00:02Jermaine, I thought he made a lot of plays early in camp.

00:07Jermaine's best when you can get him in a true one-on-one matchup down the sideline.

00:12He can track the ball in the air.

00:13He's got tremendous ball skills.

00:16Didn't have a lot of opportunity to show that the other night.

00:19So again, the single word I keep coming back to with Jermaine is just consistency.

00:24You don't have a lot of opportunity the other night.

00:27How do we respond?

00:28How do we go about our day-to-day professional job?

00:32And we'll just continue to be the emphasis with him.

00:35If you want to see consistency from Jermaine, what can he do during this period that he's out to remain consistent for you?

00:42Yeah, I mean, when you're unable to practice, obviously that's frustrating.

00:46So I just know he's day-to-day, so I don't know if he's going to be back out here tomorrow or when.

00:53But when you're not able to perform physically, that's only part of your job.

00:57So it's staying in the book, it's being engaged in meetings, it's doing all those things that we expect all of our guys to do.
