The preliminary investigation paper on the death of student Zara Qairina Mahathir has been handed back to the police.

Attorney General Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar said the paper was returned on Tuesday (Aug 5) and any decision on the case – whether to carry out a prosecution or an inquest – would be made after the investigation is completed.
