00:00Shh. What are you doing, Mom?
00:03I'm coaching.
00:04You're just coaching. You must breathe, Natalie.
00:06No, this is stressing me out.
00:07Yes, you have to breathe. No, it's calming you down.
00:09No, it's not.
00:10So have you watched Ice Chips recently?
00:13No. No.
00:14No. I have not.
00:15No, I watched it that one time.
00:18Yeah, yeah. Me too.
00:19I mean, I watched it when it aired.
00:21We never rehearsed any of it.
00:23No, no.
00:24You and I never spoke about it.
00:25We didn't.
00:26We were in that hospital room at 8.30 in the morning.
00:29Yep.
00:30And we did one take of it.
00:33Mm-hmm.
00:34Chris just said, I'm going to reposition the cameras.
00:37Yeah, exactly.
00:38No, he said, I'm going in tighter.
00:40Yeah.
00:41On all three cameras.
00:42I want to go again.
00:44We did 25 pages in one take together.
00:50And then he said, cut, Abby is wrapped.
00:55And I'm telling you.
00:56Yeah.
00:57I know.

01:05What the hell do I do now?
01:06We had just shot an entire episode.
01:08I know.
01:09Of that show in one, basically in two takes.
01:13Yeah.
01:14Down.
01:15Slow it.
01:16It's working.

01:28I knew that I was going to have a labor episode.
01:30I did not know that it would be with you.
01:33What I loved so much, when I did finally get to read the script, was this isn't about birth.
01:38Or it is, but it's, the birth is symbolic.
01:41And it's about, you know, the connection and diving into this complicated relationship.
01:48And she's the last person that I want to call.
01:53But the only person that's there when I need someone.
01:57Honey, honey, honey, honey.
01:58I'm right here.
01:59Honey, honey.

02:07You must breathe.
02:08When you watch it, and again, maybe now I'll go back and watch it again.
02:10It has that feeling of it being very alive and very live.
02:16It's alive.
02:17Yeah.
02:18I can't imagine another opportunity where I would have that level of freedom.
02:24It was such a wonderful experience, and I feel the same way.
02:27I feel like that was the most free that I will ever be on camera.
02:30And the work shows.
