00:00I am Abdul Rashid from Qatar. I need information about your Urdu TV channel. I am not receiving
00:18it since three years ago in Qatar. I am getting this channel information from Google too. Is
00:26it running or stopped? Please send some information about Urdu TV channel whether it is available
00:33in Qatar or not. The question posed by the brother is that he has been watching Peace
00:38TV Urdu since a long time but since three years he is not getting the Urdu Islamic channel.
00:44The name of the channel is Peace TV Urdu. So he is asking that is the channel running?
00:49How can he see it? Alhamdulillah we have got four satellite channels which are 24 by 7.
00:55Number one is Peace TV English. Number two is Peace TV Urdu. Number three is Peace TV
01:00Bangla and number four is Peace TV Chinese. As far as our satellite channels are concerned,
01:07we see to it that we are present on multiple satellites. The more number of satellites you
01:13are present is the more number of eyeballs. The more number of people are watching. Our
01:18first channel Peace TV English was launched in 2006. Then we launched Peace TV Urdu in 2009.
01:27Then we launched Peace TV Bangla in 2011. And we launched Peace TV Chinese in 2015. As far
01:34as Peace TV is concerned, Peace TV started in 2009. And since its inception, it is growing.
01:40It is always there. So you are not able to watch Peace TV in Qatar. Maybe your dish has got shifted
01:48or the direction of your dish has shifted. As far as Qatar is concerned, there are two satellites
01:56which show Peace TV. One is the Arabsat. The other is the Intelsat 20. The Arabsat is watched more by the Arabs,
02:06who know Arabic as a language. The non-Arabs, they watch other satellites. And the other famous satellite
02:12is that it is the Intelsat 20. So Alhamdulillah we are present on both. On Arabsat which is very famous
02:21among the Arab world, it covers the whole of the Middle East, it covers the whole of Europe and very
02:26beneficial. But the Peace TV is also seen on Intelsat 20 which is seen more by the Asian people, the Indian,
02:38the Pakistani. And on Asiasat 20, Intelsat 20, it is the satellite which has the largest footprint.
02:49It covers more than 70% of the world population. It is seen in Middle East, it is seen in India,
02:54it is seen in the Indian subcontinent, all the countries that is Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh,
03:03Mali, etc. So Peace TV is present in Qatar since 2006. The Urdu, the Peace TV Chinese,
03:12the Peace TV Urdu is present in 2009 and even today is present. Only thing you have to shift your dish.
03:18So if you shift your dish in the angle of 68 degrees East, then Inshallah you will be able to watch and
03:28see Peace TV Urdu. And recently, or maybe four years back, we are even telecasting our Peace TV Urdu
03:36and Peace TV English on Paksat, on Pakistan sat. So the brothers came, they set up and they went away.
03:45But now it's also available on Paksat, thus the viewership of Peace TV has increased. But previously,
03:52people only used to watch on the other platform. So the more number of satellites that you are in a
03:58particular region, the more number of eyeballs because Arab sat is mainly watched by the Arabs.
04:05They don't watch Asia sat or Intel sat. So that is the reason that we started even Paksat so that
04:15more of the Urdu audience can watch. So now at present, we are on three satellites and all three
04:21countries. So the, by this network, Alhamdulillah, Peace TV Urdu is seen on three satellites in Qatar,
04:38that is Arab sat, interests at 20 as well as Asia sat, Asia sat 7. Sobdhan says this question.
