Tasty Feast Magic

Ingredients:
200g Paneer
Oil
2-3 Slit Green Chillies
1” Ginger
10-12 Garlic Flakes
1 Big Onion chopped
½ Bunch Coriander Leaves
Few Mint Leaves (Pudina)
2” Cinnamon Stick
2 Cardamoms
4-5 Cloves
5-6 Peppercorns
1 Scoop Curds
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Shahi Jeera
½ Tsp Red Chilly Powder
¼ Tsp Pepper Powder
½ Tsp Jeera Powder
1 Cup Hot Water
Salt as per taste
Milk Cream (OPTIONAL)

Method of Preparation:
1. Heat a pan add Oil & then add 2-3 Slit Green Chillies, 1” Ginger, 10-12 Garlic Flakes, 1 Big Onion chopped.
2. Sauté for few minutes till onion becomes translucent.
3. Then add ½ bunch of Coriander Leaves & few Mint Leaves.
4. Let the mixture cool for few minutes.
5. Then grind it to a smooth paste.
6. In the same pan add Oil, 2” Cinnamon Stick, 2 Cardamoms, 4-5 Cloves, 5-6 Peppercorns.
7. Then add the Green Masala Paste with the masala water and cook till oil separates.
8. Once the Green Paste is cooked add 1 scoop of Curds and give a nice mix so that no lumps are left out.
9. ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder, ½ Tsp Shahi Jeera, ½ Tsp Red Chilly Powder, ¼ Tsp Pepper Powder, ½ Tsp Jeera Powder & mix well.
10. Then add Salt as per taste & give a quick mix & close the lid & let it cook for sometime.
11. Once the gravy is cooked properly add the cut Paneer pieces & give a quick mix.
12. Add 1 Cup Hot Water to adjust the consistency, if its too thick.
13. Close the lid & let it cook for few minutes.
14. Finally add Milk Cream for creamy taste (OPTIONAL).
Your delicious & Yummy Hyderabadi Paneer Masala is ready to serve hot!

00:00Hi friends, welcome back to tasty feast magic. Today we are making Hyderabadi Paneer Masala.
00:08Let's get started. Heat a pan, add some oil, then add 2 to 3 green chillies, 1 in ginger and 10 to 12 garlic cloves.
00:24Then add 1 big sliced onions and sauté it for few minutes, then add half a bunch of coriander leaves and a few mint leaves.
00:54And let it cook for some time. So better to close the lid and let it cook.
01:13Then after some time, switch off the gas and let the mixture cool for some time.
01:22Then make a fine paste. Heat a pan, add oil and then add 2 inch cinnamon stick. Then add 2 cardamom pots.
01:40Add 4 to 5 cloves. Add 5 to 6 peppercorns. Then add the green paste.
