00:08Attorney General Tanshri Mohammad Dusuki Mokhtar said the paper was returned on Tuesday and
00:13any decision on the case, whether to carry out a prosecution or an inquest, would be
00:18made after the investigation is completed.
00:21The AG, however, declined to comment on the instructions given to the police.
00:26Zahra Kairina, a Form 1 student, is believed to have fallen from the third floor of a hostel
00:31in SMKA Tundatu Mustafa in Papar on July 16.
00:36She died in the hospital a day after.
