01:23So my thought process is sometimes when you hit the training camp, now we'll get the real

01:27information from the beat writers.

01:29You get to ask the questions and get to watch practice on a day-to-day basis.

01:33Hey, they're only using him in nickel situations right now, but he's a primary wide receiver.

01:36Or, boy, that was much more of a defensive day for Travis Hunter.

01:39Didn't really line up on offense all that much because that matters in which way that you're

01:43going to bet it.

01:44Because understand this too, Travis Hunter isn't coming in as like, all right, finally,

01:47we have our savior wide receiver.

01:48Brian Thomas Jr. is a freak of nature.

01:51He is the number one, regardless of how high or how talented Travis Hunter is.

01:56He showed those glimpses last year.

01:58So now you say, what's the evolution is?

01:59Yes, Brian Thomas Jr. will get helped out from Travis Hunter because more good wide receivers

02:04means you can't roll as much coverage.

02:06But the question is going to be is, what is the usage rate for Travis Hunter?

02:09Are we going to have different weeks and different styles?

02:12Okay, this week, your primary focus is on offense.

02:14Oh, no, this week, you're going up against Patrick Mahomes in Kansas City.

02:17Need you more on defense here.

02:19That's what the worry is where I think you're right about this.

02:22He's going to be in in heavy passing situations as opposed to first down, second down if the

02:27teams are running the ball and in short yardage.

02:29He's not going to be out there in third and one.

02:31He's going to be out there stopping the two minute throw at the end of the first half.

02:34A third and 11 will be the nickel corner coming in here at minimum is what I'm talking

02:38about.

02:38So if you're saying to yourself, he plays been 25 snaps on defense, the thought process

02:44behind the defensive court is all five or 25 of those snaps are probably passing downs.

02:49So whether or not he makes tackles or does this, he will be maximized on his efficiency

02:54to get interceptions because that's when he's going to be playing defense, at least what

02:58we're expecting from the start of his NFL career.

03:01Now, I would not bet that plus 450 price that you see on Travis Hunter to win either offensive

03:08or defensive rookie of the year.

03:10It's a pretty steep number, but I do believe he will be in consideration.

03:14He is listed right now on the depth chart as one of the starting wide receivers.

03:18The Jags also added the army Brown, who is great down the tail end of last year for

03:23Jane and Daniels and the command.
