00:22Narendra Modi, arrived in Trinidad and Tobago. As he descended the mobile staircase placed at

00:27the main door of the large aircraft in which he arrived, Prime Minister Modi was greeted by the

00:32Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Kamala Pasad-Bissessa, who handed him a bouquet of

00:37flowers. The Prime Minister of India also received the flowers from three children who accompanied

00:42the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago and her entourage on the tarmac at DiPiaco International

00:47Airport. The security at the airport included officers from Prime Minister Modi's own security

00:52detail, Trinidad and Tobago police service units including the special branch, elements of the

00:57Trinidad and Tobago defense force and the airport's authority and state police. Prime Minister Modi

01:02was then escorted to a podium and stood there as the national anthems of India and Trinidad and Tobago

01:08were played by a military band. Prime Minister Modi inspected a military honor guard before

01:13Prime Minister Pasad-Bissessa escorted him to a line of members of her cabinet whom the Prime Minister

01:19of India greeted individually. The Prime Minister of India was treated to a brief cultural display

01:24and greeted specially invited guests in a cordoned off area on the tarmac before he left the Bihaco

01:30International Airport in a large motorcade. TV6 News got a brief comment from Prime Minister

01:35Pasad-Bissessa after Prime Minister Modi's departure.

01:44On his official account on ex-formally known as Twitter, Prime Minister Modi said he looked forward

01:49to attending a community program and also said he will be addressing the parliament of Trinidad and

01:54Tobago on Friday. Prime Minister Modi said on ex that he was, quote, looking forward to deepening ties

02:00with a valued partner in the Caribbean with whom we share very old cultural linkages, end quote.
