00:00There have been multiple protests against Azam Baki and multiple protests about this Adun-Adun Sabah.
00:06Instead of wasting our resources on investigating those who protested, those who questioned,
00:14why don't you use that resource to investigate the allegations that we made?

00:22what you need to do is fight against that corruption and not fight against the people who want to fight corruption.

00:29The protests against Azam Baki is not new.
00:33I've been in this protest, the same protest, but masa tu kita panggil Undur Azam Baki
00:37and that was organised by a coalition of young people in 2022.
00:44And during that protest, it was because there was an alleged, very strong allegations that Azam Baki holds shares.
00:51Yes.
00:52Which as a commissioner of MACC, he should not be able to hold shares.
00:56However, nothing was really being done to show that the investigation against Azam Baki was fair,
01:02was transparent or that it is being done by a party that has no biasness towards Azam Baki.
01:08And so it is very unacceptable.
01:10The highest body that governs corruption, that fights against corruption,
01:17has somebody who has been alleged to be corrupted, leading the MACC.
01:22So that is something that is super unacceptable.
01:24So we've had that protest in 2022.
01:26I've been investigated.
01:27But the recent protests was organised again by a group of young people,
01:32very brave young people who have staged a lot of protests against corruption.
01:37But during that protest, I spoke about a couple of things.
01:39Number one, I spoke about how it's not just ironic that Azam Baki has not been properly investigated.
01:46It's super ironic the fact that Kerajaan Pakatan Harapan was with us multiple times
01:51fighting against Azam Baki when they were in opposition.
01:54But now that they are in government, they've renewed Azam Baki's contract twice.
01:58Dah dua kali Azam Baki punya contract renewed.
02:00So that's the first thing that I question.
02:03I felt that that's a huge hypocrisy.
02:05And it's a huge disrespect to the people who voted for you,
02:10thinking that you will fight against this, number one.
02:12Number two, I question about Adun-Adun Sabah.
02:16Because initially they said that they cannot charge this Adun
02:19because video-video itu ada editing, edited.
02:23So they cannot use that as an evidence.
02:25But an unedited version of the videos have been submitted.
02:28And at that point of time, they haven't charged any of the Adun-Sabah anyway.
02:32When recently two has been charged, but I still feel that that's not enough.
02:38And so I question that.
02:39And again, I question about the fact that Musa Aman,
02:43who has had multiple corruption cases against him,
02:47and people say that he has cleared his name in court, but he hasn't.
02:52The only thing that he has received is dismissal not amounting to acquittal by the AGC.
02:59So that is not equivalent to clearing your name in court.
03:03Bukan fight sampai habis-habis Sadiq lah, basically.
03:04Yeah, basically.
03:05And Sadiq punya fight, Sadiq is still fighting because there's now an appeal against him.
03:10And so I question these three things.
03:12And so when I was called to the police to be investigated,
03:16it was mainly about the Sabah things.
03:20About the Adun Sabah and about Musa Aman.
03:23because apparently a report was made in, was it in Tawaw or Papar?
03:30Oh, it was in Sabah.
03:31In Sabah.
03:31A report was made in Sabah.
03:33But they said, it's okay, I don't have to come to Sabah.
03:36They transferred my case to Dangwangi lah.
03:38So I was investigated in Dangwangi.
03:40But my point is this.
03:43My point is that there have been multiple protests against Azam Baki
03:47and multiple protests about this Adun-Adun Sabah.
03:51Instead of wasting our resources on investigating those who protested,
03:57those who questioned,
03:58why don't you use that resource to investigate the allegations that we made?
