00:00What do you think about ASEAN?
00:26All countries in ASEAN, all countries in dialogue partners,
00:32sectoral dialogue partners,
00:33say that Myanmar needs to have five point consensus.
00:40It is not easy because five point consensus is to have ceasefire,
00:46to have dialogue between stakeholders,
00:51to have a strong and safe and safe and safe for all the resources
00:58that can be able to get to the people.
01:02The people that are needing special envoy,
01:05the people that have special envoy,
01:10and the other one.
01:11The choice is not in five point consensus.
01:15However, Myanmar has been saying that they have to have five points
01:20But we are happy to Myanmar so that it is not only for the first time, but for the first time,
01:29to prevent all the changes, to prevent all the changes, to prevent all the changes,
01:41so that all the parts can stay together and that they need to live well.
01:47and that all the help of the people can come to the place that we want to give
01:54and we can make it so that they want to make a choice.
02:00The choice is if there is no participation or not to be joined by all of the parties,
02:07it doesn't have a use.
02:09There is no point to have a partial election.
02:13That is not going to be solved.
02:14It will also increase the situation because they don't have power and this will cause
02:22the situation of Myanmar to become stronger and it will become a problem for us and the ASEAN
02:29who are with the people.
02:31What are your concerns about the election in Myanmar?
02:34Our concern is that election is not a priority at the moment.
02:37Our priority at the moment is to cease fire, to disescalate and to talk to each other,
02:43have a dialogue with all the factions, with all the stakeholders and let the humanitarian aid reach
02:49the where we want to send this humanitarian aid, unimpeded humanitarian aid.
02:59What response is that the reaction to the enemy?
03:01What response is that the enemy of the enemy?
03:02What response is that the enemy of the enemy?
03:05They realize that the enemy is working with the enemy and there is a good operation for us.
03:13What we want to do is to become an enemy of the enemy and to be a good force,
03:19and be needed, not to be in the enemy of the enemy.
03:22You need to make all the enemy of Myanmar to continue to be alive.
03:24so that all the people of Myanmar will be able to survive their lives as usual.
