00:18No wonder they established the Public Accounts Committee that we know today as far back as 1921.
00:38So in 2021, they celebrated the 100 years of Public Accounts Committee in India.
00:52I want to assure His Excellency that our Public Accounts Committee will be visiting your Parliament
01:01to understeady your journey and to learn from you.
01:09Honourable Members,
01:23we definitely would have cherished
01:29the words of warmth and wisdom from our leaders,
01:41but we are seriously constrained.
01:47And we are compelled to go by that.
01:54And so I apologize that we don't have space,
02:00even though initially we provided for it,
02:03because of the tightness of the shuttle.
02:08And so I will, with all humility,
02:12crave your indulgence to, on your behalf,
02:17please extend our warmest congratulations
02:29to His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Republic of India.
