00:00Is your Ninja Creamy not spinning even though the lid is locked in place?
00:04Here's how to get it working again, fast.
00:071. Check the locking tabs.
00:09Make sure the lid is fully clicked into place.
00:12If one of the two side tabs isn't snapped in, the machine won't spin, even if it looks locked.
00:182. Reinsert the pint.
00:20Pull out the container and make sure it's aligned properly inside the outer bowl.
00:24If it's tilted or off-center, the motor won't engage.
00:273. Inspect the outer bowl lid.
00:30Look closely at the plastic gear inside the lid.
00:32If it's stripped, cracked, or wobbly, the machine won't spin.
00:36You'll need a replacement lid in that case.
00:384. Clean the gear shaft.
00:41Lift the lid and look inside the machine at the metal gear post.
00:44If it's sticky or has food buildup, clean it with a damp cloth.
00:48Even a little residue can stop the motor from turning.
00:515. Avoid overfilled or frozen solid mixtures.
00:54If your mix is rock hard or overfilled, it can jam the motor.
00:57Let it soften for 10 to 15 minutes and try again.
01:016. Try another mode.
01:03Press a different mode, like light ice cream, instead of ice cream, to see if it spins.
01:08Some modes apply less force and can bypass light resistance.
01:12Still won't spin?
01:13The lid or motor base may be faulty.
01:16Reach out to Ninja Support using the link in the description for a replacement.
01:19Thanks for watching and happy spinning!
