Ingredients:
Ghee for sautéing and shallow frying
1 bunch Palak (Spinach)
1 cup Frozen Green Peas
½ cup Split Green Moong Dal (soaked for 15 minutes)
1 inch piece Ginger
10–12 Garlic cloves
3–4 Green Chillies
200 grams Paneer (crumbled)
A little Kasoori Methi (crushed)
A little Melon Seeds
A little Pumpkin Seeds
A little Sunflower Seeds
½ teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
A few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:
1. Soak split green moong dal for about 15 minutes.
2. Boil spinach (palak) and frozen green peas separately.
3. Drain both spinach and peas, and let them cool.
4. In a mixer add the boiled spinach, boiled peas, soaked moong dal, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Grind into a smooth paste.
5. Heat a pan add ghee, then the ground paste. Cook on low flame until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
6. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
7. To the cooled mixture add crumbled paneer, crushed kasoori methi, seeds (Melon seeds, Pumkin seeds & Sunflower seeds), chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix everything well.
8. Shape the mixture into small round tikkis.
9. Heat a pan add a little ghee and shallow fry the tikkis on both sides until golden brown.
Your delicious Restaurant Style Hara Bhara Kababs are ready to serve hot!

00:04Today, let's make delicious restaurant style Harabara kebabs.
00:10Let's take one bunch palak and wash it thoroughly.
00:14Then, sow half a cup split green moong dal for about 15 minutes.
00:20Here, we can use one cup frozen green peas and little coriander leaves.
00:26Meanwhile, boil palak and then drain the palak and allow to cool down.
00:48Then, boil the frozen green peas separately.
00:56In a mixer, add the boiled spinach, soaked moong dal, a piece of ginger, a few garlic cloves,
01:14green chilies, and finally add the boiled green peas.
01:20Then, grind it into a smooth fine paste.
01:24Now, heat a pan and add little ghee.
01:27Cook the green paste on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pan.
01:34Let the mixture cool down.
01:48Then, add crumbled paneer, add some melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
01:56Add little kasuri methi, add chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala powder, and finally some salt.
02:06Mix everything well.
02:09Shape the mixture into small round tikkis.
02:12Shallow fry them in ghee until both sides are golden and crispy.
