00:00Hi, living a supernatural life, walking in the footsteps of Jesus, John 14, 12 tells us,
00:16I assure you most solemnly, I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in me, he will
00:22himself be able to do the things that I do, and he will do even greater things than these
00:28because I go to the Father. In the powerful true words of Corrie ten Boom, faith sees the invisible,
00:37believes the unbelievable, and receives the impossible, living a supernatural life,
00:44walking in the footsteps of Jesus. Want to know more? Hang around.
00:50Welcome. Welcome to Lion's Roads 3.8 Ministries. My name is George Magalhães,
00:59and we are an apostolic ministry with a prophetic teaching edge. It is our passion, our mission to
01:05reignite, equip, and release Christ-like disciples, both locally and globally. We do that through our
01:12itinerant ministry, but as well as providing you with resources just like this one to help you,
01:18to aid you in your God-given calling. Today, we're going to talk about the supernatural,
01:24hence our background over there. Beautiful library, looking very supernatural.
01:30Bringing us to our main verse today, as we heard at the beginning, this time the main verse comes from
01:38the message version. John 14, verse 12, in the message version says,
01:46the person who trusts me will not only do what I'm doing, but even greater things,
01:53because I, on my way to the Father, am giving you the same work to do that I've been doing.
02:00Wow, that is very clear. Amen?
02:02Amen. Amen. Amen. And as usual, I've got this beauty right next to me. It's gorgeous. My wife.
02:13Mine. Amen. Amen. All right, we're going to talk about the supernatural, living in the supernatural life.
02:22All right, let me first give you a little introduction. So, as we had at the beginning,
02:26John 14, 12 is our main verse. Today's word, we are called to live a supernatural life. Amen?
02:38As believers, as Christians, we are called to live a supernatural life, just as Jesus did.
02:43So, following his example of trust, expectation, and his word.
02:49By believing in his promises and embracing Holy Spirit's guidance, we can experience God's miraculous
02:58power in our daily lives. This study explores these three key elements, three key elements for a
03:08supernatural life. Trust, expectation, and God's word. Just as Jesus exemplified and promised,
03:18we will do the same. So, we're going to get right into it. But before we do that, we're going to pray.
03:25Amen. Let's pray. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you, Lord God, as we are going to
03:31get more into your word right now, Lord God. We pray, Lord God, that the words that come out of our
03:36mouths, Lord God, are your words, Lord God, and guided by your Holy Spirit. Not by our might,
03:41not by our power, but through you, Lord. We thank you for those who are hearing, Lord God.
03:45Let it be, Father God, word that falls on ground that are ready, Lord God, ready to take hold and
03:52bring forth fruits, Lord God. We pray against any distraction, Lord God, or against anything that
03:57would attempt us from not receiving the blessing you have for us, Lord. And we thank you, Father God.
04:03Let it be so here as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name. Amen.
04:07Amen. Amen. Fire away. Yay. Right. So, we've all been called to live a supernatural life. It's one of
04:18my favorite topics, among others' favorite topics. Everything about God is favorite for me. Anyway,
04:23so the God we serve is a supernatural God. I'm excited, right, about the supernatural life,
04:30aren't you? Because it's one of the things that we experience daily in our life, right?
04:35And we all have experienced a supernatural life, the supernatural other encounter or supernatural
04:46solution from God for our problems. It's who we are and how we've been called to live here on earth,
04:55a supernatural life. The life of Jesus here on earth showed us that living the supernatural life
05:01can be a natural part of our everyday daily lives, right? The great news is that we can follow in
05:08his footsteps and experience the same, I repeat, the same amazing way of living. It is God's will for
05:17us to walk that supernatural life. Jesus taught and walked it. Jesus promised that we would not only do
05:26what he did, but even greater things. I mean, that is exciting, right? When we read John chapter 14,
05:34verse 12 to 17, we get an understanding on how to live in the supernatural just like Jesus did.
05:42Let's read it. All right. So, John 14, 12. We're going to start with that verse first,
05:47and we're reading from the Amplified Classic Version.
05:49Wow. I mean, what a statement. What a blessing, isn't it? So, living the supernatural life is not
06:13difficult. Why is it not difficult? Because we're not relying on ourselves. We are relying on God.
06:19Our dependence on God serves as a reminder that we are not the one performing or working out the
06:28supernatural. Isn't that even greater? It's not dependent on us. We are merely vessels for it.
06:36Let's continue on reading in John chapter 14, verse 13 to 14.
06:41All right. John 14, 13 to 14. Still reading from the Amplified Classic.
06:47And I will do, I myself will grant whatever you ask in my name as presenting all that I am,
06:56so that the Father may be glorified and extolled in through the Son. Yes, I will grant,
07:05I myself will do for you whatever you shall ask in my name as presenting all that I am.
07:15Wow. I mean, this is quite self-explanatory. And how cool is that? The joy we have is that
07:21through our salvation in Christ, we are not left without guidance. It's not like, yeah, you know,
07:29you need to do this. You need to do that. Well, not really need. You need to achieve this, I should
07:33say. You need to achieve that. You know what I mean? But you have no guidance how to do it.
07:38You want to achieve anything. How great is our God that we are not left without guidance on how to
07:43live that supernatural life. It's not like he just did it and he said, look what I've done. You do the
07:49same, but you don't have a way to do it, right? What did he do? He sent Holy Spirit to instruct us
07:55how to navigate each day, provided we invite him in our lives and fellowship with him daily.
08:03Now, there is a key point here. We first have to invite God in our life and we have to allow
08:09ourselves to be in this fellowship time with God, like we've teached last week,
08:16we've got daily because daily communication with God is what will bring forth that guidance to life
08:25so we know what to do. Now, let's keep on reading. Let's read John chapter 14, verse 15 to 17.
08:31All right. John 14, 15 to 17. If you really love me, you will keep obeying my commands and I will ask
08:41the Father and he will give you another comforter, counsellor, helper, intercessor, advocate,
08:47strengthener, and standby, that he may remain with you forever. The spirit of truth whom the world cannot
08:55receive, welcome and take to its heart because it does not see him or know and recognize him,
09:03but you know and recognize him for he lives with you constantly and will be in you.
09:10Stay away there. So again, what did I say before? First, you have to give your life to Christ.
09:17You need salvation in order to have the guidance of the supernatural and to walk in the supernatural
09:23without salvation. It cannot be done because like I said before, we are reliant on God. I know it
09:29sounds like I'm repeating, but I want to really make this point, make us aware of this point before
09:35we move into what else we are moving. Like this verse says, but you, which are talking to us who
09:41walk in the salvation of Christ Jesus, but you know and recognize him for he lives with you, what?
09:49Constantly. So you're having the guidance of the Holy Spirit with us constantly and will be in
09:55and he's in us constantly talking to with us constantly, right? What a blessing. So what a
10:02blessing is it to know that living the supernatural life is not, is not based on us. It's not about age.
10:08So like we've said before, remember the Holy Spirit is not about little Holy Spirit, big Holy Spirit.
10:14It's not about your appearance or it's not even how much, it's not even about how much you, you know,
10:20so you're rich, you'll have different Holy Spirit, you're poor, you'll have different Holy Spirit. No, right?
10:26It's not just something we experience in church only or only in terms of extreme sufferings.
10:34That's when God will show up. That's when God will talk to us. No, no, no, no, no, no.
10:38Now, though it applies for them, it's also something we can embrace in every part of our daily lives
10:46and also in our moments of favor because favor is supernatural living, is a supernatural life.
10:53See, I've discovered, I say it like this, discovered three key elements.
10:58I'm not saying this, that really, you know, like that's it, but this is what I've discovered.
11:03Three key elements that really resonates with me on my journey of living a supernatural life.
11:10It's not limited to, but this is what I've discovered.
11:13The first one is trust.
11:16Second one.
11:18Expectation.
11:18And the third one.
11:20God's word.
11:21Or in your own way, you can see or you can translate trust to faith, expectation to hope,
11:31and God's word to truth.
11:34Amen.
11:35Faith, hope and truth or trust, expectation, God's word.
11:39So we'll break these into three sections.
11:43While they aren't, like I said, a complete solution, they reflect what naturally,
11:47this is a natural, something that naturally emerges from living a supernatural life.
11:54We're going to start our study now.
11:55The first one is?
11:56Trust.
11:57Trust.
11:58So if you've listened to our words of encouragement, I mean, throughout our boost and all that,
12:04you'll have noticed that trust is a reoccurring theme for us.
12:08Because it's something we often mention, right?
12:12Why?
12:12Because we believe that as children of God, understanding the importance of trust is crucial.
12:18Without it, we might be blocking our own breakthrough.
12:22Because trust is the same as faith.
12:24Like George was saying, you can say it, faith.
12:27Trust, faith.
12:28And if you're not trusting in God, if you don't have the faith of God in you, what you have is fear.
12:35Because the opposite of faith is not doubt, but it's fear.
12:40Fear is the opposite of faith.
12:42Fear can stir up uncertainty, make us feel like we are drifting.
12:48You know, like, is his promise yes?
12:51Is his promise no?
12:52What if I do it and his promise doesn't come to pass?
12:55You know, when it comes to God's promises.
12:57So this, what happened is, it widened the gap in our trust.
13:01And why it widened the gap?
13:04It shifted our focus from God's kingdom, from his kingdom.
13:08And then the incredible blessing that were already made available to us.
13:13So without trust, without trust, you cannot walk in a supernatural life.
13:21Right?
13:22Let's read Hebrews chapter 10, verse 38 to 39.
13:26All right.
13:27Hebrews 10, 38 to 39.
13:29Again, in the Amplified Classic.
13:30But the just shall live by faith.
13:34My righteous servant shall live by his conviction, respecting man's relationship to God and divine things, and holy fervor, born of faith and conjoined with it.
13:47And if he draws back and shrinks in fear, my soul has no delight or pleasure in him.
13:53But our way is not that of those who draw back to eternal misery, perdition, and are utterly destroyed.
14:02But we are of those who believe, who cleave to and trust in and rely on God through Jesus Christ the Messiah.
14:12And by faith, preserve the soul.
14:15Now, you might say, okay, Sabrina, now, you know, if I'm having trouble, you know, with my faith.
14:23Again, like we said, fear not.
14:27No part intended here, but fear not.
14:29But pray instead.
14:31Yes, pray.
14:31Speak to God who will give you strength to trust in him.
14:36How amazing is God?
14:38You don't have enough faith.
14:40You don't know how to do it.
14:41You're fearful.
14:41You pray, and he will take over that fear, and he will replace it.
14:46He will encourage you.
14:47He will strengthen you when you're weak to have that trust in him.
14:51And the peace of mind, because fear plays with your mind, the peace of mind to focus on him.
14:58Now, this response will help us build confidence in what we hope for and give us the assurance about the things we can't yet see.
15:08Let's read to Philippians chapter 4, verse 6 to 7.
15:13Philippians 4, verse 6 to 7.
15:16Do not fret, that means fear, or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition, definite requests, with thanksgiving continue to make your wants known to God.
15:33And God's peace shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ.
15:42And so, fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace, which transcends all understanding, shall garrison and mount God over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
16:00Amen.
16:00So, how awesome is that, right?
16:04And, you know, we have so many examples, I mean, really good example in the Bible, awesome example in the Bible.
16:11And I think today we're just going to take two because we can't really go through all of it.
16:15We're going to take the examples of Sarah and Jairus, right?
16:19Now, take Sarah, Abraham's wife, for example, in Hebrews 11, 11.
16:24Can you read it?
16:26Hebrews 11, 11.
16:28Because of faith, also Sarah herself received physical power to conceive a child, even when she was long past the age for it, because she considered God, who had given her the promise to be reliable and trustworthy and true to his word.
16:47See, we see in Sarah's story, we learn that trust isn't about our circumstances.
16:53It's not about what our circumstances say about us, but about what God says and what his kingdom confirms.
17:01Again, I'll say that it's not about what our circumstances says about us or what we can see, but about what God says, which is his word and what his kingdom confirms, which is the manifestation of his word over our situation.
17:18See, God promised Sarah she would have a child, and that's what's manifested in her life.
17:25She didn't look at her age.
17:26She didn't, I mean, she didn't, she, like we read in the word, because of her faith, she had faith despite her age.
17:33She, she had faith, even though, when, if we read the Bible, we know that Abraham was like, yes, Lord, but, you know, it was, yes, Lord, until Lot wasn't there.
17:46Do you know what I'm trying to say?
17:48When there was no other solution, so if Sarah doesn't get, get a child before, they might be locked as the, you know, as a replacement.
17:56But there's nothing.
17:58So right now, then she had nothing, and I'm not counting, of course, the servant's kid, but this is about the promise that God gave her.
18:06So even in our circumstances, sometimes we need to remember that we are running our race with God.
18:12So it's not about what God's done or the way that God answered the prayer for someone else that we need to stand on, but we need to trust in God and stand on his promise that he has given us.
18:25And like the verb says, no matter how that pans out, right?
18:30Now, let's look at Jairus.
18:33Let's read Luke chapter 8, verse 49 to 51, and then 54 to 55.
18:40All right.
18:40Luke 8, 49 to 51.
18:43While he was still speaking, a man from the house of the director of the synagogue came and said to Jairus,
18:49Your daughter is dead.
18:52Do not weary and trouble the teacher any further.
18:55But Jesus, on hearing this, answered him, Do not be seized with alarm or struck with fear.
19:01Simply believe in me as able to do this, and she shall be made well.
19:07And when he came to the house, he permitted no one to enter with him except Peter and John and James and the girl's father and mother.
19:16Now, let's read 54 to 55.
19:21All right.
19:21Verse 54 to 55.
19:23And grasping her hand, he called, saying, Child, arise from the sleep of death.
19:28And her spirit returned from death, and she arose immediately, and he directed that she should be given something to eat.
19:37Now, this story reminds us, no matter what we hear or see, I mean, he came in the house, he saw that the daughter is dead, right?
19:47Before he came and see it, he heard it.
19:49Like, all your senses right now is tingling, right?
19:52Your hearing, your seeing is telling you that this is a very wrong situation.
20:00And most of the time, the next thing that we usually do is this.
20:04We go by what we see and what we hear.
20:05And our mouth, when it's open, reflect what we have accepted with our seeing and our hearing, and we start saying bad things.
20:13But no, not Jairus.
20:15Jairus chose to trust.
20:17So we can choose to trust in Jesus just like Jairus did.
20:21Even when he was told that his daughter had died, he didn't let that shake his faith.
20:27When he found her lifeless at home, he still held on his belief in Jesus.
20:34Why do I say that?
20:35Because in verse 55, before the last one we read, we see that the girl came back to life.
20:44But also, we also see, if you look at verse before that, that when Jesus didn't allow everybody else to be in the room with him,
20:55he still allowed the father to be there, Jairus to be there.
20:58That shows that Jairus had trust in Jesus despite what he saw and what he heard.
21:06So again, we saw in verse 55, we see that the girl came back to life.
21:10This shows us that when we trust in the Lord, we will never be let down.
21:15We will never be let down.
21:17We will not be let down because his word is yes and amen, isn't it?
21:21Now, let's look at Romans 10, verse 11.
21:26Romans 10, verse 11 in the Amplified Classic.
21:29Again, we like to use Amplified Classic for studies.
21:33The reason why we do that, I've said that before, is because when you're reading the word just for reading,
21:39those other versions like New King James, New Living Translation,
21:43whatever other translations you want to use, they're good for reading, they're good for devotions.
21:51But if you want to do a study, the Amplified, Amplified Classic, those sort of versions are more in detail.
21:58So it explains in a more detailed version what the original words were talking about.
22:05Because remember, the Old Testament was Aramaic, the New Testament was Greek.
22:08And especially the Aramaic, the Jewish language, the Hebrew language, is very detailed.
22:14So sometimes a lot of the translation into English needs to be a little bit more broadened,
22:19especially if you're looking in terms of a study.
22:23So keep that in mind as I read Romans 10, verse 11.
22:27The scripture says no man who believes in him, who adheres to, relies on, and trusts in him will ever be put to shame or be disappointed.
22:37Wow. Isn't that amazing?
22:40Let us give you guys a testimony of trusts, right, from ourself last week when we were preparing to do the Boost.
22:51Yeah. You want to say?
22:53Yeah. Just when we were preparing, setting up for the Boost program and setting up the computers,
22:59connecting the cord, when I mean the cord as in the internet cable,
23:04because you don't want to be doing these programs online through Wi-Fi.
23:09It's better to do it through cable so you don't get any issues.
23:12And when I tested the internet speed, it was really bad.
23:17When I mean really bad, it was below 100 Mbps.
23:20Now, for those nerds out there like me who understand about that,
23:24for a live video feed on Facebook or YouTube, for you to be able to see it properly,
23:32no lagging, no buffering or anything, you need well above, I would say, minimum of 100.
23:39We were well below that, 60, 70.
23:42I tested it the third time, 40.
23:44I was panicking a little.
23:47And, Sabrina, I remember my wife just said, you know, trust God.
23:50Just do it.
23:51Don't worry about it.
23:52Don't panic.
23:53Let's just do the program and see what God does.
23:55And we've done the whole program.
23:57And none of you complained.
23:58Nobody said anything about the internet service.
24:00So everything's fine.
24:01It was a supernatural thing.
24:03Sometimes what we see with our physical flesh does not mean that that's what's really going on.
24:09Yes, right.
24:10God can do things in the background.
24:11God can heal, as I heard before through Bobby Conner and other ministers,
24:15God can heal a little girl's ear who's born deformed with no hole and he can heal her.
24:22And she starts hearing, yet the ear is still like that.
24:26And there's no hole.
24:27How is that possible?
24:28Still blocked.
24:29Yet she can hear now.
24:31God can do whatever he wants to do.
24:34He's God.
24:35So we must have trust.
24:38We must have faith that what he says will come to pass.
24:42Because that's how the supernatural works.
24:44It starts with trust first, right?
24:46See, as Dean Martin Lloyd-Jones stated, miracles are not meant to be understood.
24:53That's what I like George saying.
24:54They are meant to be believed.
24:56Amen.
24:57Amen.
24:57Number two is what?
24:58Expectation or hope.
25:01Yes.
25:02Expectation.
25:03See, when we trust, we expect.
25:06See, if you don't have trust, you can't expect, right?
25:11You know, for those moms out there and the ladies, right?
25:16Faith is the things hoped for.
25:20Hoped for.
25:21Okay.
25:22I'll skip that because we have a lot of things.
25:24I was going to give an example, but that's all right.
25:26So when we trust, we expect.
25:29Expectation is what brings all of it together.
25:31We are not expecting from ourselves because we are not trusting on ourselves, right?
25:35But from God.
25:36Now, God is not a liar.
25:39That is not his nature.
25:41Let's read.
25:42Numbers chapter, no wait.
25:45Numbers chapter 23 verse 19.
25:47Numbers 23, 19.
25:49God is not a man that he should tell or act a lie.
25:53Neither the son of man that he should feel repentance or compunction for what he has promised.
26:00Has he said and shall he not do it?
26:03Or has he spoken and shall he not make it good?
26:07Wow.
26:08No.
26:09See, that on the contrary is the nature of the enemy.
26:13The enemy is a liar.
26:15Satan is a liar.
26:17Let's keep reading.
26:18Look at John chapter 8 verse 44.
26:21All right.
26:22John 8, 44.
26:24We're talking about Satan.
26:25Sorry.
26:26You are of your father, the devil, and it is your will to practice the lusts and gratify the desires which are characteristic of your father.
26:36He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him.
26:42When he speaks of falsehood, he speaks what is natural to him for he is a liar himself and a father of lies and of all that is false.
26:53Wow.
26:54Wow.
26:56Biblical foundation, biblical truth.
26:57If you understand those two, you will go very far in your relationship with God because you will not keep going through the guessing game, right?
27:05Now, understanding this biblical truth is very exciting.
27:09Personally, I find so much hope in knowing that I can absolutely trust his word to be yes and amen.
27:15See, when I see that his word offers an open book, like we said last week, an open book of solutions for my worries, it motivates me.
27:24It should motivate anybody to actively work with God, like we said last week, and look forward to the amazing outcomes he has in store for us.
27:33Why?
27:33Because he's not a man that he should lie.
27:36He's not a liar.
27:37So we need to sometimes come to basic and recognize, whoa, what is the character of God?
27:43I know I keep hearing people say trust in his word, trust in his word, trust in his word.
27:49All right, I trust in his word.
27:50But it's as simple as a reflection of who we are and how we are living.
27:55For example, my husband said to me, oh, you know what?
27:59I'm going to give you this food this week, right?
28:01I trust he's going to do it.
28:03No matter what happens, he's going to go and do it because I know him.
28:06I know when it comes to those things in his character, he will do what he's saying.
28:11And when I understand that, when he said, I'll give it to you this week, I don't have a second thought, do I?
28:16No, because I don't have a second thought because I trust he will do that.
28:20And when we understand that, the expectation that builds in us, right, bring forth breakthrough.
28:28Because we are trusting, knowing his character, that he is not a liar.
28:32See, as the saying goes, whose report would you believe?
28:38What?
28:39Whose report would you believe?
28:40Certainly not the liar.
28:42But our God's report, who has showed himself faithful to us.
28:47Why do I say that certainly not a liar?
28:50I mean, amazing, guys.
28:51Think about it.
28:52The enemy is a liar.
28:54So he comes to you and says, oh, you're trusting in God.
28:57You're not going to get healed.
28:58But then when you realize that God is not a liar and his word says that I have healed you, you're healed already.
29:03By my strap, you're healed.
29:05Whose report are you going to believe?
29:06Are you going to believe what you see?
29:08How you're feeling right now?
29:09I'm not saying you deny that you're going through it, like we've said it before.
29:13But you need to understand that the supernatural life, you have to have trust in God.
29:18When you're filled with expectation then, when you understand that and you're filled with expectation,
29:23you don't rely on your own timing either because you're not focusing on the time.
29:28Oh, it's been three months.
29:30Where's my healing?
29:31I mean, I remember we give testimony when I was not well and how God healed me supernaturally.
29:38And, you know, I didn't just go through that a month, two months, three months, right?
29:43I went through that a couple of months, remember, babe?
29:45A couple of months.
29:46And we couldn't rely on our own timing.
29:49We were praying for people who were sick and they were getting healed.
29:51And yet we were still waiting for me to be healed.
29:54But I trust and I had expectation that this is not my portion.
29:58He said I'm healed, right?
30:01So we don't rely on our own timing or what our eyes can see.
30:05Instead, we stay focused and trust that even if things seem to be taking longer than we hope for,
30:15God is never late.
30:16Why?
30:16His timing is perfect.
30:17Expecting from God means having confidence in his perfect timing.
30:23We will give you one example from the Bible and some of our testimonies.
30:27We'll give you the example of David and Goliath, right?
30:31In the well-known story of David and Goliath from 1 Samuel chapter 17, we get a clear account of the encounter.
30:39But what I like, what I'm going to talk about is this.
30:42Before the battle even begins, right, David and Goliath have a conversation that highlights David's unwavering sense of expectation.
30:52And David, you can see there that David's words shows his confidence and the victory he expects in this battle.
30:59Let's read from 1 Samuel chapter 17, verse 46.
31:031 Samuel 17, verse 46.
31:06This day the Lord will deliver you into my hand, and I will smite you and cut off your head,
31:13and I will give the corpses of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the earth,
31:21that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.
31:25Now, we all know how the story ends.
31:29He wins.
31:30In the same manner, we are called to live with bold expectation in our own lives,
31:36confident that we have God's support.
31:40His words never fails, and our expectation is the key.
31:45Listen to that.
31:46Our expectation is a key that opens the door to seeing his promise come to life.
31:53Listen very carefully.
31:54We know what his promise is, but we need it to come to life to experience it, right?
31:59Expectation is the key.
32:00Now, let us share some of our own testimonies.
32:05I'll start the first one.
32:07All right.
32:09The first one is about a car.
32:11We try to give from different subjects, right?
32:16The first one is a car.
32:18Our car.
32:19Basically, with our car, I remember that we had an issue with it.
32:23It broke down and living by faith.
32:26So, it's not like we're going to be able to get a lawn or any of those things, right?
32:30We had no other way to get a car, right?
32:33And I took that to God, and I said, Lord, you know, we've got free kids.
32:40God, do you understand?
32:40We have free kids, and we have to do grocery shopping and all those things.
32:43I still remember.
32:44Do you remember putting all free kids in that trolley and then walking for over half an hour to get some grocery?
32:50Yeah, that was fun.
32:51Anyway, we prayed.
32:54We asked God, what would you like us to do?
32:56Because God is a God of solution.
32:57Remember, I said it.
32:58Open book solution, right?
33:00So, we're like, okay, Lord, what would you like us to do?
33:03And God gave me a verse and said, I want you to wait.
33:06I will give you the car.
33:08Now, that went on for how many months?
33:11Three months, yeah?
33:11Three months.
33:12Yeah.
33:13So, in that three months, every two weeks, God will give me a scripture to tell me, wait.
33:21Wait.
33:22And in that waiting, God was talking to us, and, you know, my husband was like, my wife is crazy.
33:30And I'm like, okay, Lord, what do you want me to do?
33:33He's like, I want you to expect that I'm going to give you the car, right?
33:37I want you to not only just expect, but visualize it.
33:41What kind of car would you like?
33:43So, I looked at my husband.
33:44I said, baby, I'm praying.
33:46I'm expecting a car with hard leather.
33:48We have three kids, and I want the roof thingy up.
33:50How do you call it, babe?
33:52Sunroof.
33:52Sunroof open, right?
33:54Yes, I know.
33:55What did you think of it when I said that?
33:59He thought I was crazy, but that's all right.
34:04And, of course, so we kept praying.
34:06Oh, on the third months, I was like, Lord, we need that car now.
34:13And, hey, praise God.
34:15We actually sowed a seed before into some student's life, and they came to visit us on that day.
34:24Anyway, I'm cutting the story short because we have more example to give.
34:27And on that day, they gave us a big lonesome, right?
34:30And guess what?
34:31We got the car that I said we would get, and in the way, and the manner, and the hard leather I wanted.
34:38But I had to have expectation even without seeing it.
34:43Even without, like, I had expectation without even knowing how much cars cost.
34:48I just know that this is what I want.
34:51This is what my God said that I'm going to get it.
34:53And he told me to expect, to visualize it, to thank him, and I got it.
34:59Do you want to give one?
35:02We won't cover all of them, but I'll give one.
35:05I'll give the car.
35:06This is much more supernatural.
35:09The car translocation.
35:12Translocation.
35:12Oh, yeah.
35:14All right.
35:15We got invited to one preach in a church in the city.
35:18We were preaching in this church.
35:20We preached there quite a few times over the years.
35:24And I somehow, we somehow got lost on the way.
35:28It wasn't our first time preaching there, but somehow we just got lost.
35:31And I remember we were, I can't remember the area, but when we checked our phone, we were way off.
35:37We were at least an hour and a half, close to an hour and a half away from the church itself.
35:44And we thought, oh, my Lord, we're going to be very late.
35:46This is not good at all.
35:49Guess what?
35:49Well, my wife said, don't worry.
35:52We're going to be fine.
35:52I remember you said something along those lines.
35:55And we quickly, she quickly got the kids together at the time.
35:59They were much smaller than they are now.
36:01So they got together and we started praying in tongues.
36:03And as I drove, by the time I got to the church, I didn't look at, I didn't want to look at the time.
36:08By the time I, oh, my phone, by the way, because the minister where we were ministering, we went to Bible college together.
36:15So I was thinking, oh, my Lord's going to send me all these messages.
36:18I can't even look at the messages.
36:19I need to get there now.
36:20I can't look.
36:22But no, we got there two minutes before.
36:25Now, we were easily, like I said, and now close to an hour and a half away.
36:31We got there two minutes before.
36:33That's impossible.
36:35It took us, like, 15, 20 minutes to get there.
36:39And it wasn't once.
36:40It's happened to us at least two or three times.
36:42Yeah, we can't give all the testimony.
36:44I'll give another one for the ladies out there.
36:47All right.
36:48You all know I have three kids.
36:50I think you all thought all three of them once in a while come online, right?
36:54Now, they're all a gift from God because I couldn't have kids, right, before.
36:58And then God's supernatural.
36:59I mean, just the way God told me that I'm pregnant is supernatural.
37:05We have a lot of testimony.
37:06We could write a big book, the testimony.
37:09But I want to give the one about Natanya, my second one.
37:15Being pregnant, I was one week over.
37:18One week over?
37:19One week.
37:19Yeah, one week over.
37:20And for ladies out there, you know, I'm over it.
37:24I was over it.
37:26I'm like, come already.
37:28You know, and I'm praying, and I'm like, Lord.
37:30Lord, and my kids tend to be quite big for me.
37:37And I was like, Lord, I cannot take it anymore.
37:39I can't even go to church.
37:40I couldn't even get out of bed properly.
37:42And I remember, finished praying, and that night I had a dream.
37:47In that dream, there was three people who came and prayed for me.
37:50And I didn't go to church that day.
37:52And the next day was a Sunday.
37:54And three people came to our house that day to see how we were, just to, you know, see
37:58how we were.
37:59Anyway, long story short, I felt like God suddenly said, you know what?
38:03Just get in the car, go to the hospital.
38:07Now, mind you, I was not in labor by any means.
38:11Like, there's no suffering, nothing.
38:13No contraction, nothing.
38:16Not in labor.
38:18Point.
38:19Period.
38:19Not in labor.
38:20So we went there.
38:21We went to the hospital, and, you know, we like to the nurses, listen, it's been over
38:26a week.
38:27I can't take it.
38:29Yeah, but by the time we got there, you started getting pain.
38:32So you started getting contractions.
38:33But the contractions were still very far apart.
38:36Yes.
38:36They were not close enough.
38:37So they, yes.
38:39I remember.
38:39Yeah, I remember that.
38:41And that was in, what's that?
38:43Caulfield, yeah?
38:44Caulfield, that's it.
38:45Caulfield, yeah.
38:45Hospital in Melbourne.
38:47And then they said, look, you can stay here a little bit, but if the contractions don't
38:53start getting closer, we're going to have to send you home.
38:56Can't stay longer.
38:57So I can't remember exactly if it was half an hour to an hour we were there, and they end
39:01up coming back.
39:02No, it was an hour.
39:03So basically what happened is this.
39:05So they were saying that, like George said, if you do not, if you, if you don't see it
39:10happening, you're going to go home.
39:11And I remember, you know, the boldness of expectation that this baby going to come out
39:16on that day and have to come out was this.
39:19I looked at them and I said, you know what?
39:22Come back in exactly one hour.
39:24Remember I said that?
39:25Come back in an hour.
39:26I'm going to give birth in an hour.
39:28They looked at me like I was nuts.
39:31Right?
39:31Because it was for them to tell me, you know, go home and then come back later on because
39:36it wasn't happening the way it's supposed to be.
39:37Right?
39:38So anyway, we prayed and what happened?
39:41One hour.
39:42One hour they came back.
39:44They came back and you were starting to.
39:46That was my quickest giving birth among all my free kids.
39:50Anyway, we have a lot, but because of time we can't go ahead with it.
39:53We're going to keep going.
39:55Right?
39:56So, oh, that was another example we had.
40:01Anyway, I like this quote by Charles Studd.
40:04It says this, real Christians revel in desperate ventures for Christ, expecting from God great
40:15things and attempting the same with exhilaration.
40:20Number three, God's word.
40:26The word of God shows us everything that's available to us.
40:30It's our guide, our manual and our standard for living.
40:34His word helped us to understand how God's work and his way, as we see in 2 Timothy 3,
40:41verse 16 to 17.
40:43You want to read it?
40:442 Timothy 3, 16 to 17.
40:47In the complete Jewish Bible translation.
40:50All scripture is God-breathed and is valuable for teaching the truth, convicting of sin,
40:57correcting faults, and training in right living.
41:00Thus, anyone who belongs to God may be fully equipped for every good work.
41:05Wow.
41:06See, this is what I meant by it.
41:07Let's read Job 22, verse 28.
41:11Job 22, 28.
41:13This time, Amplified Classic.
41:14It shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you.
41:20And the light of God's favor shall shine upon your ways.
41:24Wonderful.
41:25Now, we've understood that we have to trust God.
41:29We have to expect.
41:30But what are you going to expect on?
41:32You're going to have to expect on what his word is saying for you and the situation.
41:37How do we deal with it?
41:38We decree it like we've just read in Job.
41:41Now, what we're going to do is we're going to give you biblical verses according to various situations.
41:46While we declare these words, receive it as prophecy unto what you need.
41:52Now, this is the key Jesus gave us as we speak it out.
41:57We are loosening and activating our breakthrough.
41:59We read it from Matthew, chapter 16, verse 19.
42:04Matthew 16, 19.
42:06I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven,
42:09and whatever you bind, declare to be improper and unlawful on earth,
42:13must be what is already bound in heaven.
42:16And whatever you loose, declare lawful on earth,
42:19must be what is already loosed in heaven.
42:22I love it when it says must be.
42:25There is no other way.
42:27Must be.
42:28So we're going to give you guys some examples.
42:31Of course, it's not example for everything because we don't have the time,
42:35but it is a practical way of how you also can expect,
42:40trust God on his word, decree his word,
42:42and expect to see it manifest in our lives, right?
42:47For healing.
42:48Do you want to read it?
42:49All right.
42:49For healing.
42:50Isaiah 53, verse 5, reading New King James Version.
42:53But he who was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our inequities.
42:59The chastisement for our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed.
43:05And the prayer would be, Father God, in the name of Jesus,
43:08we decree that we are healed, whole, and walking in supernatural divine health,
43:14in the mighty name of Jesus.
43:16Amen.
43:16It's not complicated.
43:18It's just a matter of trust.
43:20For marriage, so if you're looking for someone, read it, Genesis.
43:24Genesis 2, verse 18, New King James Version.
43:28And the Lord God said,
43:29It is not good that a man should be alone.
43:32I will make him a helper comparable to him.
43:35Right.
43:36So the prayer would be like this.
43:37Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you would supernaturally connect us,
43:41or connect me, whoever it is,
43:43with our helper, who is just right for me,
43:48in the mighty name of Jesus.
43:50Amen.
43:50Amen.
43:51And for marriages, breakthrough.
43:54Matthew 19, Matthew 19, verse 6.
43:58So then, they are no longer two, but one flesh.
44:02Therefore, what God has joined together, let no men separate.
44:07Father, in the name of Jesus, we declare restoration over our marriage.
44:11No weapon point against our marriage shall prosper.
44:14Lord, we pray for the wonderful communion of the Holy Spirit
44:18to help us see each other through your eyes.
44:20loving and respecting one another with faithfulness.
44:23We declare that our home is set in the right order,
44:26where all things have passed away,
44:29and everything in our marriage has become new,
44:31growing toward you more and more,
44:33in the mighty name of Jesus.
44:35Amen.
44:36Next one, for education.
44:39James 1, verse 5.
44:41If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God,
44:44who gives to all liberally and without reproach,
44:48and it will be given to him.
44:51Father, in the name of Jesus,
44:53we ask for your wisdom to help us follow your words,
44:56so that we can bring glory to you.
44:59We decree that we are the head and not the tail,
45:01above only and not beneath.
45:04For finances.
45:05Philippians 4, verse 19.
45:08And my God shall supply all your needs
45:11according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
45:15Father, in the name of Jesus,
45:16we declare that we are abundantly successful in everything we do.
45:20We trust that you, Lord God,
45:21teach us how to prosper and guide us in the right direction.
45:24We are fully supplied with every need met,
45:28because we have your favor.
45:31Your will is being done in our lives
45:33and in our children's life.
45:34In the mighty name of Jesus.
45:36Amen.
45:37Now we're going to do for identity.
45:39Romans 5, verse 17.
45:42For if by the one man's offense,
45:45death reigns through the one,
45:47much more those who receive abundance of grace
45:50and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life
45:54through the one, Jesus Christ.
45:57Father, in the name of Jesus,
45:58we decree that we are reigning in life in Christ Jesus.
46:01Amen.
46:02We continue on our identity.
46:04Number two.
46:062 Corinthians 5, verse 7.
46:08For we walk by faith, not by sight.
46:11Father, in the name of Jesus,
46:13we decree that we are walking by faith and not by sight
46:15in the mighty name of Jesus.
46:17See how easy and simple it is?
46:19Number three.
46:20It's still on our identity.
46:222 Corinthians 5, verse 21.
46:24For he made him who knew no sin to be sin for us,
46:28that we might become the righteousness of God in him.
46:31Father, in the name of Jesus,
46:33we decree that we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
46:37Amen.
46:37Number three.
46:38I mean, number four or five now.
46:40I've lost it.
46:41It's a lot in identity.
46:43Yes, because it's important.
46:45Ephesians 3, verse 17.
46:47That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith,
46:51that you being rooted and grounded in love.
46:54Father, in the name of Jesus,
46:55we decree that we are rooted and grounded in love,
46:58because Christ dwells in us.
46:59Amen.
47:00And we're going to do one for favor.
47:02Psalm 84, verse 11.
47:06For the Lord God is a sun and shield.
47:10The Lord will give grace and glory.
47:12No good thing will he withhold from those who walk uprightly.
47:20And prayer.
47:20In the name of Jesus,
47:22we are the righteousness of God.
47:24Therefore,
47:24we are qualified to covenant kindness and covenant favor.
47:28The favor of God is among the righteous.
47:30The favor of God surrounds the righteous.
47:32Therefore,
47:32it surrounds us everywhere we go and in everything we do.
47:36In the mighty name of Jesus.
47:38Now,
47:38these are just a few examples.
47:40As mentioned before,
47:41if you have other needs,
47:42I haven't mentioned,
47:43check what God's word says about your situation.
47:46Then you speak his promise,
47:48his promises over it and see the difference it makes.
47:51Taste and see that the Lord is good.
47:54Let me end with this quote by Vance Havner.
47:57The Christian life itself is a miracle.
48:00And every phase of it ought to bear the mark of the supernatural.
48:05Amen.
48:06Amen.
48:07I hope you guys enjoyed it.
48:09All right,
48:10Lord,
48:10we thank you for this word.
48:12We thank you for what we have studied today.
48:14We pray that you continue to unravel understanding wisdom in your word and that you continue to take us deeper in your word,
48:22Lord,
48:23deeper in our relationship with you,
48:25in hunger and thirst for your ways.
48:29If you're new here today.
48:31Yes.
48:32This is not a coincidence.
48:33This is a divine appointment.
48:35God's word is very clear.
48:36One John five,
48:38four to five tells us for whatever is born of God overcomes the world.
48:42And this is the victory that has overcome the world.
48:45Our faith.
48:47Where are you putting your faith?
48:48I want to ask you.
48:49Some put it in money,
48:52things,
48:53other people,
48:55idols,
48:55whatever it is.
48:56Whatever it is.
48:56Where are you putting your faith?
48:58The word of God goes on to say,
49:00who is he?
49:01Whoever comes to the world,
49:02but he who believes that Jesus is the son of God.
49:06Amen.
49:06John three,
49:0716 to 17 goes on to say,
49:09for God,
49:09so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son,
49:12talking about Jesus Christ himself,
49:14that whoever believes in him should not perish,
49:18but have everlasting life.
49:20For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world,
49:24but that through that,
49:27the world through him might be saved.
49:31So you're probably wondering,
49:32what do I have to do?
49:33Well,
49:34first of all,
49:34you need to acknowledge that you need God.
49:38In one John one verse nine tells us,
49:40if we confess our sins,
49:43he's faithful and just forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
49:49Oh,
49:50here you go again.
49:50I'm good enough,
49:51George.
49:52Well,
49:52good enough compared to who?
49:54To your mom,
49:55to your brother,
49:55to your cousin,
49:56to your neighbor.
49:58You're not good enough compared to God.
49:59God is the measurement.
50:01God is the ultimate measurement standard that we should be looking at.
50:06And the reality is in his eyes,
50:08we've all fallen short.
50:09We all deserve death.
50:11We all deserve hell.
50:12But because of what Jesus did,
50:15his free gift,
50:16which cost him dearly,
50:18of salvation is available to you.
50:21You just need to realize and understand that sin in its most simplistic definition
50:25is when we try to live our lives without God.
50:27You were not created to live without him.
50:31We were all created in his image.
50:33And out of all the creation in the world,
50:36humanity is the only creation that God created in his own image.
50:41Now,
50:41our God is God.
50:43What does that mean?
50:43He's divine.
50:45He's a spirit being.
50:47Therefore,
50:47we are spirit beings like him because we are made in his image.
50:50We're not human beings as such.
50:52We are spirit beings with a body and a soul.
50:56And as spirit beings made in his image,
50:59we need to walk to live righteously just like he does.
51:03How can we do that?
51:04It's impossible,
51:05George.
51:05You're right.
51:06It is.
51:06On our own efforts,
51:08on our own conviction,
51:09of course.
51:10But when we do it in him,
51:12when we put our trust,
51:13our lives in and our faith in what Jesus did,
51:17we put our faith in his finished work,
51:20then in the eyes of God,
51:23you become righteous.
51:24You become his son,
51:26his daughter once again.
51:28So what do I need to do?
51:29Okay.
51:29Listen and look at this on the screen.
51:33Romans 10 verses nine to 10 is very clear.
51:36It says that if you confess with your mouth,
51:38the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart,
51:40that God has raised him from the dead,
51:41you will be saved.
51:43For with a heart,
51:44man believeth unto righteousness and with a mouth confession is made unto salvation.
51:48So you speak out loud where you are right now and mean it.
51:51It has to come from the heart.
51:54The heart of the matter is the matter of the heart.
51:55So he has to come.
51:57You have to mean it.
51:58If you're in the bathroom,
52:00if you're in the kitchen,
52:01if you're in your car,
52:02if you're in your workplace,
52:03don't worry about what people are saying.
52:05Don't worry about those around you.
52:07Call out to God right now.
52:09You don't know how much time you have left.
52:10That's the reality.
52:11I'm not trying to scare anybody,
52:13but we don't know.
52:14We just don't know.
52:16Call out to him now.
52:19With a spoken voice,
52:21like I'm speaking to you right now.
52:23And say,
52:24Lord,
52:25in a simple prayer that comes from the heart,
52:28right now,
52:28Jesus,
52:30I want to make you my Lord and Savior.
52:32Come into my life.
52:33Take away all my sins.
52:35Wash me clean.
52:36I choose to believe,
52:37because remember,
52:38belief,
52:39faith comes first with a choice.
52:40I choose to believe that God raised you from the dead.
52:43And from this day forward,
52:44I thank you that I am saved
52:47and that I belong to you.
52:48You are my Lord and Savior.
52:49Use my life for your glory.
52:51It's a simple prayer like that.
52:53And the beauty is,
52:54it doesn't stop there.
52:55If Titus 3 verse 5,
52:56Ephesians 2 verse 8,
52:58Acts 1 verse 8,
52:59amongst others,
53:00goes on to tell us,
53:01then he saves us.
53:02And what happens then?
53:03Well,
53:03he saves us by grace through faith,
53:06the gift of God,
53:06washing away our sins
53:07and giving us the new joy
53:09of the indwelling spirit.
53:12And you will receive power
53:13when the Holy Spirit comes upon you
53:14and you will be my witnesses
53:16telling people
53:17about me
53:19everywhere.
53:21What does that mean?
53:22That's called the baptism
53:23of Holy Spirit and fire.
53:25So once you've
53:26prayed that prayer,
53:27invited Jesus to be your Lord and Savior,
53:30believe that God
53:31raised him from the dead,
53:32you are saved.
53:33Now we're going to pray
53:34for the baptism of Holy Spirit.
53:36That means that
53:37the Spirit of God himself
53:39will come
53:40and then he will
53:41live inside of you.
53:42That's the joy
53:43of the indwelling Holy Spirit.
53:44He will live inside of you
53:45and he comes bearing gifts,
53:46spiritual weapons
53:47that he's going to teach you,
53:49that he's going to correct you,
53:50that he's going to comfort you,
53:51that he's going to guide you
53:52through life
53:53on how to use those weapons
53:55in life as well.
53:56Because there is a war
53:57for the souls of humanity
53:58between evil and good.
54:00And guess what?
54:01That war has already been won.
54:02We've won.
54:03But the only way
54:05that you can manifest
54:06that victory in your life
54:07is by giving your life
54:09to Jesus right now
54:10and then believing
54:11and trusting in him
54:12every single day.
54:15Are you ready?
54:16Let's do it together.
54:17Lord, I thank you right now
54:18for my brother,
54:19for my sister,
54:20for this wonderful decision
54:21that they just made.
54:24And Lord,
54:25we are hungry,
54:25we are thirsty,
54:26so we call out to you
54:27right now.
54:28Holy Spirit,
54:28come,
54:30baptize us
54:31with your presence.
54:32Fill us afresh
54:33from head to toe,
54:35inside and out.
54:37Come with fire, Lord.
54:38As your word says,
54:39our God is a consuming fire.
54:41Lord, come.
54:43Light up a fire.
54:44Ignite a fire
54:45in us that cannot be quenched.
54:48Revival fire, Lord.
54:50And use us for your glory.
54:52In Jesus' name.
54:54Amen.
54:55Amen and amen.
54:56Glory to God.
54:57Hallelujah.
54:58Hallelujah.
54:59Hallelujah.
55:01Hallelujah.
55:31Hallelujah.
55:32Hallelujah.
55:33Hallelujah.
55:34Hallelujah.
55:34Hallelujah.
55:35Hallelujah.
55:36Hallelujah.
55:37Hallelujah.
55:38Hallelujah.
55:39Hallelujah.
55:40Hallelujah.
55:41Hallelujah.
55:42Hallelujah.
55:43Hallelujah.
55:44Hallelujah.
55:45Hallelujah.
55:46Hallelujah.
55:47Hallelujah.
55:48Hallelujah.
55:49Hallelujah.
55:50Hallelujah.
55:51Hallelujah.
55:52Hallelujah.
55:53Hallelujah.
55:54Hallelujah.
55:55Hallelujah.
55:56Hallelujah.
55:57Hallelujah.
55:58Hallelujah.
55:59Hallelujah.
56:00Hallelujah.
