00:00Hi friends, welcome to Tasty Feast Magic.
00:04Today, let's make delicious restaurant style Harabara kebabs.
00:10Let's take one bunch palak and wash it thoroughly.
00:14Then, sow half a cup split green moong dal for about 15 minutes.
00:20Here, we can use one cup frozen green peas and little coriander leaves.
00:26Meanwhile, boil palak and then drain the palak and allow to cool down.
00:48Then, boil the frozen green peas separately.
00:56In a mixer, add the boiled spinach, soaked moong dal, a piece of ginger, a few garlic cloves,
01:14green chilies, and finally add the boiled green peas.
01:20Then, grind it into a smooth fine paste.
01:24Now, heat a pan and add little ghee.
01:27Cook the green paste on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pan.
01:34Let the mixture cool down.
01:48Then, add crumbled paneer, add some melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
01:56Add little kasuri methi, add chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala powder, and finally some salt.
02:06Mix everything well.
02:09Shape the mixture into small round tikkis.
02:12Shallow fry them in ghee until both sides are golden and crispy.
02:25And that's it.
02:27Your tasty, healthy Harabara kebabs are ready to serve hot.
02:32Enjoy them with chutney or ketchup.
