00:00now something i really like is that freak athlete is giving old customers the opportunity to upgrade
00:04some of the parts of this new version and retrofit them into their version so if you already own a
00:09nordic hyper you do have the option to own some of these pieces with the pro upgrade kit and that
00:14kit includes the padding here the padding here is more dense better quality different vinyl it
00:20feels very good on the knees that kit also includes the new ghd patch which is bigger thicker more
00:26dense feels better and then it just feels more stable because you're clamping it down to the
00:31frame it also includes this vertical storage bar here which you can move in and out of the way
00:36when not in use and then it also includes the rear base which is going to provide more stability to
00:42the whole machine whenever you're doing something like explosive nordic curls or ghds the machine
00:47is not going to come off the base so you do have the opportunity to retrofit all these different
00:51parts which i think is really cool because that way the older customers are not being felt like
00:56they're left out you know if they invest it early you can still get some of these features and
01:00they're charging 250 bucks for that upgrade kit so at least you have the option to do that to
01:05continue upgrading the machine that you first started with to watch my in-depth full review of
