00:00Well, if I do go abroad, I always make sure I've got insurance covered.
00:04Obviously, well, I have to have it because I have, you know, my medical condition is very good, so.
00:11Well, definitely when you're going to holiday, you know.
00:14I would advise anybody to have insurance because you never know what could happen.
00:19And at least you're covered.
00:21And especially the laws in these foreign countries, it could cost you pounds, you know.
00:27So, it is wise to have insurance.
00:30I've sorted my travel insurance out months and months ago.
00:35It's a 12-month thing and you can travel as many times as you like on it.
00:39It's up to people to do the same, you know.
00:41There's some places that you need to avoid.
00:44Avoid it, things to eat, and what you don't need, try to avoid it.
00:49Anything could happen, you know, around the corner.
00:52You don't know what's there and you don't know.
00:54At least if you've got insurance, you know, it puts your mind up there.
