UKHSA travel health – Do you get travel insurance or vaccinations before you go abroad, and what small steps do you take to protect your health on holiday?
00:00Well, I pay for Monzo Premium so that all that stuff I dealt with and it covers the travel insurance part of travelling and I've looked at the fees and it covers what I need.
00:12If I were going farther afield, yeah, I used to travel a lot or go diving a lot and so you do need, yeah, I always do those vaccinations, yeah. In Europe, maybe not so much.
00:26What do you do to look after your own health when you go away?
00:30I always travel with travel insurance and I get the recommended vaccinations. It's been a while since I've been to countries that I've needed that, but before having kids I did a lot of travelling and I would always get the recommended vaccines, yeah.
00:42Just be good, I don't be too stupid. My biggest problem is like, yeah, God, I get so bloated when I'm travelling, that's my biggest problem. It's so annoying.
