18:56competition while i was on tour madeline and i had a get together and unbeknownst to all of us
19:04she had started drinking again and she just acted a fool that night and just really violated my trust
19:11with her i just want to show to dahlia that the behavior i showed isn't the kind of person i want to
19:19be i just really wanted to apologize i know that i broke your trust with me there's no reason why i
19:26should have even opened my mouth but i was about six whiskey gingers deep so not that that's an excuse
19:34because it's not it's it were they were my choices and i made them and now i'm just trying to fix this

23:20even though we weren't present um sometimes mental health makes a performance a lot better
23:25i'm glad things were taken care of because that will only make everyone here stronger and in the
23:31game so i'm happy you and me both i'm glad that um there's no more tension and distractions with that

24:35there i was there for a whole year it took like um it took like a really big chunk of my childhood
24:43away from me it's a dark time that's a part of my past but like i swore that i would build myself from
24:52the ground up and when i discovered drag like that was something that i could call mine that no one could
24:57take away from me

26:15deep dark areas and get it out you might have had a really dark and horrible past but this is just

26:31most of all now let's get to work so my assigned character is elf barbarian so i felt it necessary
26:48to have a shield and i used eva foam to heat shape cut and then i painted um and it's really just these
26:54floor mats um and you just cut it you heat shape it with a heat gun and then i went in with a dremel
27:00and gave all this detail work by grain um now i'm going in for some detailing with a little teeny
27:06tiny brush and then i'm going to use an airbrush to really smooth out these grain works so it looks
27:10a little bit more natural i kind of perceived like a rogue to be like very nimble and quick and good
27:17at like lock picking and i kind of wanted it to be like very like belly dancey kind of i got a dashiki
27:23that i cut apart to like add to this to give more color and depth and the end it should look kind
27:30of like this um i have a prosthetic mask that i will be adhering the inspiration for my elf priestess
27:37is just like long and lean and very ethereal and light so i'm sticking with all silver silver lame
27:42and i'm doing a lot of applique and hand rhinestoning work and i even rhinestone the tips of my elf ears
27:49just to add another element of like light to it so just e6000 rhinestones and then this gets attached
27:55with liquid latex and a spirit gum and built up on my ear and then my makeup will have rhinestones
28:03going up to the ear i am dark elf necromancer so i'm making a hood and i'm making these scales this
28:11is made um this is warbler you um heat activate it with a gun and then you can mold it i already did
28:18one sort of kind of where it's like you know bent more like leaf like scale like almost so what i
28:26want to do is make a ton of those and then have like this armor plated moment and um yeah it's gonna
28:32be the same color story on there with a black crushed velvet base all right guys well i'm ready to level up my

41:19What we are judging you on is your drag as it relates to this competition and the challenges

41:25So we're going to start with Madeline.
41:26If I were to receive any combination of race and class, I'd probably want yours.
41:31Look-wise, I appreciate that you chose the classic white hair for a dark elf.
41:36It looked fucking amazing.
41:37Madeline, I really enjoyed your performance, but I have to say I think you were a bit upstaged
41:42by your torch prop.
41:43It was wild.
41:44It drew my eye, but then it took up all the attention.
41:47Your outfit felt a bit simple next to it.
41:49I wouldn't say of today yours was the strongest performance, but one thing that you did that
41:53I definitely want to commend you for, when I gave you direction, you took it.
41:57The fact that you did a change course when needed, it was definitely a good move.
42:02Louisiana, you kind of impressed us, I think, overall today.
42:05It's great when we give some notes and we see someone taking that into consideration

42:44You were campy, you improv'd, and, you know, not taking it too seriously, which is sort of what this is all about.
42:51Landon, I mean, you look incredible.
42:54The acting was very solid.
42:55You're really good.
42:56You sort of played the straight man in a way, pun intended.

43:00I mean, I could have used a bit more variety out of you acting-wise.
43:03Maybe a little bit more humor, a little bit more improv, come off books sometimes.
43:06But all in all, I thought you were super solid.
43:09I will say I saw moments where you were relishing what was going on.
43:13Like, when you were killing Madeline, that, like, whole moment, like, I could see it.
43:16How much of that has to do with what was going on in the dungeon versus what goes on in the boudoir?
43:21You know, we bring some of our awful life into our character sometimes.
43:25As you should.
43:26You are the night elf warrior straight out of Kalimdor from Warcraft.
43:30You would put anyone to shame in that game.
43:33So much detail.
43:34I love it so much.
43:35The judges really seem to love my looks, and I think I have a chance at winning this.
43:39Let's move on to Eva.
43:41I think as far as your look goes, you had some really creative elements that are unusual.
43:45Can you turn around and show us the tail?
43:47See, to me, that is very hard to do.
43:50You did a really good job with that.
43:52You definitely, you definitely gave us reptilian warrior for sure.
43:56This look is filled with so much imagination.
43:58You took a lot of liberties, too, with, like, detailing some of your warrior armor with feathers,
44:02which may not be the first thing that someone would think when they think reptilian warrior or, like, lizard folk,
44:07but it's so successful, and it's just amazing to look at.
44:12It wasn't just a look.
44:13You adopted the attitude, and I could see from your performance you really demanding everyone else get on the level that you were bringing.
44:20It was a performance, and that was, it sold me.
44:23From the second you walked in, it was awesome.
44:26So, thank you.
44:27This was my favorite performance.
44:28I mean, you walked in and you owned it.
44:29I mean, you were a horse in nature.
44:31And then the look, the dreads and the feathers together, the attention to detail was truly staggering.

44:37You could be in Dark Crystal 3 immediately.
44:39I mean, your performance was incredible.
44:41You commanded it with this Shakespearean authority.
44:44I mean, you were riveting.
44:46When someone just really gives it their all, you can tell.
44:49You sold the performance, you were committed to it.
44:52It was really great, honestly.
44:54You're not just getting these good critiques because you have a loaded crossbow standing before you.
44:59That may help influence Darren a little bit.
45:02I have to say, when she shot it for the first time and it actually stuck in the wall of the dungeon, we were all like, oh, so good.
45:09Darren really liked what I did, and I feel like I'm definitely in the top this week, which is so much better than being in the bottom last week.
45:18That brings us to Maxi.
45:20The mask for the performance, I think it was a misstep because you couldn't hear your voice.
45:25You were muffled.
45:26So for me, it was problematic.
45:30In the world of acting, your features are your trade.
45:33It is what you use to sell a performance.
45:35You have to really sell it in other ways, and that's a very difficult thing for even seasoned actors to do.
45:42So I don't know that this was a good choice in terms of this challenge because we really needed to see you.
45:48As far as your look goes, this is whimsical and there are some elements that I really appreciate, but your expressions were lost and any kind of feeling from you other than just the clothes.
45:58Thinking about it, I could probably have done something different to the mask to make it easier, but I liked it and I thought my acting was good.
46:06I want to bring attention to Louisiana and Hollow.
46:11You both did extremely well.
46:13You painted pictures with your looks and your performances of characters from another world.
46:18We all thoroughly enjoyed them.
