Is Peace TV Urdu still available in Qatar? Dr Zakir Naik responds to this important question, explaining the status of Peace TV Urdu broadcasts and how viewers in Qatar and the Middle East can access it via satellite or online platforms.
00:00Please send some information about Urdu TV channel, whether it's available in Qatar or not.
00:08The question posed by the brother is that he has been watching Peace TV Urdu since a long time,
00:14but since three years he is not getting the Urdu Islamic channel.
00:18The name of the channel is Peace TV Urdu.
00:21So he is asking that if the channel is running, how can he see it?
00:25Alhamdulillah, we have got four satellite channels, which are 24 by 7.
00:30Number one is Peace TV Elish, number two is Peace TV Urdu, number three is Peace TV Bangla and number four is Peace TV Chinese.
00:38As far as our satellite channels are concerned, we see to it that we are present on multiple satellites.
00:48The more number of satellites we are present, the more number of eyeballs, the more number of people are watching.
00:53Our first channel, Peace TV Urdu was launched in 2006.
00:56Then we launched Peace TV Urdu in 2009, then we launched Peace TV Bangla in 2011, and we launched Peace TV Chinese in 2015.
01:09As far as Peace TV is concerned, Peace TV Urdu started in 2009 and since its inception, it's growing.
01:16It's always there.
01:17So you are not able to watch Peace TV in Qatar, maybe your dish has got shifted, or the direction of your dish has shifted.
01:26As far as Qatar is concerned, there are two satellites we show Peace TV Urdu.
01:32One is the Arab fat, the other is the Intercept 20.
01:38The Arab fat is watched more by the Arabs, the non-Arabs, they watch other satellites, and the other famous satellite is the Intercept 20.
01:50So alhamdulillah we are present on both, on Arab fat which is very famous among the Arab world, it covers the whole of the Middle East, it covers the whole of Europe, and very beneficial.
02:01But, Peace TV is also seen on Intercept 20, which is seen more by the Asian people, the Indian, the Pakistani.
02:14Intercept 20, it is the satellite which has the largest footprint, it covers more than 70% of the world population.
02:22It is seen in the Middle East, it is seen in the Middle East, it is seen in India, it is seen in the Indian subcontinent, all the countries, that is Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malibu, etc.
02:34So, Peace TV Urdu is present since 2009 and today is present.
02:40Only thing you have to shift your dish, so if you shift your dish in the angle of 68 degrees East, then Inshallah you will be able to watch and see Peace TV Urdu.
02:54And recently, or maybe 4 years back, we are even telecasting our Peace TV Urdu and Peace TV English on PakSat, on Pakistan's side.
03:06So, the buzzers came, they set up and they went away.
03:11But now, it is also available on PakSat, thus the viewership of Peace TV has increased.
03:18But previously, people only used to watch on the other platforms.
03:21So, the more number of satellites that you are in a particular region, the more number of eyeballs, because Arab sat is mainly watched by the Arabs.
03:30They do not watch Asia Sat, Oriental Sat.
03:34So, that is the reason we started even PakSat, so that more of the Urdu audience can watch.
03:42So, now at present we are on 3 satellites, and all 3 are covering the Middle East, and even covering Singapore.
03:50Singapore, and also covering the other countries.
03:54So, by this network, Alhamdulillah, Peace TV Urdu is seen on 3 satellites in Qatar, that is Arab sat,
