reality is we end up leading our lives by the flesh.
48:39And give me a second.
48:41And you know what leading your life by the flesh look like?
48:44I'll tell you, I said before, I was with God, I backslid.
48:49And when you backslid, I know what it is to live your life without God.
48:53And that's like walking dead.
48:54The dead man walking, you've heard that?
48:56That's how it is.
48:57When nothing fulfills you and you have to go to the extreme all the time in order to feel like a human being, in order to feel a little bit alive.
49:06It's like going to nightclub.
49:07You get excited for three hours.
49:10After the three hours, your life is the same.
49:12Just three.
49:12Well, I couldn't handle more than that.
49:16Stop teasing me.
49:18But I tell you what, with God, God is with you all the time.
49:22He's your support.
49:23He's there for you all the time.
49:25Right?
49:26That is different.
49:27That is living.
49:28That is being fulfilled.
49:30That is being with Christ Jesus.
49:31That is being alive here on earth.
49:35Right?
49:36Even before you die to go to heaven.
49:38Let's keep going.
49:39John 3, 16 to 17.
49:41John 3, 16 to 17 tells us.
49:44For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son.
49:47Jesus himself volunteered himself.
49:49He gave himself as the son of God.
49:52That whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
49:56He wants to give us everlasting life.
49:58For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, not as the world keeps talking about Christianity, but that the world through him might be saved.
50:08And that might there is not on his part.
50:11He's on yours.
50:13It's only might if you don't decide to make him your Lord and Savior.
50:17That's right.
50:17If you make Jesus your Lord and Savior, if you accept that free gift, which cost him dearly, but it's called, what God says is, we are saved by grace through faith.
50:27By grace.
50:28He gives us as the gift of grace, salvation, but we receive it by faith, faith in what Jesus done on that cross.
50:39Then you won't be condemned.
50:41You won't go to hell because most of the world says he sends you to hell.
50:45No, he doesn't send you to hell.
50:46He doesn't want anybody to perish.
50:48That's why he gave Jesus.
50:50That's why Jesus gave his own life so that none of us go to hell.
50:54Hell was not created or designed for humanity.
50:58It was created for the devil and his demons.
51:00Nothing else.
51:04Do you want to be saved?
51:06Well, 1 John 1 verse 9 says that if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
51:15It has to come from a sincere heart.
51:19So as you can see on the screen, Romans 10 verses 9 to 10 says very clearly,
51:25If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
51:31For with a heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with a mouth confession is made unto salvation.
51:36You can do that right now.
51:37There's no generic prayer.
51:39You just have to mean it.
51:41You cry out to God just like I did.
51:42Cry out to God in your own heart, in your own, and speak it out with your mouth.
51:49You know what?
51:50If you're real Jesus, I need you now.
51:53I'll make you my Lord and Savior.
51:54I can't live like this any longer.
51:56Save me, Lord.
51:58Forgive me for all my sins.
52:00And use my life for your glory.
52:02I believe, by faith, that God raised you from the dead, that you defeated sin and death in my place.
52:10Now I belong to you.
52:12Something as simple as that.
52:14Do it right now.
52:15You don't know how much time you have left.
52:18I'm not trying to scare you.
52:19It's the truth.
52:20None of us know the days we have in our lives.
52:24But it doesn't end there.
52:25He comes bearing gifts, Titus 3, verse 5, Ephesians 2, verse 8, Acts 1, verse 8, says,
52:31Then he saves us by grace through faith, the gift of God, washing away our sins,
52:38and giving us the new joy of the indwelling Holy Spirit.
52:41And you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you,
52:45and you will be my witnesses telling people about me everywhere.
52:50Wow.
52:50Amen.
52:51He comes bearing gifts.
52:53So we're going to pray for the Holy Spirit, for what we call baptism of Holy Spirit and fire.
53:00And we're going to invite Holy Spirit, the very Spirit of God, to come and live inside of us.
53:04We've done that before, but the Bible does show us that there was moments where the apostles, believers,
53:11done that often.
53:13Sorry, I'm getting hiccups.
53:16Do I drink water?
53:17I eat too fast.
53:18Yes, like a vacuum.
53:19You want to drink?
53:20And it's important because since we are made in God's image, we, as the Bible says,
53:30we are but aliens passing through.
53:33This is not where we come from.
53:36Our nationality, our identity is from the kingdom of God.
53:41We belong to the kingdom of God.
53:43We are passing through.
53:44So as such, we are spirit beings with a body and soul.
53:50So we're going to pray now because we need, in the spirit world, we do need weapons.
53:56We do need guidance.
53:57We need spiritual gifts to guide us through this journey, to guide us through the commission,
54:02the calling and the mission that God's given us in our lives.
54:06Amen?
54:06Amen.
54:06So let's do that together.
54:12Amen.
54:13Lord, I thank you for this privilege, for my brother, for my sister.
54:16I lift them up in your hands and I thank you that even as they cried out to you right now,
54:21thank you, Lord, for their salvation.
54:24Thank you that your promises are yes and amen.
54:28And we cry out to you, Lord, and we say we want more.
54:31So Holy Spirit, fill us afresh.
54:33Baptize us with your spirit and with fire, a fire that cannot be quenched, as your word
54:38says, a revival fire, for our God is a consuming fire.
54:42So right now we say fire in Jesus' name.
54:46Send fire, Lord, in the mighty name of Jesus.
54:50We say yes in Jesus' name.
54:56Amen and amen.
54:58Glory to God.
54:59Hallelujah.
54:59Hallelujah.
55:02Congratulations.
55:03Make sure you get connected to the Bible teaching, Holy Spirit filled church.
55:06If you don't know a church around your area, send us a message.
55:09We do have an email.
55:10We have a website.
55:11You can contact us through that as well.
55:14And we'll do our best.
55:15Tell us your name at least and the area where you're living so that we can help you find
55:19a church that you can get connected with.
55:21Amen.
55:21Remember, people aren't perfect.
55:23Jesus is perfect.
55:24God is perfect.
55:25That's right.
55:25But yes, it is a place where it's like a family, where you will learn, where you will
55:30grow, where you will get hurt, where you will end up hurting others.
55:33But it's supposed to be a safe place where we can learn and grow together, where we can
55:37be supportive of each other.
55:39And most importantly, where we can represent Christ Jesus as ambassadors of Christ, as children
55:44of the living God, as kings and priests, like the word of God says, as soldiers of the kingdom
55:49of God, as heavenly missionaries.
55:51We're supposed to walk together.
55:53We all have different gifts.
55:54Or should I say, we all have different callings.
55:58We have the same gifts, but we have different callings.
56:01We're meant to work together.
56:03And trust me, the world that we're living, we need the body of Christ.
56:07Amen.
56:07We need each other.
56:07We need each other.
56:09Hallelujah.
56:09In saying that, we're going to finish here.
56:13All right, before we finish, we just want to say thank you for those who are supporting
56:19us in prayer and financially for this ministry to keep on going.
56:23We really appreciate it.
56:24And we do pray for our partners.
56:26We just want to thank you.
56:28If you're a minister watching online and you are interested in some of the materials we've
56:34been speaking about, you can head to our website or you can check our YouTube channel and you
56:40can actually listen again to some of those materials.
56:44Please use it responsibly.
56:46We'll be very grateful for that.
56:48All right.
56:48And finally.
56:51Finally, we'll do a declaration prayer.
56:54Amen.
56:54Amen.
56:55So 1 Corinthians 1557.
56:57We thank you, Lord, for giving us victory as conquerors through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed
57:04One.
57:05Matthew 6, 33.
57:07We will seek first your kingdom and your righteousness.
57:10All these things, all our needs will be provided.
57:14We decree and declare Galatians 5, verse 1.
57:17It was for freedom that Christ set us free.
57:20Therefore, we will keep standing firm and not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.
57:25We decree and declare Galatians 5, 22.
57:28We will live in the spirit and we will follow you.
57:31Grow, produce everlasting fruit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
57:38gentleness, and self-control.
57:40We decree and declare Philippians 3, 14 to 16 that we will run straight for the divine
57:44invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory prize through the anointing
57:49of Jesus.
57:51As we fully mature, may we all have this same passion.
57:55And if anyone is not yet gripped by these desires, God reveal it to them.
58:00For we shall all advance together to reach this victory prize, following one path with
58:06one passion.
58:07In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray.
58:10Amen and amen.
58:11Amen and amen.
58:12God bless you all.
58:13Have a wonderful week and we will see you next week.
58:17Shalom, shalom.
58:43Shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom, shalom.
