Ingredients: ½ Tsp Red Chilly Powder 3/4th Tsp Coriander Powder ½ Tsp Chaat Masala Powder Little Turmeric Salt as per taste A few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Method of Preparation:
*Wash & Clean the Bhindis & pat dry with cotton towel or kitchen tissue rolls.
1. Slit the bhindis in the middle. 2. Then add ½ Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 3/4th Tsp Coriander Powder, ½ Tsp Chaat Masala Powder, Little Turmeric & Salt as per taste. 3. Mix all very well. 4. Heat a vessel add Oil & then add the Masala Bhindis & saute it for few seconds. 5. Then close the lid & let the bhindis cook for few seconds. 6. Once the bhindis are cooked garnish with chopped Coriander leaves. Your delicious & Tasty Crispy Bhindi Fry is ready to serve hot!
