00:05with a kind of passion. So it's all about example. I have to practice, I have to

00:10embrace.

00:21Do you think you will call yourself a creative leader in your outfit in your

00:25organization? How do you lead? Creative leadership means setting your own

00:30standards and pioneering is hard because you're constantly having to

00:35explain new ideas and new concepts, inventing new business models, finding

00:42markets for concepts that never existed. But when you get it right, the ripple

00:47effects is powerful and we've seen our work spark momentum in tourism, glamping

00:54and hospitality and the arts. So creative entrepreneurship is not just about

01:01profit. It's about legacy.

01:04I don't look at myself as a leader, say, because I am literally doing what I love best.

01:13So I approach things with with a kind of passion and our consideration to be the

01:22best or excellent. I guess promotes that leadership. Leadership is what people

01:29qualify you rather than I call myself a leader.

01:31To me, I believed in set by example. So first of all is it's about me being me and

01:38how do I look at things and in creativity. So it's all about example. I have to

01:43practice. I have to embrace. So I to me is that because I believe what I believe that

01:49when I meet environment, the people with me, especially my clients, they are 30

01:53years with me also. The people who don't feel insecure, they don't care about the

01:56brand. They care about the work, the quality and what I believe. That's my journey.
