00:25so clean and tidy and I find Birmingham can be quite, it's just rubbish everywhere so that would
00:31be a help firstly. The money should be spent on I say like certain areas in Birmingham that just
00:41need to be worked on. I think there's certain areas that just don't get as much work touched on
00:45and then I would say like homeless shelters, more homeless shelters because there is a lot of homeless
00:50people here that like walk around in more than any other city that I've been to so like put money
00:54there so there's like less homeless people just like wandering the streets I'd say.
