00:08Not only is it a lovely day today, not only do we have another string of lovely days coming up after this,
00:14but as I'm filming this, it's Thursday and tomorrow night, Oasis, Liam and Noel Gallagher will hit the stage at Heaton Park for their big return to Manchester after a long, long, long wait.
00:25Now, we've already done a video on the transport logistics and how you're going to get there.
00:30We've done the boring stuff. Today, we're here to talk about the excitement that's coming with this.
00:35I'm currently stood outside of the Oasis Live 25 fan store that's popped up here in Spinning Fields right next to the Oast House.
00:42We're going to talk to some of the customers coming out, talk to them about the upcoming gig.
00:46Have they got tickets and what are they looking forward to most?
00:49I'm in my late 20s now, but we were just saying about how I was raised on it through him.
00:52And that it does kind of feel authentic to me, even though we are the younger generation who like,
00:58we were just looking at it, they've got a programme in there with every gig they've ever played.
01:01Going back to 1991, I wasn't even born for like another six or seven years when they played their first gigs.
01:07But it does feel off. I think there's like, I don't know, it's one of the few things in like society,
01:13I was thinking about this earlier, one of the few things in like British society that like everyone is into.
01:17And it's like, it's almost like football. It's like everyone follows football, everyone knows about Oasis.
01:22Very busy, very busy. We bought loads of stuff, we spent a lot of money, but maybe not as much as when I was at Taylor Swift.
01:31It started today and there's no gigs till tomorrow yet, it's already started and it's massive all around town, you can hear.
01:37There's like a vibe, isn't there, to town.
01:39Yeah, you can tell everybody's here, just to have a good time there, but I haven't got tickets yet.
01:45We're still trying to find tickets.
01:46I think everybody's loved it, forever. We got tickets in the normal sale, we thought we'd lost out.
01:53And then at like four o'clock in the afternoon, suddenly tickets popped up, we snapped them up and then we've got front standing as well.
01:58So we're really excited.
02:00It looks very business-like when they're on stage. Noel's not saying a lot, is he?
02:03And I think he's just there for business. They're just going through the songs and getting through it.
02:09Liam lives for it, that's all he exists for. So I think they'll do it because they'll be happy that they...
02:15Just looking for the classics, like the Wonderwall, can't wait, yeah, I'm excited.
02:18I think they're getting through the tour and I think they're actually back after.
02:23Call me optimistic and call me stupid for saying that.
02:26Don't know if they'll make it around the world, they've got Brazil and America and all that to do, yeah.
02:30Yeah, but they'd be in five-star penthouse, isn't it? They don't even have to see each other.
02:35Yeah, I think when they're done, I've read stuff online about Noel's next album, what he wants to do.
02:42I think, even if it's just another album and then they go on high airs, I think it'll be, they're back,
02:47but it's not one of them where they're always Oasis.
02:49They do Noel and Liam and then every five years they'll do another album, another set of, yeah, kind of.
02:54But yeah, there's too much money at stake for them to fall out anyway.
