00:16Is it me or does it seem like there are a lot of ex-military folk coming out with UFO stories that they're only able to tell right now?
00:22The duty controller pointed out there were two UFOs that hovered at the end of the runway and I scrambled the jet fighters after these UFOs.
00:31They flew away at tremendous speed and they ended up in hover over the Pacific, several miles west of Vancouver.
00:38UFOs are very real. They've been coming here for a long, long time.
00:43Clearly the UFO phenomenon is taking place. Why is our government aligned to the American people?

00:59According to a United Nations report, since 1947, 150 million people worldwide have reported seeing a UFO.
01:06And according to a Roper poll conducted in the United States, 70% of Americans believe the government is lying to them about UFOs and ETs.
01:16Are we being lied to about UFOs? And if so, who is responsible for keeping the lid on this secret?
01:24Perhaps most importantly, what are they keeping hidden from us?
01:28I'm going to attempt to get the answers to these questions from some of the top UFO disclosure advocates in the world,
01:34including an historian and a former Canadian minister of defense.

02:06Economic crisis. Depression.
02:12So what is your best evidence we're being lied to about UFOs?
02:15Oh, it's getting really provocative right off the top, huh?
02:19Yeah, ah, geez, that's a really good question.
02:21The best evidence, and you take a look at what evidence means,
02:24evidence really means that it brings closure to an argument.
02:28It provides something, a foundation upon which you say, well, let's dismiss the question mark.
02:32And when you take a look at it from that point of view, the best evidence that we have,
02:37we feel, is that there is a real phenomenon going on out there.
02:42UFOs are a real, tangible phenomenon.
02:45They exhibit in the sky maneuverability far beyond any technology that we have.
02:50Luminosity beyond any technology that we have.
02:53And just from the point of view of what we're seeing in the sky,
02:56the definite opinion is, and the evidence is, that this thing is real.
03:01And there's no question about it.

03:14Is there any documented proof that the government or the military
03:18are aware of and concerned about UFOs?
03:22There's one man, I'm pretty certain, who can shed some light.
03:24What specific document would you point to
03:32as proof that governments are lying to us about UFOs
03:37or that they are tracking UFOs?
03:40Once the late 1970s were upon us,
03:44we citizens of the world had access to proof, not evidence,
03:50that the United States government had been and continued
03:53and has continued to lie about UFOs.
03:56And that proof is in the form of government documents
04:00released through the Freedom of Information Act.
04:02If you take the top 100 of those documents,
04:07you've got a great case to show that this was a problem
04:10that has engaged the United States military over and over again.
04:14Because what the documents told us
04:16is that UFOs have been invading sensitive airspace
04:20of American military installations.
04:23and scientific installations.
04:25That we were sending jet fighters up to intercept these things.
04:29That we were tracking them on radar.
04:31That the military hierarchy was concerned.
04:35All the while they were telling the public
04:37that there was nothing to this,
04:39we suddenly learned there was a lot to this.
04:42So, to me, that is absolute proof of government lying.
04:48Among researchers that's well known,
04:50the 1947 Twining Memo.
04:53General Nathan Twining was a three-star general.
04:55He later became a four-star general,
04:57chief of staff of the Air Force.
04:58Twining wrote a classified memo to another general.
05:01What Twining said is that the military reports we're getting in here tell us
05:06that the reported phenomenon is real,
05:09not visionary or fictitious.
05:11That was one of the phrases.
05:13And he went on to describe the particular qualities
05:16of these reports describing the objects.
05:20The consequences are enormous.
05:25So enormous that the future of the world
05:28as a hospitable habitat for the human species
05:30is currently at stake.
05:31You mentioned the government.
05:38So is it the government that's ultimately responsible
05:41for deceiving the public?
05:44Well, when you say government,
05:46in a sense it's a misnomer.
05:48When you think of government,
05:49you talk about elected officials.
05:50I would venture to say that most elected officials
05:53have no idea what's going on.
05:55What we're talking about is a substructure
05:57within the government, the intelligence agencies,
05:59the long-standing individuals
06:01who've been around a long, long time
06:03or the ones that take over the intelligence agencies
06:05who are given this information by their predecessors
06:08regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial existence
06:10and the presence.
06:12You're about to hear some absolutely startling claims
06:16from a former high-ranking cabinet minister
06:18in the Canadian government
06:19about UFOs and extraterrestrials.
06:26The Honorable Paul Hellyer
06:28has always been a political maverick
06:30and a bit of an outsider.
06:31I wanted to try and find out how much governments know
06:34and who, ultimately, is responsible for this truth embargo.
06:38And I needed to hear it
06:39from someone who worked inside government
06:41at the highest level.
06:44When you were Minister of Defence,
06:45did you ever suspect,
06:47and we're talking about the early to mid-60s here,
06:51did you ever suspect that the government,
06:54perhaps your government,
06:55was keeping information about UFOs from the public?
06:58Oh, absolutely not.
07:00No clue.
07:01Not a bit.
07:02What led you to speak out publicly in September 2005
07:05about UFOs?
07:07The process was really that a chap by the name of Pierre Junot,
07:12he sent me a book called The Day After Roswell
07:15by Colonel Philip Corsell.
07:18And I found it quite compelling, actually.
07:22There were so many witnesses,
07:23live witnesses of what people had seen
07:27and their experience that I thought,
07:29this is not make-believe.
07:31And he said,
07:33you know,
07:33I called the general
07:35and told him the book that you were writing.
07:38And he said,
07:39every word is true and more.
07:41And by the time I finished the book,
07:44I was convinced
07:45that disclosure was essential,
07:48not only for the good of the United States,
07:50but for the good of the world.
07:52So that's when I decided to go public.
07:54But before I did,
07:57I asked the general a heads up
08:01that I would like to have a word with him.
08:02So I called him.
08:04And again,
08:04even before I could get my mouth open,
08:06he said,
08:07every word of it is true and more.
08:09And he said,
08:10there have been face-to-face discussions
08:16between officials in the United States
08:18and the Indians, period.
08:21We're here at the Centre for Inquiry in Toronto
08:25to speak to a skeptic
08:26who's not convinced
08:28by the reams of declassified documents
08:30or the millions of eyewitnesses
08:32that UFOs are real
08:34or that we're being lied to.
08:36I actually saw some of his more public lectures
08:40and that sort of thing,
08:41and I just find them really quite fanciful.
08:43I mean,
08:44and also this is another example
08:46of a second-hand account.
08:51I mean,
08:53we don't know who this decorated general is
08:55or if he even exists.
08:56Like,
08:56I don't want to talk to him.
08:57I don't want to talk to the people
08:58that actually saw this.
09:00Even though Hellyer is obviously,
09:02has a very prestigious background,
09:06this doesn't make him an expert
09:07in either differentiating UFOs
09:10from natural explanations
09:12of lights in the sky,
09:13nor does it make him an expert
09:14in differentiating truth from lies,
09:17quite frankly.
09:18UFO researcher and historian Richard Dolan
09:20points to the famous Nathan Twining memo
09:23as proof that the U.S. government
09:26and military are A. concerned about UFOs
09:29and B. are tracking UFOs.
09:31What do you make of the Twining memo?
09:33I mean,
09:33I looked into this memo in detail
09:35and I read the end of the memo.
09:37The part that's often quoted
09:39in the media just goes to A through D,
09:41but there's actually an F and an H,
09:42which I thought was also interesting.
09:44F stated,
09:45it is possibly within the present U.S. knowledge,
09:48provided extensive detailed development
09:50is undertaken
09:50to construct a piloted aircraft
09:52which has the general description
09:54of the object that he had described.
09:57And then in age,
09:57he says that due consideration
09:59must be given to the following.
10:01One, the possibility
10:02that the object could be of domestic origin.
10:04So even in his own memo,
10:05he is hedging his bets
10:07and he is somewhat skeptical of,
10:09you know,
10:09he's saying we should investigate this,
10:11but he is acknowledging,
10:12let's not jump the gun here.
10:14But wouldn't you think it odd
10:16that the commanding general
10:18in the U.S. Air Force
10:19and later chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
10:23would be unaware
10:23of some domestic aircraft
10:26that was capable of these types of maneuvers?
10:29I'm not sure how high up Twining was in command,
10:32but based on lots of reports
10:33that I've been reading,
10:34I do get the impression
10:35that there were competing military interests
10:37and that in some cases,
10:39you know,
10:41individuals would actually tell
10:42certain commanding officers
10:43not to tell their supervisor
10:45what they were involved with
10:46or what they had seen,
10:48which suggests to me
10:48that there could have very well been
10:50secret military projects
10:51that only some groups in the military,
10:53the military is a huge outfit,
10:54that some groups in the military
10:56were engaged in
10:56that others were not aware of.
10:59Let's say they discover anti-gravity,
11:03something that they can't even share
11:04with the world
11:05because they would take down
11:06the petroleum industry,
11:08probably.
11:09Let's recap.
11:14150 million people have seen UFOs,
11:17but officially,
11:18the government doesn't want to talk about it.
11:21Yet we have documents
11:22proving the government knows about UFOs,
11:24talks about UFOs,
11:25and is concerned about UFOs.
11:27The military has ordered its jet fighters
11:29to intercept UFOs,
11:31but why can't the government disclose?
11:33Maybe they can't.
11:34Maybe there's some shadow government
11:36outside or above the government
11:38that's running the show.
11:39We just heard from a former
11:41high-ranking cabinet minister
11:42in the Canadian government
11:43who has confirmed that.
11:45What is it that the government
11:48is hiding from the public
11:49regarding the UFO phenomenon?
11:52In the United States,
11:54it is also what they have called
11:56a shadow government,
11:56which is a government
11:58within a government.
12:00And within the shadow government,
12:02there is what I call in my book,
12:06like at the end of the tunnel,
12:08a cabal.
12:09And the cabal are the hard core
12:11of the shadow government.
12:13So this is, you know,
12:15this is a really tough
12:17worldwide oligarchy
12:19that is in charge of things
12:22and really pulling the strings.
12:24And the consequences
12:25are enormous.
12:29So enormous
12:30that the future of the world
12:31as a hospitable habitat
12:32for the human species
12:34is currently at stake.
12:36Conspiracy theorists in this area
12:37tend to see the government,
12:38give them too much credit.
12:39They see the government
12:40as being one monolithic entity
12:42capable of commanding people
12:45to the orthodox view
12:47that this single entity dominates.
12:50In fact, even internally
12:51within the government
12:51and the military's own circles,
12:53there have been controversies
12:54and dissensions.
12:55And that shows how human
12:57the actual process of investigation
13:00has been within the military circles.
13:02And I think it suggests,
13:03more to the point,
13:04the military's done a fairly good job
13:06of actually trying to thoroughly
13:08look into these claims.
13:09And I do believe
13:10that this small cabal
13:14has in concert with
13:16visitors from other places
13:22developed clean energy,
13:25exotic energy,
13:27presumably both zero-point energy
13:29and cold fusion energy.
13:31We're near the Rubicon
13:33as far as the future
13:34of the world is concerned.
13:35And if we keep on burning fossil fuels
13:39for the 30 or 40 years
13:41that our political leaders
13:43are talking about
13:44before they really do something,
13:46it's game over.
13:47These intelligence groups,
13:51the shadow government,
13:52how far are they willing to go
13:55to keep a lid on the truth?
13:56Will they murder?
13:57Yes.
13:58How do you know?
14:01We have some information
14:03that some former intelligence people
14:05have had their lives threatened
14:06and in fact have been found in rivers.
14:10Because they were threatening to go public?
14:12Wanting to go public,
14:13or having information
14:14that they were going to begin
14:16to disseminate regarding this
14:18to create a public discourse on it.
14:20And the government has gone that far.
14:22We know that.
14:23One of the things
14:23that they don't want us to know
14:25is that they have some of
14:27the exotic technology
14:29belonging to these other people,
14:31beings, creatures,
14:32whatever they are.
14:33Let's say they discover
14:34anti-gravity to some extent.
14:38Something that they can't even share
14:39with the world
14:40because they would take down
14:41the petroleum industry,
14:43probably.
14:44And why they're doing that
14:46is to eliminate any type of,
14:49I guess chaos is one thing,
14:51because some of the information
14:52that we know
14:53could create a lot of chaos
14:56within society.
14:57That's the first point,
14:58because we're really not ready
14:59to receive this information yet,
15:00or at least a lot of the population isn't.
15:02The second part about all of that
15:04is that the technologies
15:07that they do know about,
15:08and we're talking about
15:09anti-gravity technologies, for example,
15:11that type of energy
15:12could displace fossil fuels permanently.
15:15And you have insurmountable
15:17social, industrial,
15:18and technological change
15:19on your hands,
15:20and how do you deal with it?
15:21And I think that's one of the reasons
15:23why they need to keep it a secret.
15:25So now they've got a real issue here
15:27in terms of guarding this technology
15:31and the scientific,
15:33revolutionary breakthroughs
15:35that go along with it.
15:37The thousands of sightings
15:39all over the world,
15:41the evidence that has backed up
15:45those sightings,
15:46the radars,
15:47the pilots,
15:49military and civil,
15:50the people who have worked
15:52in the underground facilities
15:54in Nevada and Arizona
15:56who have agreed to testify
15:58as to what they did and saw,
16:00there is just so much evidence
16:02that one wonders
16:03how they can keep the lid
16:05on this situation
16:07to the extent that they have.
16:10But the government
16:11will not formally acknowledge
16:13A, the existence
16:14and reality of UFOs,
16:16and B,
16:17that these are
16:18of off-world origin.
16:23Millions of people
16:24have seen UFOs.
16:26Millions.
16:27Police,
16:28military officers,
16:30commercial airline pilots,
16:31politicians,
16:32a former governor,
16:33even a former president
16:35of the United States.
16:36These eyewitness testimonies
16:38cannot be so easily dismissed.
16:41And what about
16:41the hundreds of thousands
16:42heavily redacted,
16:44declassified government documents
16:46which clearly show
16:47that governments
16:48around the world
16:49are concerned about UFOs,
16:51are tracking UFOs,
16:53and in some cases
16:54have engaged UFOs?
16:56President Eisenhower
16:57was called away
16:58to visit
17:00with the number
17:01of other individuals,
17:03alien representatives
17:04at an Air Force base
17:06in California.
17:07In the last decade,
17:08we've seen military officers
17:09claiming that UFOs
17:11have neutralized missiles,
17:12and they're sending us
17:13a message about
17:14our nuclear arms proliferation.
17:16Again,
17:16there's a moral tone to this.
17:17So these are extremely
17:18psychologically moving encounters,
17:21and I would never
17:21take away the importance
17:23of these incidences.
17:24I'm very fascinated.
17:25I want to understand
17:26why people have
17:27these experiences
17:28and what the truth is,
17:29whatever that happens to be.
17:31We have deathbed testimony
17:33from individuals
17:34who claim to have witnessed
17:36the crash of a UFO
17:37near Roswell in 1947,
17:39the recovery
17:40of the UFO crash debris,
17:41and alien bodies.
17:44Credible people
17:45risking derision,
17:47ridicule,
17:48and even the loss
17:48of a career
17:49to come forward
17:50to talk about UFOs.
17:52Why would anyone do that?
17:53We get information
17:55that they are,
17:56in effect,
17:57still treating the aliens,
17:59or some of them,
17:59at least,
18:01as enemy.
18:04And if that's true,
18:06then the rumors
18:07that they're making weapons
18:09based on the aliens' own technology
18:11to shoot them down
18:12has some substance.
18:15And these are tremendously
18:16important issues
18:17for all mankind.
18:19All of this is what?
18:21A trick of the mind?
18:22A foggy memory?
18:23An overactive imagination?
18:25I'm sorry.
18:26I don't buy it.
18:27It's really not a secret.
18:29But the government
18:30will not formally acknowledge
18:32A, the existence
18:33and reality of UFOs,
18:35and B, that these
18:36are of off-world origin.
18:39Those two things
18:39they'll never admit,
18:41although we're working hard
18:42to make them admit that.
18:44There's no need
18:44to overreach the argument.
18:46I'm not here to convince you
18:48that UFOs are piloted
18:49by extraterrestrials.
18:51There could be
18:51an earthly explanation.
18:53UFOs could be part
18:54of some covert
18:55military black ops experiment.
18:58Jimmy Carter
18:58had a deep interest
18:59in UFOs,
19:00and he went to the
19:01senior person
19:02in the CIA,
19:04the head of the CIA
19:04at the time,
19:05George Bush Sr.
19:07And President Carter
19:09demanded information
19:11on UFOs.
19:12He wanted the files
19:13from the CIA
19:14on UFOs.
19:15And at that time,
19:17George W. Bush Sr.
19:18said,
19:18Mr. President,
19:20you don't have
19:20a need to know.
19:21No, I'm not going
19:22to give you
19:23any information.
19:24So when you take a look
19:25at that kind of mindset,
19:27all we need to do
19:29is provide a substructure
19:30of information
19:31within the media,
19:33and it'll flow
19:34from that substructure
19:35through the media
19:36and into government,
19:37and to the point
19:38where government officials
19:39themselves,
19:40the elected representatives,
19:41as we're trying
19:42to do right now,
19:43force the president
19:44to go and have
19:45an executive order
19:46signed and put in place
19:47that we shall
19:48look at this information,
19:50we shall have investigations
19:51into the reality of this
19:53without any way,
19:54shape, or form
19:54taking any direction
19:55from any of the
19:56intelligence agencies.
19:57Because in a democracy,
19:59we feel that
20:00the elected representatives
20:01are the ones
20:02that call the shots,
20:03ultimately.
20:04Now, there's a lot
20:06of control
20:06by these military
20:07intelligence people,
20:08so they have a lot
20:08to say about whether
20:09or not that's going
20:10to happen.
20:10But I think eventually
20:12elected officials
20:13are going to be
20:13receiving information
20:14that, like a court of law,
20:16they just won't be able
20:17to dismiss it
20:18or ignore it anymore.
20:19For me, UFOs are real,
20:21and governments know more
20:22than they're letting on.
20:23The UFO phenomenon
20:24is worthy of greater scrutiny,
20:26and I pledge
20:27to follow the truth
20:28wherever it may lead.
