Ingredients: Ghee 2 Cups Basmati Rice(Kolam Rice, Sona Masoori Rice) 2 Bay Leaves 1 Star Anise 1 Black Cardamom 2” Cinnamon Stick 4 Green Cardamoms 5-6 Cloves Chopped Carrot Cauliflower Florets Chopped French Beans 4-5 Green Chillies ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder 3/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder 4 Cups Water Salt as per taste
Method of Preparation: 1. Heat a pan add Ghee. 2. Add 2 Bay Leaves, 1 Star Anise, 1 Black Cardamom, 2” Cinnamon Stick, 4 Green Cardamoms, 5-6 Cloves. 3. Then add chopped Carrots, Cauliflower & French Beans. 4. Add 4-5 Green Chillies as per spiciness. 5. Then add ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder, 3/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder. 6. Then give a quick stir. 7. Close the lid & let the Veggies cook for sometime. 8. Then add 2 Cups of Basmati Rice, Salt & squeeze ½ Lemon & give a quick mix. 9. Then add 4 Cups of Water. 10. Close the lid & let the Rice cook for few minutes. 11. Once the Rice is done you can serve with Raita, Pickle or Plain Curds. 12. Your Yummy & Tasty Vegetable Pulao is ready just in 30 minutes.

01:39then give a quick mix and let the vegetables cook for some time

03:20add double quantity of water suppose you take two cups of rice add the double quantity that is the four
03:37four cups of water close the lid and let the rice cook for a few minutes check in between whether the rice has cooked or not check for its water container
04:01water container yes still we can see there is some moisture in the rice so better to close the lid and simmer it for a few five minutes
04:16close the lid and let it cook for five more minutes on low flame yes now you can see there is no water contained in the rice
04:29rice that means the rice has cooked properly so here your vegetable kulao is ready you can serve this kulao with raita or pickle
