00:14Amber Valley Borough councillors unanimously rejected plans from Wielden Brothers Limited

00:18for nine homes in Plain Lane, Blackbrook, a mile west of Belper.

00:23Councillors, residents, authority officials and the Derwent Valley Mills Partnership

00:27were all clear that there was no alternative decision in order to protect the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage site.

00:35Hot on the heels of luxury hair salon Feather and Fern opening its doors,

00:39Chesterfield's Elder Way is set to welcome its fourth tenant,

00:42boutique high-end kitchen and interiors business OTI Interiors.

00:46The design-led business has signed a five-year lease on Unit 1A,

00:50space located next door to Feather and Fern on Knivesmith's Gate.

00:53OTI was founded during the COVID-19 lockdown by local entrepreneur Gavin Granger,

00:59who also owns the award-winning restaurant and bar Bottle and Thyme,

01:03located in the prominent corner unit at Elder Way.

01:06Looking to diversify during the pandemic, and drawing on his background in design,

01:11Gavin launched OTI as an interiors business which specialises in bespoke handcrafted kitchens.

01:16The company produces only a limited number of commissions each year,

01:21typically fewer than 25, which are all hand-built in Chesterfield.

01:25The new Elder Way unit will serve as OTI's first dedicated showroom

01:29away from the firm's small industrial space in Chesterfield where the furniture is made.

01:33The unit is currently undergoing a full fit-out,

01:36and is expected to open to the public in the late summer.

01:38But now the new spider is being recorded in the called 미래.
