00:00Hello, joining us as we go live now to the Municipal Theatre in Caracas where our correspondent Bruno Falsi has all the latest information on the artistic gala that just closed for the 20 years of Telesur. Hi Bruno.
00:14Hello Alejandra, we are here in the balcony of this beautiful theatre, the Municipal Theatre of Caracas, Venezuela, where the festivities, the gala night of the 20th anniversary of Telesur have just finished.
00:35It started with the speech of the President of Telesur, Patricia Viegas, and the presence of many diplomats and public figures of all Venezuela and the world.
00:47This is a very important day for the channel and where more than 100 artists have passed in this event.
01:00They show their music, their art of representing all places in Latin America, from the north to the south, from Mexico to Argentina, passing to Brazil, Bolivia and Cuba as representing Caribe too.
01:15This was a very emotional day where journalists from Telesur speak and cried and showed their emotions where normally they don't show in the television.
01:29And the public reacted with emotional and very happy moments happening here in this day.
01:39How was the gala left from the perspective of the audience with all of this display of cultural presentations?
01:53Yeah, Alejandra, first of all, the public was full.
01:58Yeah, Alejandra, the audience, first of all, the public was full. The theatre was full with a big public, very emotional, as I say.
02:09They react every time when a new artist enter in the public as Cubans, for example, enter.
02:18They sing it and they show their respect from the Cuban Revolution, the Bolivarian Revolution too, when Venezuelan artists enter in the stage.
02:31And as I'm, as the Brazilian too, there were artists from Brazil who came and enter and sing songs from Chico Buarque, from the popular music from Brazil.
02:43And they sing it together. The artists from Mexico, for example, went out from the stage and went with the public and they interact with the public.
02:55There was a very emotional moments in this place today. And you can see all of this in Telesur in other videos that are in the social media.
