00:00The top 10 most valuable franchises in the NFL, I'll go down the list here.
00:04It's the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Rams, New York Giants, New England Patriots,
00:08San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles.
00:10You see them six on the list.
00:12Seventh is the Dolphins.
00:13Eighth is the Jets.
00:13Ninth is the Raiders.
00:15And tenth are the Commanders.
00:16Now, we understand that the Dallas Cowboys, of course, like Jerry World,
00:18AT&T Stadium, the center of the universe, at least in the sports media landscape,
00:23they hold those rights.
00:24Because why?
00:24Ratings are how you get those rights and also being in a big city.
00:28But I got to credit this.
00:28It's like, Stan Kroenke, being a businessman as well,
00:32he had a football team in St. Louis.
00:33It's like, I got to get out of St. Louis.
00:36And California's like, we'll let you come here,
00:38but we're not giving you a dime for a stadium.
00:40And he goes, you know what?
00:41I'll pay for that whole stadium myself.
00:43I'll build it with private funds.
00:45I just have to get to that L.A. market.
00:47And he goes from the St. Louis market to the L.A. market.
00:50And it's behind now the Dallas Cowboys with the second most valuable team in the NFL.
00:55That's what we call putting your money where your mouth is.
00:57And also an extension of this.
00:59You see the Raiders at ninth on the list, which is very good at $7.9 billion.
01:04If you remember back in the day,
01:06Al Davis would have had the Los Angeles market all to himself.
01:10Because L.A. had two teams.
01:12It was the Raiders and it was the Rams.
01:14The Rams bounced to St. Louis.
01:15And not having the foresight to understand that you own that market now.
01:19Somehow it's like, hey, build me Mount Davis in center field up there in the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum.
01:25And I'll be back on the way.
01:26Can you imagine if the Raiders brand, Joe, never left L.A.
01:30And they were the only team in L.A.?
01:32They would rival the Dallas Cowboys, maybe surpass the Dallas Cowboys.
01:36But that's just the way it is right now.
01:38Dallas won, Rams two.
01:39That's how it sits.
01:40Yeah, and overall, Donnie, maybe the most amazing number that just came out as far as financial strength of the NFL
01:50is that every team, all 32 teams, witnessed a year-over-year valuation increase.
01:59Unbelievable.
01:59Are you ready for this?
02:0112%.
02:0212% on billion-dollar-worth organizations, including your Eagles,
02:09which jumped 25% with their Super Bowl victory there.
02:14It's good business to be in the NFL, Donnie, any which way you got it.
