00:07Nagugat yan sa efekto ng hanging habagat na dahilan ng pagbaha sa iba't ibang lugar.

00:12Sinabi ni Sen. Erwin Tulfo na dapat Department of Public Works and Highways o DPWH ang dapat mga siwa sa mga proyektong may kinalaman sa flood control.

00:21Siya raw mismo magsasabi na DPWH ang manguna sa proyekto at hindi mga politiko.

00:26I will make sure that there will be an investigation on this.

00:31Hindi lang investigation, kundi na make sure na national government ang mag-implement ng flood control, hindi politiko.

00:39Hindi si congressman, hindi si senador, kundi ang public works and highways, the national government.
