00:00I think I got like the Covid jab before I went on holiday in like 2020 and like that's about it.

00:06I don't think I got like any other vaccinations because my parents are kind of anti-vaccine.

00:11We always get travel insurance, never had to have injections and never been anywhere that exotic.

00:18But we take all the usual insect repellent, that sort of thing.

00:22A good degree of travel insurance always. And I'm just very aware as well of health concerns.

00:30So I used to do a lot of long haul travel independently.

00:34So you've got to be prepared to take responsibility for your own well-being when you're abroad.

00:40So I'm very, very careful. And sometimes it's a very simple thing.

00:43Just being aware of what you consume and what you expose yourself to.

00:49And actually getting back to your first question about personal security and responsibility.

00:54Just being very aware of where you are and who you're with and what potential hazards you might encounter.
