00:08Rescue and relief operations of government agencies in affected areas are still ongoing.

00:19Due to the severe weather and shear line,

00:22some parts of Palawan were severely affected.

00:25In this first video,

00:26you can clearly see the flooding of water with trees.

00:34several towns in Palawan were affected due to the heavy downpour

00:38and the reason why some towns were flooded.

00:41Almost a part of this road in Brook Point, Palawan,

00:45was not able to pass because of the heavy downpour on the road.
