00:03The first thing you can do is make a crunchy parmigiano or parmesan cheese crisp.
00:09Spread them evenly on a microwave safe plate.
00:12Pop them in the microwave for about one to two minutes until they puff up and they're bubbly
00:15and kind of greasy and let them cool and then once they cool they'll get nice and crispy.
00:21The second thing you can do is make a parmigiano or parmigiano cheese broth.
00:26Last thing you should do, add it to your sauce.
00:28As the cheese rind melts, it will melt right into that sauce adding salty umami back notes.
00:33And if you want to double use your parmesan rind, take it out of the sauce, cut it up,
00:37and put it in the microwave and then you have a pizza-esque parmesan crisp.
