00:00The head of Russian diplomacy, Sergei Lavrov, expressed his satisfaction with the unprecedented development of relations between the two global powers.

00:07The bilateral talks took place within the framework of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, scheduled for this July 15th.
