00:00As we draw this ADMM to a close, allow me to begin with two simple expression, gratitude and pride.
00:13Gratitude for your active participation, your insight, and your steadfast support throughout our deliberation.
00:30I allow the press to take their place first, or as my speech goes unreported.
00:47Pride, because today we have once again proven what ASEAN and ADMM stand for,
00:56unity, trust, and shared purpose.
01:02This year has been nothing short of extraordinary,
01:07one of the most productive, ambitious, and inspiring years in ADMM history.
01:15Together, we have approved the largest number of initiative ever achieved in a single year.
01:25Key among them are the joint statement on the implementation of the ASEAN Political Security Community Strategic Plan
01:34under the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and the Kuala Lumpur Joint Declaration on ASEAN Unity for Security and Prosperity.
01:45These documents are a living proof of our shared commitment to a peaceful, stable, and forward-looking ASEAN.
01:56They show that the ADMM is not just a forum of formality, but a vibrant community of purpose and progress.
02:11Throughout our discussion, one message has run clear.
02:18ASEAN's strength lies not in power or dominance, but in partnership and dialogue.
02:30It is this spirit of cooperation over competition, of solidarity over separation that keeps our region stable and our future secure.
02:51And as always, we must hold true to this principle, ASEAN first.
02:57Let us continue to think ASEAN, act ASEAN, and behave ASEAN, for this is our home and our shared responsibility.
03:13Let us keep building bridges of trust between our militaries, our institution, and our people.
03:25Peace is never automatic.
03:30It must be actively built, protected, and renewed together as one ASEAN family.
